Abstract

This research aims to analysis and clarify the collective influence and brand equity partial consisting of variable of brand awareness, brand association, and perceived quality toward purchasing decision on Adidas shoes in Adidas Store Olympic Garden Malang Mall. The research employed is explanatory research by applying quantitative approach. The samples are taken from 106 buyers of Adidas shoes in Adidas Store Olympic Garden Malang Mall. Multiple linear regression is implemented for analysing the data which are processed with SPSS for Windows ver 20.00. The result of  the study shows that brand awareness variable (X1), brand association (X2), and perceived quality (X3) collectively and partially affect the purchasing decision (Y) with Sig. F < α (0,000 < 0,05). The value of Adjusted R square is 0.517. It indicates that the percentage of contribution of brand Awareness variable (X1), brand association (X2), and impression of quality (X3) toward purchasing decision is 51.7%, while the rest is 48.3% which is influenced by other variables that is not discussed in this research. Keywords : Brand Equity, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Purchase Decision ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh bersama-sama dan parsial Ekuitas Merek yang terdiri dari variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas, terhadap keputusan pembelian pada sepatu merek Adidas di Adidas di Adidas Store Mal Olympic Garden Malang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 106 pembeli sepatu merek Adidas di Adidas Store Mal Olympic Garden Malang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS for Windows ver 20.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kesadaran merek (X1), asosiasi merek (X2), dan kesan kualitas (X3) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan Sig. F < α (0,000 < 0,05). Nilai Adjusted R  square adalah sebesar 0,517. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi variabel kesadaran merek (X1), asosiasi merek (X2), dan kesan kualitas (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 51,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Ekuitas Merek, Kesadaran Merek, Asosiasi Merek, Kesan Kualitas, dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

  Latar Belakang: Triage merupakan identifikasi pasien berdasarkan kegawatan yang mengancam jiwa sehingga harus menerapkan pola yang tepat baik tempat, waktu dan memastikan semua pasien dilihat berdasarkan kegawatan. Tujuan Mendapatkan gambaran realitas tentang arti dan makna Studi Fenomenologi: Pengalaman Perawat IGD Dalam Pelaksanaan Triage pada Pasien Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas RSUD Dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor Tanah Bumbu. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan kualitatif fenomenologi dimana dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 partisipan yang diambil dengan teknik Snow Ball Sampling Hasil: Penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: (1) Gambaran Perawat dalam Pelaksanaan Triage, (2) Kemampuan Perawat IGD dalam Mengatasi Situasi Kegawat Daruratan dalam Pelaksanaan Pasien Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas, (3) Penanganan Pertama Pasien Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas. Kesimpulan: Perlu mempelajari lebih dalam tentang pelaksanaan triage dalam aplikasi langsung dengan pasien kecelakaan lalu lintas. Bahwa gambaran perawat dalam Pelaksanaan triage adalah terdiri dari 4 kategori yaitu Pemilihan pasien, Prioritas Penderita, Ruang Bedah dan Keadaan Pasien Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Perawat, Triage, KLL.  ________________________________________________________________

Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic condition when the blood pressure on the increase the blood vessels. Hypertension cases in Banjar Regency in 2021 were 15,083 cases. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can reduce blood pressure is slow stroke back massage using ylang essential oil. Slow stroke back massage using ylang essential oil can have an effect on relaxation, blood circulation and is also useful as a lowering of blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of slow stroke back massage using ylang essential oil on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension in Paku Alam village. This research method uses a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were patients with hypertension in the village of Paku Alam RT.03. The number of samples in this study were 10 people taken by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The research instrument uses Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and observation sheets. The results of this study found that blood pressure decreased after giving slow stroke back massage using ylang essential oil. The results of the analysis test obtained that the systolic p value = 0.00 < (0.05) and the diastolic p value = 0.004 < (0.05) . So it can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of slow stroke back massage using ylang ylang essential oil on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension in Paku Alam Village.

Abstract

Childhood Cancer is a life-threatening disease and the leading cause of child death in low- and middle-income countries. Families having children with cancer can have a negative impact on the well-being of parents. Long leukemia treatment has an impact on parents, therefore resilience is needed. Several factors affect resilience, namely stress and optimism. Knowing the relationship between stress and optimism on the resilience of mothers who have children with leukemia at Ulin Hospital, Banjarmasin. Analytical survey design and Cross-Sectional design. The sample is a mother who has 30 children with leukemia using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument uses a Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire. Optimism uses the Life Orientation Test – Revised (LOT-R) questionnaire, resilience uses The Corner Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (CD-RISC) which has been tested for validity and reliability. Univariate data analysis was performed to determine the frequency and percentage, and bivariate was performed using Kalmogorov-Smirnov to determine the relationship between variables.

Abstract

Complementary therapy is an alternative non-pharmacological treatment that can control blood pressure in hypertension sufferers. The apiin compound content in celery leaves and bay leaves is believed to be able to reduce high blood pressure. To determine the effectiveness of complementary therapy of boiled celery leaves and bay leaves on reducing hypertension. The research uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experiment One Group With Pretest-Posttest Design. The instruments in this research were observation sheets and aneroid spygmomanometer. The sample was 14 hypertensive patients in Paku Alam Village with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test and data collection used observation sheets. From the results of Wilcoxon's statistical tests before and after the test, it can be concluded that the pre and post systolic and diastolic results of celery leaves achieved significant results.The effectiveness of complementary therapy of boiled celery leaves and bay leaves has an effect on reducing hypertension in the community in Paku Alam Village.The results showed that after giving a decoction of celery leaves and bay leaves, the blood pressure of respondents decreased. Wilcoxon's test results showed that bay leaf intake was more effective in reducing high blood pressure, there was a significant difference after giving bay leaf decoction.
