Abstract

PT.ABS Film Indonesia, merupakan perusahaan manufaktur bergerak dalam bidang industri pembuatan Polyester Film dan kaiteki touitsu film. Polyester Film dapat dimanfaatkan untuk packaging (laminating, metallizing, printing), industrial (electrical, magnetic media, imaging) dan bahan baku popok. Penelitian demikian mempunyai tujuan agar dapat mengidentifikasi jenis cacat terbesar yang terjadi pada produk Roll, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya cacat dan membuat usulan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pada produk Roll di PT ABS Film Indonesia. Metode yang diterapkan pada laporan demikian ialah Six Sigma. Melalui riset demikian didapatkan jawaban yakni level sigma yang didapat berada pada level 3-Sigma. Analisa pengendalian kualitas produk dilakukan selama 12 bulan pada bulan Januari 2021 – Desember 2021. Hasil pengolahan data diketahui nilai DPMO mesin slitter adalah sebesar 25.989,16 dengan tingkat level 3-Sigma yang mengacu pada tabel konversi level sigma yang disederhanakan.

Abstract

Problem when the company has many waste of time and costs at PT. Indah Prakasa Sentosa tbk. due to lack of attention to the layout goods in a warehouse regions , where many spares not lined up and unsuitable for use in the period 2021-2022 them ,cause just a heap time and money that could prejudice the Company. So, the study aims to get a job next efficiency by an effort to improve the quality of effectively by means of the concepts kaizen , 5s and (PDCA plan , doing , check , and action ). Result this study shows that the percentage for goods the difference is the lack of a record of workers of 57 % , The warehouse narrow is 19 % , lack of the availability of 14 % and the lowest distinction is it because of the landscape of dirty shed as many as 10 %

Abstract

Consumers want services that can bring their own satisfaction, so that consumers return to using these services. Basically the consumer satisfaction in the quality of service, service satisfaction is used to make a service system optimal and effective. The problem of waste in service at PT Honda KJM (Ahmad Yani Branch) is found in the long waiting time for the service process from 10.00 to 11.35 in the afternoon and motorbike maintenance which depends on the level of difficulty, with lean service the service will be better than before, and will add to the profit for the service company. Lean Service by definition are methods and equipment designed to reduce costs, improve performance, reduce waiting times, eliminate waste, so that service quality can be maximized. Where lean service is used for a service approach that ensures information that can be conveyed to consumers directly and maximally in getting service. The principle of lean service has been commonly used in the manufacturing industry, but over time, the service industry has begun to adapt this principle to reduce waste in service companies.

Abstract

The construction sector is a sector that employs many people who have high risk of work accidents, because a lot of work in this sector is possibility carried out by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions. PT. Arto Moro Sentosa is company which operates in general trading, general construction, suppliers, outsourcing, etc., is aware that the business has a high risk of work accidents. The lack of employee awareness will have an impact on the magnitude of the risks that must be borne by the worker and the company. The purpose of this research is determining work accident records for the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system, employee risks, and existing improvements at company. By knowing the classification of hazards based on the type of accident, this research uses the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method, histograms, Pareto diagrams, and cause-and-effect (fish bone) diagrams. Based on the author's observations, company data related to OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and interviews with the directors, could be obtained a history of work accidents based on the type of accident. Here are ergonomic work accidents (57.89%), physical factor accidents ( 31.58%), chemical factor accidents (5.26%), biological factor accidents (5.26%), and psychological factor accidents (0%). Several recommendation is performed to avoid repeated accident by providing training programs on OHS to workers, paying more attention to OHS supervision, giving sanctions to workers who violate OHS.

Abstract

XYZ merupakan perusahaan alih daya yang bergerak di bidang pemeliharaan dan pelayanan sistem kelistrikan. Kualitas pemeliharaan dan pelayanan kelistrikan menjadi prioritas utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas yang optimal demi menjaga keandalan sistem kelistrikan dan kepuasan masyarakat. Untuk mendapatkan pemeliharaan dan pelayanan yang optimal dibutuhkan kinerja karyawan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20, data yang diolah didapat melalui pembagian kuesioner sebanyak 52 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Total Quality Management (TQM) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan 0,873 atau 87,3%, dan kekuatan hubungan kedua variabel sebesar 0,934 dengan arah hubungan bernilai positif.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are needed by Citra MSME actors to face competition in the target market. This research is a type of qualitative and quantitative research with the use of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) methods as data analysis. And it is supported by the use of IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategy) matrix, EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) matrix, SWOT matrix, SWOT diagram, and QSPM matrix as the decision making. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate marketing strategy applied to the Citra City of Serang SMEs according to the internal and external environment owned. The results of this study indicate that the results of the IFAS matrix are 3,246 and the results of the EFAS matrix are 3,213. So that on the SWOT diagram it can occupy a quadrant 1 position, which means that MSMEs The environmental image of Peksrungan is in a strong position and has many opportunities. In accordance with the results of the SWOT matrix and the QSPM matrix, the appropriate strategy to be applied is the W – O Strategy with a rank 1 in the QSPM matrix 1. Increasing promotions to offset the promotion of new competitors and utilizing social media to show product quality 2. Marketing is expanded to the Ciruas - Cikande area as a measure to expand the distribution area.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Cikande by analyzing employee occupational safety and health (K3) as a form of attention and protection in carrying out their duties. By using the HIRADC method, it is hoped that this research can provide the best solution for employee performance, especially in occupational safety and health (K3). From the results of collecting company work accident data, the risk matrix classification in 2022 obtained 2 variables with low risk, for the high risk level, 2 variables are obtained with a percentage of 40%, and for the medium risk level, 1 variable is obtained with a percentage of 20%. Proposed improvements in this study include changes in training, equipment maintenance, improved work procedures, and more careful risk assessment. With the cooperation and involvement of the entire team, we are confident that the implementation of this change will have a significant positive impact on the safety and welfare of all parties involved in substation inspections.

Abstract

Every process within a company is inevitably accompanied by potential hazards and risks of workplace accidents for employees. Therefore, a company requires an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) program to minimize and prevent workplace accidents. This study aims to examine the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety at PT. TORINI JAYA ABADI. The data collection methods used in this research include interviews, observations, and literature studies. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique employed is descriptive analysis. The research object selected is the workforce of PT. TORINI JAYA ABADI. Through the interview method, the researcher interviewed the Head of the Work Unit at PT. TORINI JAYA ABADI regarding the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety within the company. Based on the research findings, it is evident that the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety at PT. TORINI JAYA ABADI is quite good and aligns with the applicable regulations. Based on the results, it is recommended that PT. TORINI JAYA ABADI enhance supervision and issue strict warnings to employees who fail to comply with Occupational Health and Safety policies to ensure more effective implementation.

Abstract

Food safety is a critical concern for modern consumers, influencing purchasing decisions globally. This study examines how food safety perceptions shape consumer buying interest in Indonesia, addressing gaps in localized, qualitative insights. Using a phenomenological approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight respondents from diverse demographics (students, employees, managers, and business owners) to explore their priorities (safety, price, taste, nutrition) and safety-assessment behaviors (e.g., checking expiry dates, seller cleanliness). Findings reveal that personal health experiences (e.g., food poisoning, chronic conditions) and demographic factors (age, income) significantly influence safety prioritization, with older or health-affected consumers valuing safety most. Key determinants of trust include seller reputation, product physical condition, and hygiene standards. The study highlights practical implications for businesses: enhancing transparency, innovating health-centric products, and maintaining rigorous hygiene to align with consumer expectations. By contextualizing global frameworks within Indonesia’s market, this research offers novel insights for policymakers and marketers to tailor strategies that address localized safety concerns and foster consumer trust.
