Abstract

Non-formal education is a strategic solution to bridge the gap in education in areas with limited access, including Cianjur Regency. Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM) as non-formal educational institutions have a central role in providing equal education services, literacy, life skills, and community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the contribution of PKBM to improving the quality of non-formal education in Cianjur, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies on several PKBM in the Cianjur area. The results of the study indicate that PKBM plays a role in reducing school dropout rates, improving the skills of students, and expanding access to education. However, challenges such as limited funds, educators, and community participation are still major obstacles. This study recommends strengthening synergy between stakeholders and increasing the institutional capacity of PKBM for the sustainability of non-formal education programs

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Ananda Perkasa Mulia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang artinya penelitian ini hanya sebatas pengungkapan suatu permasalahan yang ada dan mencoba menemukan solusi atau pemecahan masalah yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Ananda Perkasa Mulia yang terdiri dari 43 orang. Dengan demikian, karena populasi kurang dari 100 maka seluruh karyawan PT Ananda Perkasa Mulia dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 43 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Ananda Perkasa Mulia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu 17.419 > 3.23 dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance of PT Adinda Permata Mulia. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique using saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 41 respondents. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style variables on the performance of PT Adinda Permata Mulia employees. This is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 7.834> 2.023 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives on the productivity of IFive Indonesia Sales Partners. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 36 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 36 respondents. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of the effect of incentives on the productivity of IFive Indonesia Sales Partners. This is evidenced by the tcount > ttable value, namely 6.638 > 2.032 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05.
