Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin baiknya tingkat rating investasi di Indonesia dan meningkatnya minat investasi di Indonesia khusunya pada pasar modal. Setiap pilihan keputusan investasipasti dihubungkan dengan tingkat risiko dan return, dengan demikian dapat diketahui seberapa besar nantinya tingkat pengembalian akan investasi dapat diperoleh dengan kuantitas risiko yang seminimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan penggolongan efisiensi dan keputusan investasi saham-saham berdasarkan Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) dan Reward to Variablity (RVAR). Hasil analisis menggunakan metode CAPM terdapat jumlah yang hampir seimbang antara saham yang dikategorikan overpriced dan underpriced. Perbedaan saham overpriced dan saham underpriced dapat dilihat dari penggambaran Garis Pasar Sekuritas. Saham yang underpriced dengan keputusan beli terdapat diatas garis SML yaitu sebanyak 13 saham perusahaan, sebaliknya saham yang overpriced dengan keputusan jual berada dibawah garis SML yaitu sebanyak 12 saham. Kemudian hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode RVAR untuk urutan pengambilan keputusan investasi saham yaitu 5 saham teratas yang memiliki hasil perhitungan RVAR tertinggi dari 25 saham perusahaan yang diteliti berturut-turut yaitu PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), PT. Astra International Tbk (ASII), PT. United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF), dan PT. PP London Sumatera Tbk (LSIP).   Kata Kunci : CAPM, RVAR, Keputusan Investasi

Abstract

MSMEs have a large opportunity for Indonesia state revenue. The momentum of covid 19 pandemic can be used by MSMEs to digitally transform, so they can enter the digital marketplace and become part of national and global supply. MSMEs must be able to adapt to existing business developments and they will be more directed to digital. They no longer playing at a conservative level but must be able to see digital opportunities so that they can target a wider market. This study uses a quantitative analysis that has never been proposed, as well as being the novelty of this research. The sample was taken from MSMEs that had the most impact during the Covid-19 pandemic, which is the business of providing food and beverage accommodation located in the city of Surabaya and the city of Malang. Multi Channel and Market Logistics have a positive and significant impact to increase MSME sales in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era.
