Abstract

Selama ini dalam mengolah nilai siswa menggunakan cara manual mengakibatkan pekerjaan menjadi sulit dan tidak efisien dalam waktu. Dalam penggunaan program Microsoft Office Excel ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kemudahan dalam menghitung ataupun mengolah nilai rapor siswa, baik untuk bapak dan ibu guru maupun wali kelas. Dalam penggunaan program Office Excel ini maka bapak dan ibu guru serta wali kelas menjadi mudah dalam mengolah nilai setiap mata pelajaran tanpa harus menunggu bantuan dalam pengolahan nilai. Diadakannya pelatihan ini maka bapak dan ibu guru di SDN 16 AIR TAWAR TIMUR PADANG terampil dalam mengoperasikan salah satu program aplikasi yaitu Microsoft Office Excel dalam menghitung nilai siswa ataupun pengolahan yang digunakan untuk nilai rapor.

Abstract

This research investigated the similarity of human DNA profile using fuzzy similarity measure. The similarity measurement of DNA profile had been done by measuring the similarity between query’s DNA profile and its biological family such as father, mother, brother, sister, grandmother and grandfather. The similarity measurement had been done to the short tandem repeat (STR) alleles in sixteen loci. The result of the experiment showed that each simulation gave matching result. This research is useful for Indonesian National Police (POLRI) in identifying process of disaster victim, terrorism victim and other criminal conduct.

Abstract

Abstract – Most images have important information or a secret message. Secret message can provoke onset of opportunity the existence of threats to change the message. The messages of the image can be done by manipulating or piracy on the image. The results of image manipulation can change the meaning the image. Such as threats can be avoided by providing a safeguard against the image. Application of Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) Algorithm for Image Files is one way to secure an image of piracy as well as the manipulation of images. This article discussed the application of the RSA algorithm for image files. This method can hide the image using an early form of the public key and return it to the initial form with private key. The whole process is done by using Visual Basic 6.0. On the various experiments conducted the results of his work from the encryption produces 13 imagery similar to the image of the beginning of 15 sample images. Errors may caused by the selection of keywords which is less precise. Keywords – A Safety Of Image File, The RSA Algorithm, Encryption, Descryption

Abstract

Abstract – PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatera is currently facing the problem of carrying capacity that doesn’t meet the increasing passenger capacity. Therefore, will be made forecasting the number of train passengers for the future, so that the PT. Kereta Api can prepare the necessary facilities. The purpose of this study was to obtain a forecasting model and forecast the number of train passengers starting from the month of August 2015 until July 2016. The methods used are ARIMA method. After going through the stage of model identification, assessment and testing parameters, as well as the diagnostic phase, the obtained ARIMA(0,1,1)(0,1,1)12 as a suitable model for predicting the number of railway passengers with the model Yt = 243,6 +  Yt-1 + Yt-12 –Yt-13 + et – 0,7689 et-1 – 0,8271 et-12 + (0,7689 x 0,8271) et-13 .Keywords  – PT. Abstract

Abstract – The problem of 0/1 Knapsack is an issue in the selection of objects from the set of objects that each object have a decision "selected" or "not selected". The decision to choose a object is prioritized by the weight and profit of these objects, for example, to maximize profits or minimize costs. The main issue of this problem, it take to many processes and time to find the optimum solution. Therefore, we need a method and a program to find aproximate solutions to this problem so that decisions can be made quickly with fixed gain maximum profit. The purpose of this study is to obtain an efficient way to finding the optimum solution of this problem. Optimization method that used in this research is genetic algorithm, while the program is made in Python programming language. Based on this research, it is known that the genetic algorithm is able to obtain the optimum solution knapsack problem in a fairly short time.Keywords – 0/1 knapsack problem, finding the optimal solution, genetic algorithm

Abstract

Abstract –  Scheduling problem can be modeled by using linear integer programming and completed using the column generation method. Column generation methods taking sub-set of the set of large columns to be resolved. This new column is generated when variables corresponding to that column potentially optimize the purpose function. The purpose of this research is to model integer program for scheduling, forming process with column generation approach, and get optimization result from scheduling. This research is the oretical research. Which is a literature study based on the relevant sources. Based on the result, obtained model scheduling problem in the form of linear integer program, the scheduling model is processed by the column generation method, that is Master Problem formation, Restricted Master Problem, then RMP is formed dual so tested using pricing problem until got optimal result. The method was applied to the sample in order to get the most optimal schedule.

Abstract

Abstract –Newton-Steffensen method is one of numerical method for finding root of nonlinear equation. This method is modified method from Newton-Raphson method. The purpose of this research is to review the iteration formula, compile the algorithm, and analyze the order of convergence. This research is theoretical research. Which is a literature study based on the relevant sources. Based on the result, the algorithm applied to a computer program. The order of convergence of Newton-Steffensen method is three so the method is faster than Newton-Raphson method.

Abstract

Abstract – Lung cancer is a disease with characteristic presence of uncontrolled cell growth in the lung tissue. If not treated, the growth of these cells can spread beyond the lung. So if it is not taken seriously, will be ensured with lung cancer longer will increase. The factors that affect the risk of lung cancer are age, gender, cigarette consumption and lung disease history, family history, and type of work. To determine the factors that most influence the risk of lung cancer will be established a model which can help the application of a causal relationship between two or more variables by using logistic regression analysis. Which aims to determine the factors that influence and determine the chances of each of the factors that affect the risk of lung cancer. Based on theresults of the study, the factors that affect the risk of lung cancerat the Hospital Dr. M. Djamil Padang is age cigarette consumption and lung disease history. If a personolder than 40 years, smokers and have a history of lung disease, the chances that a person will suffer from lung cancer increases.Keywords–lung cancer, risk factor, logistic regression analysis

Abstract

Abstract – Palm oil is one of the non oil and natural gas export commodities in Indonesia that has a high economic value and becomes one of the country’s foreign exchange earner. The increase of the world market needs of palm oil will certainly affect export activities. Therefore, the exports of palm oil for the next few years need to be predicted so that the government can make planning and do appropriate actions. The method used was the Tripel Exponential Smoothing Method Type Brown. This method is a one parameter quantitative forecasting method for time series data that are quadratic trend. The forecast accuracy measure used was Mean Square Error (MSE) to determine the ideal parameter. The forecast model obtained was . The forecast of the exports of Indonesian palm oil in 2015 to 2019 were between 24.509,329 thousand tons to 33.563,659 thousand tons. Keywords – forecasting, export, palm oil, tripel exponential smoothing method type brown

Abstract

Abstract – Image segmentation is the process of separating the object from the background or of other objects that are not a concern, so the object can be processed for the other purposes. Along with the development of technology in digital image processing application, the segmentation process becomes increasingly necessary. The results of the segmentation must be accurate so that any error does not happen in the interpretation of information from an image. This article discussed the application of the minimum spanning tree on a graph in a segment of an image. This method is able to separate an object from the background so that it produces binary image, which is in this case, the object that being the focus is set in white, while the background is black or otherwise. The whole processes were done by using the Matlab R2013a. Keywords – graph, minimum spanning tree, image segmentation, digital image
