Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make it easier to access data and make reports needed by those who need it. The method used in this study is the waterfall model, which begins with research on the current system, design, coding, and maintenance of archive management systems so that archive management information and archive management reports can run quickly, precisely and accurately. The results obtained from this study are regarding the design of a mooring information system that is integrated with a database to support the process of managing ship arrivals and departures easily, quickly, and accurately. In making a ship's arrival and departure certificate, it can be documented into a database, so that it can make it easier if you want to report ship arrival and departure data. The conclusion that can be drawn from this information system is that archive management can be well documented because it is equipped with a database, storage has become a single unit, can reduce redundancy or duplicate data, can display required mooring management information so that it can facilitate officers in making arrival management reports. and ship departure.

Abstract

Cooperatives play a strategic role in supporting the Indonesian economy, particularly through savings and loan programs aimed at improving the welfare of their members. One cooperative active in this area is the Alkhariyah Madani Residents' Cooperative in Panosogan Village, Cikeusal District, Serang Regency. However, this cooperative faces challenges in determining which members are eligible for priority loans. This is because the selection process is still carried out conventionally without the support of a technology-based system, is subjective, and prone to errors. This can lead to inaccurate decisions, the risk of bad debts, and injustice for members. This study aims to create a Decision Support System (DSS) that can assist cooperatives in determining which members are eligible and eligible for priority loans more efficiently, objectively, and transparently. This system uses the Weighted Product (WP) method and is developed with a prototype method approach, which allows for multi-criteria evaluation based on the weighted importance of each criterion. Based on the implementation and testing results of 5 candidate alternatives across 5 weighted criteria (application order, income, loan amount, loan duration, and age), the WP method successfully identified Alternative A2 as the top-priority loan candidate with the highest preference score of 0.26186. Black Box testing confirmed that all system functionalities operated as expected. Thus, this system provides an objective, transparent, and accurate decision-making tool for cooperative management. Thus, this system provides a practical solution for cooperatives in managing loans and has the potential to be implemented in other cooperatives facing similar problems.
