Abstract

The study was conducted at Dr. Hospital. Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo which is the only public hospital in the town, so the hospital in the needs of improving the performance of nurses in order to actuating the best service. This study aims to determine and explain whether there is a partial influence between Career Development on Nurse Performance and Self-efficacy on Nurse Performance, and the simultaneous influence between Career Development and Self-efficacy of Nurse Performance. This Research is typically using quantitative research with explanatory research. Samples taken in this study were 65 nurses at Dr. Hospital. Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo with purposive sampling technique. The method of data used is Likert scale. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study partially show that there is a significant influence between Career Development on Nurse Performance. While Self-efficacy has no significant effect on Nurses Performance, and there is a significant simultaneous influence between Career Development and Self-efficacy on Nurse Performance. The result of determination coefficient test shows that career development and self-efficacy affect as much as 13,4% to  the nurse performance at Dr. Hospital. Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo. Keywords : Career Development, Self-efficacy, Nurse Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan di Dr. Hospital. Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo yang merupakan satu-satunya rumah sakit umum di kota, sehingga rumah sakit dalam kebutuhan meningkatkan kinerja perawat agar dapat menggerakkan pelayanan terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah ada pengaruh parsial antara Pengembangan Karier pada Kinerja Perawat dan Self-efficacy pada Kinerja Perawat, dan pengaruh simultan antara Pengembangan Karir dan Self-efficacy of Nurse Performance. Penelitian ini biasanya menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan penelitian penjelasan. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 perawat di Rumah Sakit Dr. Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode data yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pengembangan Karier pada Kinerja Perawat. Sedangkan Self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat, dan ada pengaruh simultan yang signifikan antara Pengembangan Karir dan Self-efficacy pada Kinerja Perawat. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karier dan efikasi diri berpengaruh sebesar 13,4% terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Dr. Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo. Abstract

Luas lahan pertanian yang semakin menyusut disetiap tahun menjadi masalah penting bagi masyarakat Desa Mulyoagung. Pertanian perkotaan (urban farming) merupakan salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi hal tersebut dalam mempertahankan ketersediaan pangan. Urban farming dapat memperkuat ekonomi local dengan penerapan yang benar. Akan tetapi salah satu kendala yang menyebabkan kegagalan urban farming antara lain sumber bahan, SDM, dan pasar. Konsep paling mendasar yang perlu dilakukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah menjalin mitra kerjasama yang dengan pelaku pertanian yang bersinergi dengan program urban farming. Happytani merupakan badan usaha yang berada di desa Mulyoagung dan sangat berpotensi dijadikan mitra dengan skema urban farming. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Mulyoagung melalui pemeliharaan keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan pengembangan kemitraan dan kerjasama. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat berhasil mengadopsi konsep urban farming dengan memanfaatkan limbah organik cocopeat dan polybag. Pengembangan model urban farming telah membuktikan keberhasilannya dalam mengatasi penyusutan lahan pertanian dan memperkuat ekonomi lokal

Abstract

Domestic and international observers scrutinize education in Indonesia due to persistent challenges that significantly diminish its quality. This study aims to provide a constructive analysis by identifying key issues within the Indonesian educational sector and proposing various strategic solutions to enhance the system. Utilizing a qualitative methodology, this research incorporates a literature review along with the collection of both primary and secondary data. The data collection involves extensive documentation and subsequent analysis. The findings reveal multiple pressing issues in Indonesian education, such as disparities in educational outcomes, substandard educational facilities and infrastructure, deficiencies in teacher quality and conduct, issues with student morality, and a lack of tolerance for ethnic diversity. Addressing these problems requires a collaborative effort across all societal sectors. Proposed solutions include enhancing teacher and student welfare, cultivating a global perspective and fostering a positive mindset among educators and learners, designing an inclusive and holistic curriculum, ensuring vigilant management of budgets, and encouraging greater involvement from the private sector. By incorporating these strategies, there is a potential not only to rectify current deficiencies but also to elevate the overall standard of education in Indonesia. This improvement will require sustained efforts and a commitment to innovation and inclusivity in educational practices.
