Abstract

Cuci tangan pakai sabun sebagai upaya preventif dalam melindungi diri dari berbagai penyakit menular. Cuci tangan menggunakan sabun dapat kita lakukan pada waktu-waktu berikut: sebelum menyiapkan makanan, sebelum dan sesudah makan, setelah BAK dan BAB, setelah membuang ingus, setelah membuang dan atau menangani sampah, kemudian setelah bermain/memberi makan/memegang hewan, serta setelah batuk atau bersin pada tangan kita. Cuci tangan pakai sabun yang dipraktikkan secara tepat dan benar merupakan cara termudah dan efektif untuk mencegah berjangkitnya penyakit. Mencuci tangan dengan air dan sabun dapat lebih efektif menghilangkan kotoran dan debu secara mekanis dari permukaan kulit dan secara bermakna mengurangi jumlah mikroorganisme penyebab penyakit seperti virus, bakteri dan parasit lainnya pada kedua tangan. Mencuci tangan dengan menggunakan air dan sabun dapat lebih efektif membersihkan kotoran dan telur cacing yang menempel pada permukaan kulit, kuku dan jari-jari pada kedua tangan. terdapat empat faktor utama yang berkaitan dalam derajat kesehatan seseorang, kelompok dan masyarakat yaitu perilaku, pelayanan kesehatan, lingkungan dan keturunan atau herediter. Faktor – faktor tersebut memiliki keterkaitan dalam mempengaruhi derajat kesehatan masyarakat dan kesehatan perorangan. Diantara empat faktor tersebut faktor determinan yang paling berpengaruh besar adalah faktor perilaku manusia dan disusul faktor lingkungan pada urutan kedua. Hal ini dapat terjadi akibat faktor perilaku memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dari faktor lingkungan sehingga lingkungan hidup manusia juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku masyarakat.

Abstract

The state of nutritional status and grade point average is a description of what elementary school children consume in the long term, which can be in the form of undernutrition or overnutrition. Nutrients such as protein carbohydrates, as well as other nutrients, especially iron, play a role in the body's metabolism in thinking processes or reasoning processes as well as concentration power and are very closely related to learning efficiency. With a good nutritional state is expected to have an impact on good learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and breakfast habits with learning achievement in grades IV and V SD Negeri 28 Sungai Langka, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The design in this study uses an analytical survey, using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 51 students in class IV and V of SD Negeri 28 Sungai Langka, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency. The sample technique in this study uses Total Sampling. The results of the study determined that there was a relationship between nutritional status and learning achievement with a p-value of 0.028 and there was a relationship between breakfast habits and learning achievement in SD Negeri 28 Sungai Langka students, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency in 2019 with a p-value of 0.036 and OR: 4.071. It is hoped that it will educate students about the importance of choosing healthy and nutritious food and provide input to parents of students to provide healthy and nutritious food.Keywords: Nutrition Status, Breakfast & Learning Achievement

Abstract

The Community Health Center Integrated Recording and Reporting System (SP2TP) is the main source of information for the Community Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS). The impact of late reporting or the absence of monthly SP2TP reports is the unavailability of up to date data that can be used as accurate/relevant information for people who need it as research reference material. The phenomena that occur are delays in sending SP2TP reports by officers as well as delays in input and sending data to the Health Service which must be done on the 5th of every month. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of SP2TP in 2024. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The technique for determining informants uses Purposive Sampling with a total of 8 informants. Data collection carried out included in-depth interviews, FGDs, and observations. This research uses triangulation of sources, methods, and time. Data analysis in this research used the NVivo application. The research results show that planning and organization are quite good, but the existing human resources have multiple tasks and do not meet the qualifications, which has an impact on the timeliness of SP2TP data collection. SP2TP coordination is carried out bottom up from the bottom, namely PJ Program to PJ Health Service starting from recording data for each program and carried out using Excel. SP2TP reporting is carried out after recapitulation by the SP2TP data manager. Suggestion: Implementation of SP2TP should use Google Form or Google Spreadsheet or a special IT application for SP2TP to facilitate reporting from the Puskesmas level to the Regency/City Health Office

Abstract

Diarrhea is a major health problem for school-aged children, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Based on data from WHO and the Ministry of Health, diarrhea is the main cause of death in children under five, with a high prevalence due to poor sanitation and open defecation habits. At the Al Husna Orphanage, diarrhea is a major concern, so health education is carried out to increase understanding of the causes, symptoms and prevention. Through interactive methods and materials in the form of presentations, discussions, and media such as leaflets and posters, this activity succeeded in increasing teenagers' knowledge about diarrhea and the importance of hygiene, especially washing hands properly. In conclusion, this counseling is effective in increasing insight and reducing the risk of spreading diarrhea in the orphanage environment.
