Abstract

The development of the automotive industry at this time can be quite rapid because every year the number of vehicles continues to increase. The development of the automotive industry also encourages the development of industries supporting services such as car repair shops, car salons, sales of spare parts, the sale of accessories, and car wash services. Own car wash services are needed the car users because, in addition to saving time, the car users are also convinced that if their car is washed at the car wash, the car will be clean and well maintained. In offering their services, employers must implement appropriate promotional strategies. Quality of service also supports the company to provide satisfaction for its customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion strategies and quality of service on user satisfaction at Best Car Care Bogor partially or simultaneously. A population of 220 people and take a sample of 135 respondents. The research method using multiple regression analysis. Results of research conducted found that the promotion strategy and service quality and significant positive effect either simultaneously or partially on user satisfaction. Abstract

Abstrak - Teknologi komputer  merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, kemajuan teknologi komputer berkembang pesat baik didalam pembuatan hardware maupun software. Sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk membutuhkan sebuah  sistem informasi yang menunjang kemudahan dalam melakukan  penjualan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Untuk melakukan pemasaran produk kepada konsumen perlu dibuat sebuah sistem strategi marketing pada perusahaan produsen air minum  yang  masih manual dalam hal penempatan distributor dan outlet yang strategis, mulai dari pencatatan alamat distributor dan alamat outlet sampai terpenuhinya kebutuhan distributor dan outlet dalam melakukan penjualan air minum produsen ke konsumen, sehingga  pada saat penentuan cabang distributor tidak  efisien. Pembuatan aplikasi berbasis web ini merupakan solusi yang baik dalam hal pemasaran atau dalam hal penempatan distributor yang strategis. Aplikasi berbasis web yang dikembangkan  memanfaatkan google maps  yang berfungsi  membantu penempatan distributor yang strategis, efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat menaikan penjualan produsen ke konsumen. Dengan fitur  google maps membantu pengembang tidak kesulitan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan, terutama dalam menyimpan lokasi distributor dan outlet, keuntungan system google maps,  pengembang dapat  mengcustom google maps sehingga bisa menggunakan database sendiri dan bisa di integrasikan ke beberapa bahasa pemograman.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Peta,  Berbasis Web, Strategi Marketing, Google Maps, Distributor Abstract - Computer technology is equipment that was created to facilitate human work, advances in computer technology are growing rapidly both in the manufacture of hardware and software. Abstract

Global competition requires a company to continue to pay attention to market conditions and compete more competitively. Competitive strategy is one way to find competitiveness in each force. The purpose of this study was to find a competitive strategy at the Rural Bank (BPR) Rama Ganda in order to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining its survival. Type The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted using the SWOT method by conducting IFAS analysis to analyze internal factors, EFAS analysis for external factors. The results showed that the right strategy applied by BPR Rama Ganda was the SO strategy. SO strategy with emphasis on expansion and promotion strategies. BPR Rama Ganda uses a promotional strategy through various activities. These activities are in the form of raffles and socialization. The lottery is intended for customers who use savings and time deposits products. In addition to the lucky draw, BPR Rama Ganda also conducted outreach activities to the MSME markets and communities in Bogor and related institutions to increase the number of customers. BPR Rama Ganda has a socialization program. The socialization program is an introduction to the products of BPR Rama Ganda.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of work culture, work environment, and compensation on job satisfaction and their effect on employee loyalty. This research is quantitative, and the research was conducted in Jakarta on television media workers, using a sampling technique in this study used is Purposive Sampling, with television employee's criteria and willingness to fill out a questionnaire. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire, and from the data, collection results obtained 68 respondents who were willing to fill out the questionnaire. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work culture has a significant effect on loyalty, the work environment has a significant effect on loyalty, job satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, 8. Work culture has a positive effect on loyalty through job satisfaction, the Work environment has a negative effect on loyalty through job satisfaction, and compensation has a positive effect on loyalty through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Arrohmah adalah yayasan yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan agama Islam melalui Madrasah Tsanawiyah Arrohmah yang ada di kota Bogor, dan pengurusnya adalah orang-orang yang menempati struktur dalam organisasi yayasan dan menjalankan fungsinya sesuai dengan jobdesk nya. Peningkatan kinerja pengurus sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang keberhasilan yayasan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan manajemen organisasi bagi pengurus yayasan. Dengan semakin baik keterampilan manajemen organisasi yang dimiliki oleh para pengurus maka akan meningkatkan kinerja mereka dan selanjutnya membuat yayasan dapat menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang semakin baik pula. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara offline atau langsung kepada pengurus Yayasan  Pendidikan Islam Arrohman. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pengurus Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Arrohman dalam membuat program kerja, peningkatan efektifitas kerja sehingga terjadi peningkatan kinerja secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Abstract :In this era globalization, information technology is one of the fields whose development is accelerating. Information technology gives a lot of influence in the  life of the people and computers become the most sophisticated alternative in handling the right and accurate information . Khanzanah Win Berkah is a trading business engaged in fashion that the system is still manual and has not been computerized starting from recording data items, the sales transaction process to making report so as to make the store's performance less effective and efficient . Therefore, there needs to be a system that can facilitate employees in doing their jobs. For this reason, the author tries to make a Final Project on the design of sales information systems at KhanzanahWin Berkah. And the model used to design this software uses the waterfall model. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve existing problems in the shop and with a computerized system that can improve shop performance more effectively and efficiently so the data stored is save and reduces errors in data calculation.
