Abstract

Public transportations are already familiar to everyone in each province of Indonesia. Beside of the economic aspect, that is cheaper, public transportation also ease the way people to reach their destination. Based on that fact, each vehicle of public transportation must be roadworthy. Road test of public transportation vehicle in Department of Transportation will determine if the vehicle of public transportation is roadworthy or not. Decision Support System Road Test Of Public Transportation using FMADM (Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making) with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is create with the purpose to take the machine year, vehicle year, condition of the exhaust emission, and the physical condition of the vehicle to determine the value of roadworthy. The estimation of each aspect will be written in roadworthy testing form and will be totalized as the final value. If the final value is greater than 100, the vehicle is not roadworthy. Whereas, if the final value is 100, the vehicle is roadworthy. In this case, it will take long while to determine if the vehicle is roadworthy or not. Abstract

To be able to compete with other universities, one of the efforts is to improve the service quality to students by giving right lecturer on the right subjects. This research is referring to priority of lecturer in private university by doing assessment lecturer performance for each semester to determine quality and competence of lecturer finally will give the affect in determining subjects will be taught. The obstacle is such as there is no information system to determine lecturers which are suitable of education background. This research produced a model that support a decision in determining lecturer with the best performance will be teaching certain subjects in each period. In this research, use super decision software to determine lecturers on the right subjects. Key word: decision support, super decision, assessment of lecturer

Abstract

To support the information which are needed of an organization in making good decision-making processes, are reguired an information infrastructure to store and to process the data. The use of daily operational data as resources kontrabution strategy gives less adequate for the organization. Therefore, the data warehouse is a concept and a combination of technologies that facilitates organizations to manage and to maintain historical data derived from operational systems. Constraints faced is the lack of support systems that support the accreditation forms primarily charging standard form filling 3 on the data and a graduate student and difficult to obtain information related to the trend in the quality of students meach study program from period to period. In completing the accreditation forms using analysis methodology Online Analytical Processing and method development Business Life Cycle, the results of the research needed to support charging accreditation forms mainly form filling standard 3 regarding the data of student and graduate and obtain information related to the number of prospective students, the number of new students at the faculty and the number of graduates who also grouped by type and their cumulative grade point percentages.Keywords: Data Warehouse, Business Life Cycle, Accreditation, Accreditation

Abstract

Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi informasi di era teknologi yang semakin berkembang membuat baik instansi pemerintah dan swasta, bahkan lembaga perpustakaan mulai gencar dalam mengembangan perpustakaan digital (digital library), Badan Perpustakaan Arsip dan Dokumentasi Daerah Lampung merupakan Perpustakaan daerah yang sangat penting keberadaannya bagi masyarakat kota Bandar Lampung sebagai pusat referensi buku dan juga faktor penting di dalam penunjang transformasi antara sumber ilmu (koleksi) dengan pencari ilmu (pengunjung),saat ini memiliki  ribu buku mulai dari buku anak-anak, umum hingga buku referensi bagi mahasiswa seperti buku teknologi, buku sejarah, buku ekonomi, buku kesehatan dan lain-lain yang tersedia di perpustakaan.nternet memberikan jalan yang mudah untuk mendistribusikan informasi kepada masyarakat luas tanpa harus melalui proses yang panjang, masyarakat harus datang langsung ke perpustakaan dan bertanya terlebih dahulu tentang buku yang dibutuhkan, serta mencarian koleksi buku yang tersedia.  Dalam merancang e-katalog berbasis website sebagai media Informasi dengan tampilan menarik,  agar minat masyarakat untuk mengakses layanan perpustakaan dengan menggunakan metodologi analisis dan desain sistem terstruktur (structured system analysis and design).Alat yang digunakan dalam metodologi antara lain  data flow diagram, document flowchart, dan entity relationship diagram serta tools pemograman yang digunakan dalam perancangan e-katalog ini menggunakan  Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, MySQL.   Hasil penelitian tentang rancangan e-katalog pada Badan Perpustakaan Arsip dan Dokumentasi Daerah Lampung akan mempermudah pihak perpustakaan khususnya pengelola persedian buku dan pengelola informasi dalam publikasi serta mempermudah masyarakat dalam  pengaksesan koleksi buku mulai dari jenis buku, judul buku, penerbit dan lain-lain yang tersedia di perpustakaan sehingga tanpa harus datang langsung ke perpustakaan serta tak dibatasi ruang dan waktu.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya Dinas Kesehatan bekerja sama dengan berbagai lintas sektor terutama BPPOM diperlukan untuk memperluas cakupan pengawasan keamanan dan kesehatan makanan. Pengawasan keamanan dan kesehatan makanan dimulai dari registerasi dan monitoring dalam kesehatan makanan yang diperoduksi.Permasalahan pada penglolahan data registerasi industry makan belum memakai database yang saling berhubungan khususnya data registerasi industri  makan, dan  data monitoring sering terjadinya kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan data monitoring karena harus melihat kembali ke dalam form surat rekomendasi industri makanan maupun form  tanda terima industri makanan. Analysis sistem informasi pengawas keamanan dan kesehatan makan pada dinas kesehatan kota Bandar Lampung pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa observasi, studi  pustaka dan wawancara, Review Documentation dan menggunakan metodologi analisis dan desain sistem terstruktur SSAD ( Structured Systems Analysis and Design) untuk pengembangan sistem berupa perencanana perbaikan dalam proses penglolahan data,meliputi proses registerasi dan monitoring industry makanan,perencanan perbaikan dalam proses percetakan pelaporan data registerasi dan monitoring industri makanan,menggunakan tahapan analisis dan tahapan desain,yang dilengkapi dengan alat ( tools ) dan teknik( tecchiniques).dengan software sistem operasi windows, program visual basic 6.0, sql 2008, Cyrstal Report 8. Hasil penelitian tentang Analisis sistem informasi Pengawas Keamanan dan Kesehatan Makan pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung  akan  mempermudah pihak  Dinas Kesehatan akan mendata dan melakukan survey mengenai kelayakan makanan, dimulai dari registrasi produsen makanan, mengeluarkan surat izin, mengadakan monitoring system penglolahan data yang dapat melakukan pencarian data telah dimasukan untuk diperbaiki atau dihapus, yang telah tersimpan dalam database yang sewaktu waktu dapat ditampilkan kembali, dan dalam pembuatan laporan monitoring akan lebih mudah serta penglompokan data laporan berdasarkan jenis makan.

Abstract

Many people in the city of Bandar Lampung have difficulty finding and getting information on culinary specialties of Lampung because there is no special promotion information system for typical Lampung culinary based on culinary categories and how is the process for booking culinary places in the Bandar Lampung City area. Based on these problems, the solution was to build a website-based Hits Culinary Information System to help the community, especially visitors from inside and outside the city of Bandar Lampung, in finding information about the culinary specialties of Lampung in the City of Bandar Lampung. The Hits Culinary Information System in the Bandar Lampung City area provides information and assists several culinary partners in developing their business such as product promotion and assisting visitors in the process of ordering food menus for reservations. The method used to develop the system is the waterfall method with a system developer tool, namely UML with several design stages, namely Use cases, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequential Diagrams. Then the system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The purpose of the research is to produce information media that can provide information on various kinds of Lampung culinary specialties as a form of introducing the typical food of the Lampung region. As well as expanding promotions from various partners throughout Bandar Lampung. Abstract

Banyak orang yang sudah memanfaatkan smartphone di segala aspek. Perangkat smartphone dilengkapi berbagai fitur-fitur mempermudah aktivitas manusia pada masa sekarang. Pelayanan pasar tradisional masih dengan cara melakukan transaksi jualan berupa melayani pelanggan datang langsung dan belum ada layanan pemasaran secara online, aplikasi mobile sebagai pendukung penjualan khususnya pasar tradisional, untuk mendapatkan pendapatan lebih banyak, memudahkan user berbelanja khususnya ibu rumah tangga dan ibu-ibu yang mempunyai kesibukan dimasa sekarang, memanfaatkan semartphone sebagai alat transaksi untuk meminimalis waktu. Metodologi pengembangan system Rational Unified Process (RUP) sebuah proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakukan secara interatif (berulang) inkremental ( bertahap dengan progres menaik ). Interatif dilakukan di dalam setiap tahap, interaif yang inkremental bertambah menari dimana setiap interaksi akan memperbaiki interasi berikutnya, metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara,observasi, study pustaka. Dengan Rancang Bangun Marketplace Pada Pasar Tradisional Berbasis Android Bandar Lampung, menghasilkan sistem dapat menampung penjualan Online pada pasar tradisional Bandar Lampung di Pasar Wayhalim, Pasar Koga, Pasar Kandis, Pasar Rajabasa yang dikelola oleh Admin yang mengelola semua database dan tampilan aplikasi telah dibangun. hasil aplikasi penjualan online pasar tradisional diharapkan dapat membantu penglolaan pedagang di pasar tadisional dengan baik dan menggunakan Android pada smartphone yang tersambung dengan internet.
