Abstract

Culinary tourism is not spared from the right culture to develop sustainable tourism in Yogyakarta. Culinary tours in Yogyakarta include Gudeg Yogyakarta, Soto Lenthok, Bakpia Pathuk and many others. In addition, there are several cultural tours such as sekatenan, grebeg, tumplak diamonds and others. Gastronomy is basically closely related to culinary and cultural tourism because it can support tourist attractions in Yogyakarta. This research is to explain the identity of cultural and culinary development in Yogyakarta as well as the perspective and strategy of tourism towards a sustainable culinary culture in Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive research and literature study method, which aims to explain the culture and cuisine of Yogyakarta and develop it as a cultural and culinary tourist attraction. This research focuses on Yogyakarta cultural and culinary identity as a gastronomic and sustainable tourism perspective

Abstract

This research is about the Thousand Islands Park in Jakarta with the aim of developing Thousand Islands tourism and determining the unique culinary delights of the Thousand Islands as gastronomy. Gastronomy as a sector seeks to attract significant global attention. It is known that the number of tourists who want to enjoy a different special culinary experience continues to increase from time to time. This research method uses the library research or literature review method. From this study it was concluded that the development of the islands in the Thousand Islands tourist park is very lacking because it is often constrained by the availability of small water resources. While the typical food is the atomic bomb, which is a cake made from wheat flour as the main ingredient

Abstract

Jakarta is a big city known for its unique cultural cuisine. In Indonesia, delicacies such as kuerak telor are offered to customers regardless of their philosophical beliefs. This study aims to explore how a gastronomic and philosophical awareness of the origins of Kerrak Telor can help define the circumstances in which Betawi culinary preservation exists. Kerak Telor culinary centers in North and South Jakarta are located in Kemayoran and Setu Babakan. This data collection approach uses the method of observation, interviews, and recording. The data were then examined qualitatively and presented descriptively. With an emphasis on historical aspects and the origins of the naming of crust telor, food culture, geographic landscapes, as well as management and maintenance activities carried out by the DKI Jakarta government, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Study location data is the result of empowerment carried out by the DKI Jakarta government. The way to carry out promotions is to take advantage of consumer tastes which have proven to be quite successful in promoting one of the cultural heritages of DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

Administratively, Meru Betiri National Park includes Banyuwangi Regency and Jember Regency, East Java. This research aims to optimize the use of social media for tourism development in Meru Betiri National Park. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis to identify social media promotion strategies for the development of Meru Betiri National Park tourism. The technique for collecting data sources uses literature studies and other journal references. Meru Betiri National Park is mostly a tropical rainforest located in the Banyuwangi and Jember districts. The biodiversity in Meru Betiri National Park can be an object of attraction for tourists. Meru Betiri National Park conducts advertising promotions on the websites tribunnewswiki.com and katadata.co.id.

Abstract

Hotel is a service accommodation that has facilitie’s in it, is intended for the public and commercially managed. The Hotel has several classification based on plans and goals in the construction of a hotel. Restaurant is a place that provides food, drinks and support services in a restaurant. Food and Beverage is an organization in charge of making food into a dish that is ready to be enjoyed as well as a container in the provision of food, beverages and food and beverage delivery services. Up Selling or personal selling is a strategy used to increase income, especially in Sofia Restaurant, The Gunawarman Luxury Residence. This writing is written with the aim to find out how the up selling strategy that is done by waiter/s in Sofia Restaurant in increasing revenue and to find out the constraints faced and efforts to resolve waiters’ obstacles in conducting up selling activities at Sofia Restaurant. The research method used is a qualitative research method that is described descriptively. The server is the name for a waiter or waitress who is developing at this time, which is usually the name used by restaurants that implement the semi-fine dining service. and the main task of the server is to serve guests who come to the restaurant, before starting to work the server must use a uniform and body makeup to make it look neat and elegant. A server also needs information about the quality and taste of dishes that are owned at the restaurant where the server works, An understanding of the product that the server wants to offer is very important, so that guests get the correct explanation and corresponding The results of this research in this Final Project show that Up Selling is included in the duties and responsibilities of a server at Sofia Restaurant The Gunawarman Luxury Residence.

Abstract

Purpose: The study's objectives were to ascertain the current and potential circumstances on the island of Siput and the difficulties and possible strategies for promoting marine tourism there. Research methods: The researcher's qualitative method includes interviews, observation, and documentation. Data triangulation is the analytical approach employed. Result and discussion: The results show that Kelapa Island has advantages regarding uniqueness and beliefs held by individuals in the local community. The role of MSMEs around the island is also one of the advantages possessed by Kelapa Island. In addition, it was also found that the weakness of Kelapa Island is the need for more available funding for further development. While rivalry, egotism, and natural calamities pose challenges, Kelapa Island has the potential draws several businesses to invest there. The 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, & Ancilliary) tourist development strategy for Kelapa Island has specific components that have been completed, beginning with attractions in the form of activities and cuisine. In contrast, amenities still need to be concentrated on restrooms and places of worship. Implication: This research can be used for further study, analyzing tourism and its development.   Keywords: Tourist Attractions, Marine, Tourism Development Strategy, Kelapa island
