Abstract

Abstrak, Perlakuan herbisida glifosat dan paraquat berpengaruh terhadap bobot kering gulma, efikasi herbisida terhadap gulma, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, diameter tongkol, bobot tongkol dan bobot biji per tongkol , hasil jagung dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengamatanpanjang tongkol. Perlakuan TOT dengan menggunakan glifosat dan paraquat dapat menekan pertumbuhan gulma dan memacu pertumbuhan tanaman jagung. Perlakuan herbisida glifosat dengan dosis 1,64 L ha-1 cukup efektif dalam menekan gulma dan menghasilkan panen tertinggi 7,93 ton ha-1dan perlakuan herbisida paraquat dengan dosis 3,6 L ha-1 efektif dalam mengendalikan gulma dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan serta hasil panen jagung sebanyak 7,13 ton ha-1. Corn Plant Response to Several Weed Control Methods on Land Without Tillage Abstract, The treatment of glyphosate and paraquat herbicides affected weed dry weight, efficacy of herbicides on weeds, plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, ear diameter, ear weight and seed weight per ear, corn yield and did not affect the observation of cob length. The TOT treatment using glyphosate and paraquat can suppress the growth of weeds and spur the growth of corn plants. Glyphosate herbicide treatment with a dose of 1.64 L ha-1 is quite effective in suppressing weeds and yields the highest yield of 7.93 tons ha-1 and the treatment of paraquat herbicide with a dose of 3.6 L ha-1 is effective in controlling weeds and increasing growth and yield corn as much as 7.13 tons ha-1.

Abstract

Dibawah kondisi temperature normal, sel telur telah terjasi pembelahan pada 1 DAA (day after anthesis) sehingga lebih dari dua embrio terdapat didalam embryo sac. Sel embrio ini dikelilingi oleh coenocytic endosperm dengan sederet sel nuclear diobservasi pad adaerah micropil. Sejumlah butiran pati menjadi lebih daripada 10 cel yang panjangnya mencapai 200 µm. Pada tahap perkembangan ini, embrio dapat dibedakan sebagai suspwnsor dan embryo proper. Embrio diobservasi berbentuk bulat pada 3 samapai 4 DAA. Dalam kondisi temperatur tinggi tidak didapatkan perubahan struktural yang khusus samapai 1 DAA. Volume ovul berkurang dibandingkan dengan control pada 2 DAA. Selain dari pada itu, sel telur yang takterbuahi dengan integument yang abnormal diobservasi pada 2 dan 3 DAA. Embrio yang kurang berkembang diobservasi baik pada cv. Haibushi maupun cv. Wonder fibawah kondisi temperature tinggi.

Abstract

This study aimed to figure out the effect of guided discovery model towards metacognitive awareness and cognitive learning outcomes of students in the concept of human reproductive system. This research was conducted at MAS Babun Najah Banda Aceh from April to May 2016. The method used was true experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The population was all students of four classes namely MIA XI-1, XI MIA-2, XI MIA MIA-3 and XI-4, while the sample were students of two classes of MIA XI-1 and XI MIA MIA-3. The research instruments used were metacognitive awareness inventory sheets and item of cognitive test. The data were analyzed by using independent samples t-test with SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that metacognitive awareness has tcount > t table (3.422> 2.0154), meanwhile, t-test for cognitive learning outcomes also showed tcount > t table (3.089> 2.0154). It can be concluded that guided discovery model affected the increasing of metacognitive awareness and cognitive learning outcomes of students in the human reproductive system concept at MAS Babun Najah Banda Aceh.
