Abstract

Abstrak. Hiperemesis gravidarum adalah muntah yang terjadi pada awal kehamilan sampai akhir kehamilan 20 minggu. Etiologinya belum diketahui secara pasti, tetapi beberapa ahli yang menyatakan bahwa erat hubungannya dengan faktor endokrin dan non endokrin. Mual dan muntah terjadi pada 60-80 % primigravida dan 40-60 % multigravida. 3, 4 Presentase hormon β-HCG akan meningkat sesuai dengan pertumbuhan plasenta. Diperkirakan hormon inilah yang mengakibatkan muntah melalui rangsangan terhadap otot polos lambung. Sehingga, semakin tinggi hormon HCG, semakin cepat pula rangsangan terhadap muntah mengakibatkan terhambatnya pertumbuhan janin. 4, 5, 6 Pada laporan kasus ini, kami memaparkan seorang wanita G1 Hamil 14-15 minggu datang dengan keluhan lemas akibat mual dan muntah sebanyak 20 kali sehari sejak 1 hari sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Berdasarkan pemeriksaan fisik ditemukan mata cekung dengan turgor kembali 2 detik. Hasil Laboratorium menunjukkan adanya hipoglikemia, dan ketonuria. Hasil ultrasonography (USG) ditemukan janin tunggal hidup intrauterin, usia kehamilan 11-12 minggu, CRL 4,63 cm. Berdasarkan PUQE (Pregnancy Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea) score, pasien didiagnosis dengan hiperemesis gravidarum stadium 1 dan mendapatkan terapi cairan, injeksi anti-emetik 4 mg/2 ml per 8 jam, asam folat 400 mcg per hari, dan suplementasi vitamin B kompleks per hari.Kata Kunci : Hiperemesis gravidarum, ketonuria, PUQE score

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Biology learning using the Mind Mapping method combined with the Make A Match technique. The study used a descriptive research design. The whole series of research processes are conducted with the standards of graduates, processes standard, and assessment standards applied in the 2013 curriculum. The implementation phase of instruction is done: 1) Measurement of teacher's ability to prepare a lesson plan and implement teaching-learning; 2) The attitude of students cooperation when composing a Mind Mapping on the material of the human excretion system; 3) Measurement of student learning outcomes. Data analysis was done by the descriptive statistic technique, in mean form, standard deviation, frequency distribution, and description of learning recordings. As a result, the teacher can implement well the Biology learning device material of the human excretion system in class XI MIA Lubuk Pakam MAN using the Mind Mapping method combined with the Make A Match technique. The collaboration of students in class XI MIA MAN Lubuk Pakam when composing a Mind Mapping is in a good category. The distribution of mastery learning in class XI MIA MAN Lubuk Pakam after learning the Mind Mapping method combined with Make A Match technique is 76,1% of students reaching completeness and 23,9% unfinished. The learning mastery in the Mind Mapping method combined with the Make A Match technique is higher than the previous daily test.

Abstract

Acid-base topic is considered as a difficult topic by high school students of SMAN 3 Padang Panjang. This is proofed by the result of their mark that showed 80.2% of 101 students do not past the test. This is an indication that the students hava a learning difficulties. Learning difficulties is the condition where someone has an obstacle in learning about something. This research intend to identify the student’s learning difficulties on acid-base topic and find out the factors of their learning difficulties. The method of this research is descriptive method. The sample of this research are 32 students of class XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Padang Panjang. And from the research, researcher find out that the percentage of learning difficulties indication of the sample is 46.8% with the category is high enough. This learning difficulties are influenced by scheduling and implementation of learning factors.

Abstract

This research explains mathematical constructions using APOS theory which are used to improve students' understanding abilities in the learning process. The method used in this research is literature study. The conclusion in this research is that mathematical construction based on apos theory can improve students' understanding abilities, apart from increasing students' understanding abilities it can also make students more active in learning.
