Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian tentang Analisa Ekonomi Penambahan Tepung Kulit Manggis (Garcinia mangostana L) sebagai Pakan Aditif pada Kambing Peranakan Etawah (PE) Laktasi, telah dilakukan di Desa Limpok, Kecamatan Darussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh dari bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian tepung kulit manggis sebagai pakan aditif terhadap efisiensi ekonomi pemeliharaan ternak kambing Peranakan Etawah laktasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 16 ekor kambing Peranakan Etawah (PE). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 kelompok. Ternak dikelompokkan berdasarkan masa laktasi sehingga diperoleh 16 satuan percobaan. Masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari perlakuan A (ransum kontrol), perlakuan B (penambahan tepung kulit manggis 2,5%), perlakuan C (penambahan tepung kulit manggis 5%) dan perlakuan D (penambahan tepung kulit manggis 7,5%). Data dianalisa menggunakan Analysis of variance (ANOVA). Parameter yang diamati adalah biaya produksi, hasil produksi, nilai hasil produksi, keuntungan kelayakan usaha. Tingkat keuntungan dan penerimaan semua perlakuan dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan keuntungan. Rasio manfaat biaya yang diperoleh. Abstrack: This research were studied about economic analysis of addition of mangosteen peel powder(Garcinia mangostana L) as a feed additive in goat etawah cross (PE) lactation. It had been done in the village Limpok Darussalam Aceh Besar District of Aceh Province of the date on from march to may, 2016. The purpose of this research is study the effect of mangosteen peel powder as a feed additive cattle raising economic efficiency the cross Etawah goat lactation. This reseach was used 16 Etawah goats. This research was used Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consists of 4 treatments and 4 groups. Livestock was grouped by lactation mass until obtained 16 unit trials. Each treatment consists of A treatment (control rations without mangosteen peel powder), B treatment (rations with added mangosteen peel powder 2.5%), C treatment (rations with added mangosteen peel powder 5%) and D treatment (rations with added mangosteen peel powder 7.5%). The reseach data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The parameters measured were the cost of production, production, production output value, profits feasibility. The rate of profits and acceptance of all treatments in this study benefit. Abstract

Abstrak. Kambing Peranakan Etawah salah satu penghasil susu yang tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan menekan biaya produksi diupayakan dengan pemberian pakan aditif berupa ceker ayam. Ceker ayam merupakan salah satu produk sampingan (by product) yang dihasilkan dari Rumah Potong Ayam (RPA) yang kurang diminati masyarakat Aceh sebagai bahan makanan layaknya daerah-daerah lain di Indonesia, sehingga diperlukan upaya pemanfaatannya sebagai pakan tambahan bagi ternak. Tahap penelitian dimulai dari tahap persiapan, pemberian pakan dan tahap pengambilan data. Perlakuannya terdiri dari (kontrol tanpa penambahan tepung ceker ayam), (penambahan tepung ceker ayam sebanyak 2,5%), (penambahan tepung ceker ayam sebanyak 5%), (penambahan tepung ceker ayam sebanyak 7,5%). dan (penambahan tepung ceker ayam sebanyak 10%). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri 5 perlakuan dengan 3 kelompok. Pengelompokannya berdasarkan berat badan dari tenak Kambing Peranakan Etawah. Parameter yang diamati ialah pengukuran bahan kering, kadar protein, kadar lemak, kadar laktosa dan pH susu kambing Peranakan Etawah. Hasil analisis sidik ragam pada penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penambahan tepung ceker dalam ransum kambing Peranakan Etawah sangat berpengaruh nyata (P0,01) terhadap kadar bahan kering, kadar protein, kadar lemak dan kadar laktosa, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata (P0,05) terhadap pH.Efforts to improve the milk quality through the addition of chicken claw flour with different percentage on rations of etawah goat breedAbstract. The Goat of the Etawah Breed is one of the highest milk producers. To increase productivity and reduce production costs sought by feeding additives in the form of chicken claws. Chicken ceker is one of the by-products produced by Chicken Slaughterhouse (RPA) which is less attractive to the Acehnese as a food ingredient like other regions in Indonesia, so that the utilization of it is needed as an additional feed for livestock. The research phase starts from the preparation, feeding and data collection stages. The treatment consists of ( (control without addition of chicken claw flour), ( (addition of chicken claw flour as much as 2.5%), ( (addition of chicken claw flour as much as 5%), ( (addition of chicken claw flour as much as 7.5%). and R4 (addition of chicken claw flour as much as 10%). The parameters observed were measurements of dry matter, protein content, fat content, lactose content and pH of milk of Etawah Breeds goats. The results of variance analysis in the study showed that the addition of chilli flour in the ration of Etawah Breeders goats was very significant (P 0.01) on the levels of dry matter, protein content, fat content and lactose content, but did not significantly influence (P 0.05) on pH.Abstract. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian tentang  kecernaan  In Vivo sapi lokal jantan yang diberikan pakan fermentasi kulit coklat dan ampas tebu telah dilakukan di Gampong Cot Teube, Kecamatan Gandapura, Kabupaten Bireuen Provinsi Aceh, dari tanggal 6 Oktober 2015 sampai dengan 3 Januari 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecernaan bahan kering sapi lokal jantan yang diberikan pakan berbasis kulit coklat dan ampas tebu.Penelitian ini menggunakan 12 ekor sapi lokal.Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Terdiri dari 3 (tiga) kelompok dan 4 (empat) perlakuan. Sapi dikelompokkan berdasarkan bobot badan. Perlakuan terdiri dari pelakuan A (Ransum kontrol tanpa ampas tebu dan kulit coklat), perlakuan B (Ransum dengan penambahan kulit coklat fermentasi 25%), perlakuan C (Ransum dengan penambahan ampas tebu fermentasi 25%),dan pelakuan D (Ransum pakan kombinasi ampas tebu fermentasi 12,5% dan kulit coklat fermentasi 12,5%). Data penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Bila terjadi perbedaan antar perlakuan maka akan dilakukan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Parameter yang diamati adalah  konsumsiransum, kecernaanIn Vivo bahan kering dan pertambahan bobot badan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan yang tidak nyata (P0.05) terhadap konsumsi ransum, kecernaan In vivo bahan kering dan pertambahan bobot badan. Pakan fermentasi kulit coklat dan ampas tebu tidak berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi ransum, kecernaanin vivo bahan kering dan pertambahan bobot badan.  In VIvo Dry Matter Digestibility of Local Bulls that Giving Fermentation Fod Cacao and BagasseAbstract.This research about In Vivo digestibility local bull that given fermentation pod cacao and bagasse have done in the Cot TeubeVillage, Gandapura Subdistrict, Bireuen in Aceh Province, on October 6, 2015 until January 3, 2016. The purpose of this study was to determine dry matter digestibility of local  bull that given pod based cacao  and bagasse. This study used 12 local bulls. The design of the research was a Random Block Design (RBD), and it ed Consist of three (3) groups and four (4) treatments. Bulls were grouped based on body weight. The treatment consists of the carrying  A (Rations control without bagasse and pod cacao ), treatment B (Rations with addition of fermented  pod cacao 25%), treatment C (rations with addition of bagasse fermented 25%), and treatment D (rations of feed combinations 12.5% fermented bagasse and 12.5% fermented pod cacao ).  Data were analyzed by using (Analysis of Variance ANOVA). The parameters measured were feed intake, In Vivo digestibility of dry matter and weight gain. The results showed that no significant differences (P 0.05) on feed consumption, In vivo digestibility of dry matter and weight gain. Fermentation feed of  pod cacao  and bagasse have no effect on rations intake, in vivo digestibility of dry matter and weight gain.

Abstract

ABSTRAK.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penampilan reproduksi sapi Aceh betina. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Subulussalam Provinsi Aceh yang meliputi lima kecamatan, yaitu kecamatan Simpang Kiri, Rundeng, Longkip, Penanggalan dan Sultan Daulat. Penelitian dilakukan selama satu bulan (23 Januari sampai 23 Februari 2017). Metode survei digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penentuan responden adalah dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling yaitu mengambil sampel dengan persyaratan minimal peternak memelihara satu ekor sapi Aceh yang telah beranak dua kali. Sebagai responden ditetapkan sebanyak 30 petani. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja reproduksi sapi Aceh baik, usia pubertas mencapai usia 1-2 tahun, nilai rata-rata pelayanan per konsepsi adalah 1,5 dan jarak beranak 12,97 bulan.(Characterization of reproductive performans of aceh cattle as local animal genetic resources in subulussalam city)ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine the characterization of reproductive performance of Aceh cattle. This study was conducted in Subulussalam City of Aceh Province covering five districts of Simpang Kiri, Rundeng, Longkip, Penanggalan and Sultan Daulat. The study was conducted for one month (January 23 to February 23, 2017). Survey method was used in this research. Determination of respondent is by using method of Purposive Sampling that is taking sample with minimum requirement of breeder to keep one Aceh cattle that have gave birthtwo times. As the respondents set as many as 30 farmers. From the results can be concluded that the performance of Aceh cattle reproductive is good, age of puberty reached at age 1-2 years, the average value of service per conception is 1.5 and calving interval 12.97 month.
