Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Mengengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting pada pembangunan ekonomi Masyarakat desa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi Desa Paga memiliki beberapa UMKM yang memiliki potensi cukup besar. UMKM tersebut diantaranya adalah Keripik Pisang Mr. Jack, Gatot dan Tiwul Vikasari, Produsen Alat Rumah Tangga Alumunium, dan Kopi Alpag. Pengembangan UMKM tersebut terkendala legalitas berupa Produk Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT), Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) atau Izin Usaha Mikro Kecil (IUMK), dan branding produk. Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat (UNIRA) Malang di Desa Pagak mengangkat program kerja bidang ekonomi dengan pendampingan keempat UMKM tersebut. Legalitas usaha bagi UMKM memberikan beberapa keuntungan diantaranya, pemasaran dapat dilakukan lebih luas karena produk dinilai memiliki kredibilitas serta dapat mengakses berbagai program pemerintah tentang pengadaan program dan jasa. Legalitas usaha tersebut juga merupakan syarat yang dipenuhi untuk memiliki BPOM dan Sertifikasi Halal.

Abstract

The community service partners in this activity are Usaha Mikro Kecil dan menengah (UMKM) operating in the food sector, handicrafts to tourism managers in Pandanmulyo Village, Tajinan District, Malang Regency. Currently, UMKM, only market their products and promote tourist destinations in a limited environment, such as through the Pandanmulyo Village website and through word of mouth, so the information is not widely disseminated. Therefore, these UMKM require training on the importance of utilizing digital marketing so that their marketing system can be improved and can reach more target markets and support a better increase in sales. In addition, UMKM were given training in creating Instagram and Shopee accounts, as well as guidance on managing these platforms efficiently. Based on the results of this activity, it is recommended to continue the use of digital marketing strategies and provide regular mentoring so that the marketing and sales of UMKM products and tourism promotion can be improved effectively and optimally.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka encourages schools to implement specific teaching to identify the interests of each individual. This study aims to provide different learning training for teachers in Sumberpuchung National 1 High School. This online training involves the presentation of materials, group discussions, and the sharing of good practices, using the SMALOKA learning community tools available on the Merdeka Teaching platform. The results of the training included the enthusiasm of many participants and the diversity of participants from different regions. In addition, there was an increase in teachers' understanding of differentiated learning concepts and their enthusiasm for applying them in the classroom. However, ongoing support is still needed to overcome the challenges in implementation. This research highlights the importance of collaboration between teachers in developing learning practices that are more inclusive and responsive to student needs.
