Abstract

Educational city Bukittinggi has some Senior High School (SMA) and they are potential.  Learning process is doing well but not optimal yet. Mathematics teacher find the difficulties in build, solve and interprete mathematical models based and real world problem. In other case, it is one of the mathematics learning objectives for SMA. This case gives the negative impact. If teacher knows the models of a problem, she/he will use in explaining the lessson, so that the students find the benefit  of that mathematical concept. One way to solve this problem is give a workshop to teacher to construct mathematical model based on the real world context. In workshop teacher are teached how to model it, oriented to mathematical modelling. The objective of this workshop to help SMA mathematical teacher to model the real world problem, so that the problem solved. Workshop do with several analysis, they are analysis of need, orientation and discussion. Result that teacher reach are they are motivated to study how to model mathematical problem and they understand how to model it.

Abstract

Abstract – Childbirth is a natural event experienced by a mother. Based on interviews in September 2015 were conducted in the mother house who have experienced childbirth said that the mother gave birth at 29 weeks gestational age infant’s organ is not mature enough, and the baby eventually died. The aim of this study was to determine the form of the logistic regression model, factors that significant and  opportunity of the each factors that significantly affect childbirth based on gestational age. The results were obtained form the logistic regression model that describes the factors that affect childbirth based on gestational age. Who the significance factor are history of childbirth, anemia, and hypertension. Opportunity mother had a history of preterm childbirth, anemia, and hypertension the opportunity of the mother will experience premature childbirt is 0.999.     Keywords: Childbirth, Logistic Regression, Probability

Abstract

Abstract–Investment is a commitment to a number of funds or other resources carried out at this time with the aim of obtaining future profits. There are two types of investment, namely investment in real assets and investing in financial assets. Shares are instruments in the capital market that are often used by investors. Stock prices that change from time to time are very influential for shareholders. The purpose of this research is to form a stock price movement formula using the Wiener process method. The steps taken in this study are to form a model and make predictions. The results of this study obtained a mathematical model of stock price movements as well as stock price predictions for the 26 future periods. The results show that the highest and lowest share prices each occur on November 19, 2018 and November 16, 2018, with a prediction error value of 5,26581%.Keywords–Stock Price, Wiener Process, Jakarta Islamic Index.

Abstract

Abstract — Investment is the activity of placing a number of funds at the present time with the aim of obtaining future benefits. The problem faced by investors is determining which stocks to choose in order to get maximum profit. Steps taken in order to get maximum profit is to form an optimal portfolio. T.he pu.rpose of th.is st.udy is to fo.rm an optimal portfolio of stocks incorporated in LQ-45 in the period August 2018 - July 2019 and determine the proportion of funds for each member of the opti.mal port.folio for.med using the sin.gle ind.ex met.hod. This study uses secondary data obtained from Yahoo Finance and Bank Indonesia. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique used. There are 41 stocks that still survive du.ring the obser.vation per.iod. The results of the analysis obtained from 41 LQ-45 stocks are that there are four stocks that are included in the optimal portfolio, namely; ADHI, EXCL, MNCN and TLKM with each proportion of funds of 4.081944%, 9.9706955%, 3.1884027%, and 82.7589578%. Keywords --- investation, portofolio, single index method

Abstract

Abstract — Gadgets are sophisticated technology that many people are interested in including early childhood. Parents who deliberately introduce and give gadgets to children without supervision make children addicted to their gadgets. This has led to an increase in cases of gadget addiction in early childhood. The purpose of this research is to form a mathematical model of the effect of giving gadgets to early childhood. This research is basic research. The theoretical method will be used to analyze the theories used in forming a mathematical model of the effect of gadgets on early childhood. Based on the analysis results obtained two fixed points, namely a fixed point free from gadget influence and a fixed point pendemik. The high level of influence of giving gadgets to early childhood causes the population of children to become increasingly addicted to gadgets.Keywords — gadgets, early childhood, gadget addiction.

Abstract

Abstract— Convection is a line of business in the finished clothing section that producess on a large scale or in massive. In the production process, in general the working of convection are not based on customer orders, but based on a standard size. Lavera convection is one of the famous convection in the city of Padang that has obstacles in controlling orders. The purpose of this study is to determine the shape of nonlinear models from optimization of production costs in Lavera Convection using Separable Programming and Genetic Algorithms. The type of research is applied research with secondary data type. The method of data collection was carried out by researchers to the Lavera Convection in Padang and followed by data collection. Separable Programming Method is a method for transforming nonlinear objective functions into linear objective function. By completing the schedulling model using the Genetic Algorithm, the result is the minimum production cost incrured is Rp. 65.223.468, 43 with 540 long-sleeved shirth, 540 collared shirts, 360 T-shirts, 540 training pants.Keywords—optimization, production, nonlinear programming, separable programming, geneticalgorithms

Abstract

Abstract — Inflation is an increase in the level prices continually. The impact of inflation can be overcome by investing capital or resources carried in an asset with the expectation of obtaining profits in the future which is called investment. Portfolio is a set of several assets to reduce of risk. One of the way to form an optimal portfolio is Markowitz Model using Two-Fund Theorem that can present a portfolio of the smallest risk according to investor preferences. The purpose of this research is to determine the composition of optimal portfolio and proportion of fund from each stock in optimal portfolio.This research used secondary which is consist of  42 samples in LQ-45 during February-July 2019. The result of analysis 42 samples there are 7 stock to form an optimal portfolio with the proportion of them. They are BBRI 43.91%, BRPT 24.08%, EXCL 14.75%, INTP 0.35%, JSMR 8.75%, MNCN 3.57%, WIKA 4.59%. Keywords — optimal portfolio, markowitz model, two-fund theorem.

Abstract

Abstract –Poverty is condition where people have lack of income to fulfill basic living needs. The condition is cause by some reasons like less of natural resources, less of human resources, and less of financial. Zakah is a effort to poverty decrement. To determine the factors that should be improved that we use mathematical model. Mathematical model of zakah in form of nonlinear differential equation system. Based on analysis of factor model  than influence poverty decrement are zakah influence level, business success level, and interaction level. The simulation it looks interaction level is more large to reach stability than other factors, it means that more height the interaction level makes more optimum to poverty decrement.

Abstract — An integer if it satisfies the Pythagorean theorem is called a “Triple Pythagoras” where there is already a building formula from Euclides to determine integers  and  that .The next problem is how to construct the formula to determine the integers of quadruple  and  that satisfy  This research is a theoretical research based on literature study. The purpose of this research is to determine the formula of integer’s quadruple  and  that satisfy and to determine the form that has been obtained. The formula by the first way is obtained , , ,  with terms  is an odd integer,  not a prime number,  and  are factor from  which is  The formula by the second way is    with terms    and  are member of sets {5, 13, 17, 25, 29, …} also applies to it multiplies. Abstract

Abstract – This article discuss about optimal portofolio formation using single index model. On the optimal portofolio formed will be determined proportion of funds to be invested. This study was conducted on stocks incorporated into the IDX30 index during observation period August 2017 – July 2018. Data in this study are secondary data, obtained from Yahoo Finance and Indonesian Banks. Sample used was 27 stocks using the purposive sampling technique. Result of analysis on 27 IDX30 stocks, obtained 3 stocks that formed the optimal portofolio that is BBCA, ANTM, and PWON with the proportion each of funds is 89,8845921%, 8,9483672%, and 1,1670408%. Keywords: Investation, Optimal  Portofolio, Single Indeks ModelAbstrak – Artikel ini membahas pembentukan portofolio optimal saham dengan model indeks tunggal. Pada portofolio optimal yang terbentuk ditentukan proporsi dana untuk diinvestasikan. Penelitian dilakukan pada saham yang tergabung ke dalam IDX30 selama periode pengamatan Agustus 2017 – Juli 2018. Data pada penelitian adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Yahoo Finance dan Bank Indonesia. Sampel penelitian adalah 27 saham, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis terhadap 27 saham IDX30, didapat tiga saham yang membentuk portofolio optimal, yaitu: BBCA, ANTM, dan PWON dengan masing – masing proporsi dananya adalah; 89,8845921%, 8,9483672%, dan 1,1670408%. Kata Kunci: Investasi, Portofolio Optimal, Model Indeks Tunggal
