Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of vertigo patient experience in the work area of ​​the East Lingkar Health Center. The study design was qualitative with a phenomenological model on five informants taken with the snowball sampling technique. The results of interviews that have been prepared through the transcript process and obtained five themes, namely: 1) aspects of knowledge, four informants can explain vertigo based on experience when experiencing dizziness; 2) aspects of clinical manifestations, all informants complained of headaches, nausea, but no vomiting, only vomiting; 3) etiological issues, all informants acknowledge that they experience stress and have sleep problems or sleep disorders; 4) historical aspects, four informants had experienced vertigo before; 5) handling issues, all informants were only given medication by doctors and suggestions for adequate rest and not too much thought. In conclusion, the experience of vertigo patients, form knowledge, there are differences in vertigo with ordinary headaches where the level of vertigo pain is much higher and is accompanied by a sense of object/spinning environment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in knowledge of household clean and healthy behavior in an effort to create a healthy family at the UPTD Puskesmas Kuala Lemruban, Bengkulu City. This research method is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The results of the research on health education at the pre-test were 57.69 and the mean post-test was 74.62 with a p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, there is a significant effect of health education on Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in UPTD Puskesmas Kuala Lemruban, Bengkulu City. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know what happened in RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu, which is domiciled in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research. The type of this research approach is quasi experimental research with One-Group Pre-test and post test design. The sample in this study were 15 patients who underwent outpatient at RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu which is domiciled in Bengkulu City, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate the influence of family education on family ability in treating patients with social isolation disorder in RSKJS Bengkulu Province with P = 0,000 (<0,05). Based on the results of this study, can be used as information for families in caring for patients who treat social disorders at the time of the family visited the Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and work conflict on nurses' performance in the inpatient ward of the Kepahiang Regional General Hospital. This type of research is descriptive-analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. Statistical test results from 80 respondents: as many as 39 respondents (48.8%) have low work stress, and 41 (52.1%) respondents have high work stress. as many as 43 respondents (53.8%) stated there was no conflict, and 37 (46.2%) respondents stated that there was a conflict, the results of continuity correction for work stress (P) = 0,000 <α = 0.05 and continuity work conflict correction (P) = 0.000 <α = 0.05. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between work stress and work conflict on the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of the Kepahiang Regional General Hospital. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the scale of pain before and after being given effleurage massage therapy for adolescent girls experiencing primary dysmenorrhea. The research method used in this study is a pre-experimental method with a pretest-postest design. The results showed that the p-value before and after being given effleurage massage therapy was 0.000 (<0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of effleurage massage therapy on reducing the pain scale of primary dysmenorrhea in young women at SMP Muhammadiyah Terpadu, Bengkulu City. Abstract

Latar Belakang:Setiap orang memiliki kebutuhan air harian yang berbeda dalam setiap tahap kehidupan. Biasanya semakin tinggi tingkat kehidupan manusia, jumlah konsumsi airpun juga meningkat sehingga muncul alternatif lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air minum yaitu dengan air minum yang diproduksi oleh depot air minum isi ulang (DAMIU). DAMIU adalah usaha industri pengolahan air minum yang diperlukan masyarakat dengan metode curah dikemas dengan ukuran yang besar dengan harga yang lebih murah oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ditribusi frekuensi dari analisa Analisis penilaian higienen Sanitasi pada DAMIU.Metode:Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan studi deskrptif kuantitatif yang berlandaskan Permenkes RI No 43 Tahun 2014. Hasil: dari 36 DAMIU yang terdapat di wilayah kerja puskesmas Telaga Dewa untuk sanitasi tempat DAMIU yang memenuhi syarat 63,5% dan yang tidak memenuhi syarat 36,5%, untuk sanitasi peralatan DAMIU memenuhi syarat 91,4%, untuk sanitasi penjamah DAMIU memenuhi syarat 55,5% dan yang tidak memenuhi syarat 44,5%, untuk sanitasi air baku air minum DAMIU tidak memenuhi syarat 24,3%, untuk sanitasi keseluruhan DAMIU yang memenuhi syarat 19,4% yang tidak memenuhi syarat 80,6%.Kesimpulan: dari 4 indikator yang telah di ukur: tempat, peralatan, penjamah, air baku air minum DAMIU di wilayah kerja puskesmas Telaga Dewa masih sangat membutuhkan pengawasan dan perhatian dari instansi kesehatan lingkungan kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Comparison of the Effectiveness of Brain Gym and Puzzle Playing Against the Development of Fine Motorcycles in Preschoolers in the Work Area of ​​the Basuki Rahmad Community Health Center in Bengkulu City. Quantitative research design using the Quasy Experiment design, two groups of pre-post tests equivalent without control design. The results of univariate analysis with brain gym intervention, from 15 respondents before the brain gym there were 9 children (60%) experienced deviant fine motor skills and after given 11 children therapy (73.3%) experienced normal fine motor skills. Whereas from the 15 respondents before intervening tubuzzle, there were 8 children (53.3%) having deviated fine motor skills and after being given a puzzle 15 respondents (100%) experienced normal fine motor skills. The bivariate results of Wilcoxon test have the effect of brain gym with p-value = 0,000 and puzzle with p-value = 0.001 in the development of fine motor in preschool children. Mann Whitney test results obtained p-value = 0.005. Conclusion, playing puzzles was more effective in the development of fine motor skills of preschoolers in the Basuki Rahmad Community Health Center in the City of Bengkulu. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the experience of nurses who experience acts of violence by schizophrenic clients. The type of research used in this research is qualitative, which intends to explain and provide understanding and interpretation of various behaviors and experiences of humans (individuals) in multiple forms. The study results produced several themes, namely the form of violence, the condition of the patient, preventive measures, the state of the nurse when receiving violence, the health condition of the nurse, and the time the patient was angry. In conclusion, the violence experienced by nurses was being hit, pulled, thrown using a food holder, and spat on. The patient's condition who commits acts of violence is that the patient's hallucinations are occurring, the patient is unstable, and the medicine is not taken. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of ownership of access to healthy latrines to the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Working Area of the Puskesmas Rules Mumpo, Central Bengkulu Regency. The research design used in this study was a cross-sectional study. The results showed that mothers who did not have access to restrooms did not meet the requirements of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 3 of 2014 experienced stunting toddlers as many as ten people, and mothers who had access to healthy latrines met the criteria of 8 people. Chi-square analysis found that the p-value was 0.024. In conclusion, there is a relationship between access to toilets and the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Working Area of the Mumpo Rules Health Center, Central Bengkulu Regency.
