Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of quality product, quality service and customers satifaction PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk KFC Store Merdeka Bandung. Using the explanatory survey, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 89 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) Software IBM Version 23. From the data obtained, the result (1) quality product has a significant positive effect on customers satisfaction (2) Service quality has a significant positive effect on customers satisfaction (3) The quality product and service quality significant positive effect on customers satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims determine the effect of Lecturer on the Motivation of Student Learning Result of Accounting Education Program Education Faculty at Banten Jaya University. This research uses quantitative approach method. The subjects of the study are students of Accounting Education Program Education Faculty at Banten Jaya University. In this research data technique used is questionnaire or questionnaire to 69 respondentsfrom 82 Accounting Education study program students.The method used in this research is descriptive research method, and practical analysis of data analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, analysis, simple linear regression analysis, significance test (f test, t test, coefficient of determination).From the results of data analysis that has been done to obtain the results that include the category "High Quality Basic Competence Lecturer" with a percentage of 78.63%. Meanwhile, the motivation of student learning outcomes is categorized as "Highly Motivated" with a score of 3.98. The results obtained from the obtained motivation of 0.686 which means that Lecturer Basic Competence (X) to Motivation Student Outcomes (Y) is equal to 68.8% and the rest of 31.2% by other variables not examined. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Basic Competence of Lecturers to Motivation Student Results this is because the value of t count> t table (7.711> 1.667) or significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation and environmental adaptability through product innovation on marketing performance. The samples studied were durian MSME actors (in the form of durian or durian processed) that were registered with the Banten Durian Entrepreneur Group (KPDB) with 70 businessmen in the Serang, Cilegon, Pandeglang and Lebak regions. Sources of research data are obtained from online questionnaires using google forms tools that are distributed via the whatsapp media group. Data processing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with Smart PLS 3.0 Software. The results showed that market orientation and environmental adaptability didn’t have a positive effect on marketing performance, environmental adaptability didn’t have a positive effect on product innovation, market orientation have a positive effect on product innovation, and product innovation have a positive effect on marketing performance. From the results of this study indicate that MSEs have not been consistent in improving marketing performance, because durian is still classified as seasonal fruit and the price is high when it is out of season.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effects of celebrity endorser/brand ambasador, price, design product on brand image to purchase decision on Shopee at online shop Desstore Collection Serang. The research object which do in this case is the Desstore Collection consumer who has made a purchase. There are 100 respondents and this research used probability sampling by using simple random sampling technic. The data analyze technic which used in this case is the structural equation model (SEM) by Partial Least Square (smart PLS 3.0). The data is primary and uses a questionnaire online with open and closed questions. The result of this research 5 hypothesis accepted and 2 hypothesis rejected. The 5 hypothesis accepted are price and brand image positively affected to purchase intention, brand ambasador, price and design product positively affected to brand image. 2 hypothesis rejected is show celebrity endorser negatively affected to purchase intention and design product not significant but positively affected to purchaseintention.

Abstract

The value of the company was important because of the high valuation of the community on the company's shares, which would be followed by the high level of prosperity of shareholders. This study aimed to determine the effect of proxied liquidity through Current Asset and leverage proxied through the Debt to Equity Ratio of firm value proxied through Price to Book Value with profitability proxied through Return on Asset as an intervening variable. The study population were 144 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018 with a total of 13 companies taken. The method of data analysis used path analysis by testing mediating variables using the sobel method. The results showed 1) Liquidity had a negative and significant effect on firm value. 2) Leverage had a negative and significant effect on firm value. 3) Liquidity did not affect profitability. 4) Leverage had a negative and significant effect on profitability. 5) Profitability has a positive effect on company value. 6) Profitability did not mediate the effect of liquidity and leverage on firm value.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to developed the learning planning using cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) for teaching basic banking subject in vocational school level. The method in this research used R&D method and using ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). But in this research, researcher did not use the Evaluate phase because this research did not measure the effectiveness. The study indicated that based on the results of experts assessments (teacher and lecturer) the learning planning obtain value up to 4,35 and 3,95. Meanwhile, based on the students responses obtain value up to 3,9. So it could be concluded that in general the assessment of learning planning using CIRC Model obtain the good result. Teacher or school could also use this learning planning with CIRC model to teach the students in subject of basic banking for vocational school level.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has many types of commodities of various kinds of fruit. Based on BPS data, fruit production reached 22 million tons in 2019, an increase of 5% compared to 2018. However, with such a large production volume, most fruit inspection (sorting) processes in Indonesia are still carried out manually by humans. The manual process requires a lot of time and energy resources, is prone to inconsistencies and inaccuracies. With the help of computer vision, the automation process is expected to be able to eliminate manual processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency and accuracy. In this study, the method used is the YOLOv4 algorithm. The algorithm is applied to detect banana ripeness automatically. The algorithm training process is carried out using 369 banana images divided into two classes, and the testing process is carried out on videos captured in real-time. Based on the research results, the best average accuracy rate is 87.6%, and the video processing speed is 5 FPS (frames per second) using a single-GPU architecture. Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki banyak jenis komoditi berbagai macam buah-buahan. Berdasarkan data BPS, produksi buah mencapai 22 juta ton pada 2019 atau meningkat 5% dibandingkan 2018. Namun dengan volume produksi sebesar itu, sebagian besar proses pemeriksaan (sorting) buah di Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual oleh manusia. Proses manual membutuhkan banyak waktu dan sumber daya, rentan terhadap inkonsistensi dan ketidakakuratan. Proses otomatisasi dengan bantuan computer vision diharapkan dapat menghilangkan proses manual sehingga dapat menekan biaya, meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma YOLOv4. Algoritma ini diterapkan untuk mendeteksi kematangan pisang secara otomatis. Proses pelatihan algoritma dilakukan dengan menggunakan 369 citra pisang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelas dan proses pengujian dilakukan pada video yang ditangkap secara real time. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat akurasi rata-rata terbaik adalah 87,6% dan kecepatan pemrosesan video adalah 5 FPS (frame per seconds) dengan menggunakan arsitektur single-GPU.

Abstract

This community service basically purpose to provide training and mentoring to “UMKM Keripik Ciping” in Sukawana Village so that they can innovate on the “Keripik Ciping” marketing system which is still traditional and has low mastery of information technology in marketing. Based on these problems, if business actors need knowledge about business management and product commercialization concepts, especially those related to packaging design and marketing using information technology. The method of implementing community service activities is in the form of counseling/socialization on improving packaging design, marketing, training and assisting in the digitalization process of marketing/digital marketing through marketplace/social media. Through this activity, business actors are expected to be able to manage their business for the better and be able to expand market share so that they can support business development and progress which in turn can increase income for “UMKM Keripik Ciping” business actors.

Abstract

The development of Technology and Communication at thus time has a huge impact, one of which is in the field of education, one form of technological development applied in education is a e-learning. Learning activities at MIS Muhammadiyah Kubangkondang are currently carried out face-to-face where the classroom learning activities when teachers of students cannot be present in class and make students feel freedom in carrying out learning become one of the ideas for the creation of an android-based e-learning application design. The research methodology used is the observation and interview data collection method, and the waterfall system development method and UML data modelling. The programming language used kotlin. With this application, the implementation of learning will continue even though the learning time in the classroom has run out because students can view material through the application outside of study hours, when theacers or students are not present in the classroom can carry out learning because teacher can provide material through the application and students can view material through the application.

Abstract

Student satisfaction can indicate the overall university experience, making it a contentious topic in the higher education literature. For this reason, the author conducted systematic literature discussing Student Satisfaction. This review aims to provide the available constructive literature on student satisfaction with a theoretical and empirical background published during the past 5 years, from January 2017- January 2022, to identify student satisfaction definitions and factors influencing student satisfaction. The author searched for articles in three databases (Scopus, Ebsco, and Proquest). The contribution of this research becomes a reference in understanding and determining the factors of student satisfaction in higher education.
