Abstract

This research is motivated by IPS learning in class V most of them are teacher center because students are less active in finding information and many students are unable to express their ideas and opinions in learning so that students are not active in talking and opinion. These learning problems have an impact on students' interest and motivation for learning to be reduced, and learning becomes meaningless for students. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in civic education learning (Civics) with model Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match In class V SD Negeri 10 Kubang Pipik Baso. Key Word :Result study, IPS, model Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match

Abstract

The study is intended to review how the implementation of maqosid sharia in fatwa-fatwa DSN-MUI is about murabahah and see how far the application of maqosid sharia’s influence on the fatwa-fatwa DSN-MUI is about murobahah. In implementing maqosid sharia in his fatality DSN MUI does not include the sharia’s intention as specifically but maqosid is found in the sense of the tarjih rules,’ fiqh rules and other ijtihad mechanisms. Maqosid sharia is also very influential in fatwa DSN-MUI, especially in the following consideration: opinion selection (tarjih), looking for even better outcomes by leaving behind majority scholars’ income (jumhur), considering the fatwa dynamics of change, and creating islamic akkad solutions and alternatives, considering the results of an akkadian.

Abstract

Selama tahun 2023-2024, Peristiwa kejadian berbahaya dan kecelakaan di area pertambangan banyak terjadi di jalan. Hal ini yang perlu diwaspadai, karena telah menyebabkan kerugian materi maupun non-materi. Adapun kejadian tersebut menimbulkan berbagai macam kerugian, seperti kerusakan alat, penghentian kegiatan operasional, pencemaran lingkungan akibat tumpahan oli, penurunan citra perusahaan, hingga kematian. Pada umumnya, kejadian berbahaya dan kecelakaan pada area Jalan merupakan salah satu penyebab langsung yang diakibatkan oleh adanya kondisi tidak aman yang secara berangsur-angsur tidak ditindak lanjuti. Padahal, jalan merupakan salah satu penunjang utama dalam kegiatan penambangan dan termasuk ke dalam aspek Sarana, Prasarana, Instalasi, Pertambangan (SPIP) yang perlu dirawat dan diperhitungkan dalam kajian teknis yang ada, sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya suatu program yang dapat dijadikan suatu metode untuk penilaian kondisi tidak aman dan rencana tindak lanjut sebagai upaya peningkatan keselamatan operasional. Program Traffic Safety Management Index (TSMI) merupakan program yang bersifat accountable atau terhitung untuk menilai kestandaran suatu kondisi tidak aman di jalan dan pengelolaan jalan tambang baik itu dalam kondisi jalan, pengendalian lalu lintas, dan tingkah laku karyawan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku pada KepMen ESDM 1827 Tahun 2018 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Kaidah Teknik Pertambangan yang Baik dan Kepdirjen 185 Tahun 2019 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Keselamatan Pertambangan dan Pelaksanaan, Penilaian, dan Pelaporan SMKP Minerba. Traffic Safety Management Index (TSMI) nantinya akan memunculkan sistem dashboard dengan pemetaan suatu nilai yang dapat mempresentasikan kondisi tidak aman di jalan dan langkah upaya prioritas dalam tindakan perbaikan

Abstract

Pengaruh m-banking terhadap masyarakat sehari-hari adalah subjek penelitian ini. Salah satu jenis perbankan yang menggunakan teknologi informasi adalah M-Banking. Mbanking adalah layanan perbankan yang diberikan oleh bank untuk mendukung kelancaran dan kemudahan kegiatan perbankan dan menjadi peluang bagi bank untuk menawarkan nilai tambah kepada pelanggan mereka. Penelitian ini bersifat survei dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel purpasif digunakan, yang berarti sumber data diambil berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Data yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah data primer berarti bahwa data dikumpulkan secara langsung dari sumber data tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian usability. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap masyarakat Wangandowo cukup baik dan puas. Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh besar pada kesetiaan suatu hubungan secara keseluruhan, dan pengembangan kepercayaan adalah salah satu komponen penting dari proses pembentukan hubungan. Puncak pencapaian pelaku bisnis adalah loyalitas masyarakat. Masyarakat yang merasa puas dan senang tidak ragu-ragu untuk menyebarkan kabar yang baik tentang kepercayaan. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh m-banking terhadap masyarakat dalam kesehariannya menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan m-banking berada dalam kategori "Puas". Masyarakat merasa puas dengan semua layanan m-banking, seperti kinerjanya, fiturnya, tampilannya, serta keamanannya, yang bisa memudahkan dan memberikan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan transaksi kapan dan dimana saja

Abstract

This study critically analyzes the governance of digital waqf management in Indonesia, focusing on the application of the irrevocability principle in digital declarations and the dynamics of DSN-MUI fatwas from 2020–2025. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted on 178 publications (2019–2025) related to digital waqf, governance, and Islamic social finance. After screening, 14 studies met the inclusion criteria. Findings reveal that digitalization enhances transparency and public participation, yet faces major challenges in regulatory fragmentation, inadequate digital infrastructure, and insufficient technical-legal guarantees of irrevocability. DSN-MUI Fatwas No. 131/2019 and No. 141/2023 provide primary legitimacy, but implementation is hindered by poor inter-institutional coordination. The study recommends establishing a National Digital Waqf Governance Framework incorporating blockchain technology and AI-assisted Shariah audits to ensure irrevocability and accountability. This framework is expected to transform digital waqf into a sustainable instrument for Islamic socio-economic development.

Abstract

Teacher burnout has become an urgent issue in Indonesian education, characterized by rising emotional exhaustion, administrative pressure, and increasingly complex curriculum demands. Although many studies highlight the causes of burnout, there remains a gap regarding integrated prevention strategies that align with Indonesia’s cultural context. This study aims to describe the burnout conditions experienced by teachers and analyze the application of wellbeing pedagogy based Islamic education value as a preventive strategy that is consistent with the social, spiritual, and communal values embedded in Indonesian education. The research employed a literature study with a qualitative approach through content analysis and thematic analysis of relevant primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that teacher burnout is influenced by excessive workloads, limited organizational support, and weak emotional regulation and social support systems. Wellbeing pedagogy offers a comprehensive approach by strengthening emotional competencies, fostering positive school culture, promoting mindfulness, and encouraging collaborative social support. In conclusion, integrating wellbeing pedagogy has strong potential to serve as an effective and sustainable strategy for preventing teacher burnout. It also provides important implications for developing more humane and wellbeing-oriented educational policies and practices.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF LANGUAGE STYLE IN THE POETRY WORKS OF 10TH-GRADE STUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI 1 TALAMAUThis study aims to analyze and describe the figures of speech used in the poetry of 10th-grade novice students at SMA Negeri 1 Talamau. The subjects were selected based on their characteristics as beginner writers who are just starting to develop their creative writing skills, especially in poetry. The data consists of all diction containing figures of speech in a collection of poems written by the students. A qualitative descriptive method with content analysis techniques was used. The findings show that 10th-grade students are capable of using a variety of figures of speech in their poems, though with different frequencies and variations. The dominant figures of speech were those of comparison, specifically personification and metaphor, which reflect the students' attempts to animate inanimate objects and provide implicit depth of meaning. The study also found the use of figures of opposition like hyperbole and figures of repetition such as anaphora, albeit in smaller numbers.The use of these stylistic elements by novice students demonstrates a level of understanding and mastery of stylistics in poetry, despite some figures of speech being rarely or never used. The implication of this research is the need for more intensive development of learning materials and teaching strategies to enrich the variety of language styles used by students, thereby improving the quality and expressiveness of their poetry in the future.

Character education is very important to instill, shape and develop national character values. Because education does not only educate students to become intelligent human beings with high intellectuals, it also builds individuals with noble character. National education functions to develop capabilities and shape the nation's character and civilization in educating the nation's life. National education aims to develop human potential that has faith and piety to God. material on the formation of religious character. The implementation is carried out in three stages, the first stage is the preparation stage. conduct a preliminary survey to see conditions in the field to coordinate early on the implementation of socialization activities on the formation of religious character. The purpose of this socialization activity is to increase knowledge of religious character formation to increase the character of MTS Salafiyah Wiradesa students. The material given during the socialization of the formation of religious character can go through stages including understanding, methods, values, benefits and application in life, the presenters provide explanations andexamples of each method of forming religious character.
