Abstract

Puskesmas is the nearest place for people to check their health, on the other hand they are also have a duty to submit a report of activities that occur in health centers periodically to the health department. As one of the efforts to achieve these objectives, the need to build a system that can help the health center in the outpatient record data and generate reports. The system is built using multiuser technology that runs in a network of Local Area Network (LAN) architecture client / server applications are expected to be directly obtained information on the medical record in a relatively short time and can be has periodically. Data collection instrument using desk research, interviews, and documentation. While the software to build applications using MS. Visual Basic 6.0, MS. SQL Database server 2000 and crystal report 8.5. From the development of this system obtained a health information system with client / server architecture, so that the application can be run by multiple users at the same time.Keywords: information systems, health

Abstract

In Karanganyar village, many mothers are in productive age, and they have the ability to engage new knowledge. The mothers have free time in the afternoon, around 15.00 until just before sunset. They get together to chat freely. Sometimes, conversations are not good for themselves. Time is wasted without any benefit as this is a problem. It is because there is time with their relatively young age. On the other hand, their economic condition is not very good. It makes the Community Service team takes an opportunity to provide these mothers with training, mentoring, and implementation. It hopefully can help their economy. Providing skills in making hanging flower pot hangers is something new for mothers in Karanganyar village. It can certainly provide an interesting solution in helping their economy. Training will be given to women in Karanganyar village. In addition, this service will also find a place to sell the produced products (Partners). Thus, they do not hesitate to have succeeded in making various kinds of attractive pot hangers of various sizes with various patterns

Abstract

This research produces information on e-data for research and community service, which can help the administration department at LP4M IIB Darmajaya. The current problem is that submission of research proposals and community service by the proposing lecturer or researcher is carried out conventionally, i.e. not referring to the paperless concept, submitting proposal files, administrative inspection processes, filing not having a special database, so it is ineffective and efficient. The waterfall method through the stages of needs analysis, design, coding, and testing, e-data information can help LP4M management. The proposer or researcher can upload with a template, the reviewer can evaluate the proposal, the results of the review are informed to the researcher, and inform whether the proposal is accepted or not. Super admin of LP4M, can inform, update, coordinate, and organize documentation. Another benefit of this system is that the faculty or other management department requires information related to research data and service data as forms that can be downloaded through the system. This shows that the performance of e-data increases the productivity of research and service document administration that can be utilized by the Darmajaya academic community.

Abstract

Masa Pandemi Covid 19 berdampak di semua bidang salah satunya adalah di bidang pendidikan, dari sekolah tingkat paud hingga perguruan tinggi melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Begitu halnya dengan guru-guru pada SMPN 30 Pesawaran yang terletak di daerah Padang Cermin, Waylayap, Kec. Gedong Tataan, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan zoom sebagai salah satu media yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Pelatihan diberikan dengan memperkenalkan zoom, bagaimana membuat meeting dengan zoom dan melakukan presentasi dengan zoom. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode pendampingan langsung kepada guru-guru SMPN 30 Pesawaran melalui sosialisasi penggunaan zoom dan pelatihan aplikasi zoom yang tentunya kegiatan tersebut tetap mengikuti protokol kesehatan dengan melakukan jaga jarak, penggunaan masker dan mencuci tangan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru SMPN 30 dalam penggunaan zoom dan teknologi informasi dalam sarana pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid 19.

Abstract

Fingerprint and SMS Gateway system is one of the alternative technology solutions for Institution, university, school or corporation to state and measure their students and staff discipline. However, most of its technology have note tested yet. This research, will take the sample of one of fingerprint and SMS Gateway Software that previously implemented it at Junior High School 3 Katibung, Lampung. It claim that this application was not only able to provide the information about the student attendance reports through fingerprint but it was also able to provide information to the students’ parents through the SMS Gateway. The aiming of this research is to have analysis testing to determine the validation of data that will inputted through the database with method of Boundary Value Analysis. The result of the analysis is, there are 10% data that failed, therefore there still needs improvements for the system.Keywords: Black Box, Boundary Value Analysis, SMS Gateway, Fingerprint

Abstract

The development of information technology was able to facilitate the sale data processing in Global Utama Furniture Inc. Moreover, the information technology was also regarded as a promising medium in spreading valid information in the field of businesses. Global Utama Furniture Inc. was the private business entity engaged in manufacturing furniture. As a large company, the Global Utama Furniture Inc. should develop an adequate system that was used for promoting the data processing and others. The problem statement of this study was that 1) the sold products were displayed through the product catalogs so that the customers had to come directly to the place; 2) the process of searching and checking product sales data needed a long time; and, 3) the payment process and final report preparation were delayed. The objective of this study was designing the sales information systems through a website-based application used to provide software development solutions on the product sale transaction in Global Utama Furniture Inc and to store all data in a database system. The system development method used in this study was waterfall method. The programming language used in this study was Java and MYSQL databases. The other tools used in this study were DFD, relationships between tables, etc. This sale information system provides convenience in making product promotion and sale information so that the data were successfully storage through the systemKeyword        : Planning, Waterfall, Sales and Promotion

Abstract

Pembangunan desa merupakan program pembangunan dan menjadi prioritas dalam rencana kerja pemerintah. Pada Umumnya didesa anggaran yang dikeluarkan untuk pembangunan sarana dan prsarana serta perkembangan, namun banyak anggaran yang pembangunannya tidak informasikan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat tidak mengetahui hal tersebut. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem diharapkan bisa memberikan transparansi tentang perkembangan pembangunan desa sehingga masyarakat dapat memonitoring pengelolaan dan pembangunan desa yang sedang berlangsung berasal dari dana desa. Telah banyak sistem e-monitoring yang telah dibangun, salah satunya sistem e-monitoring yang dibangun oleh gita putri dari perguruan tinggi Institut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya, sistem yang dibangun direncanakan akan diimplementasikan di berbagai desa, namun sebelum diimplementasikan maka maka akan dilakukan pengujian sistem dengan metode blackbox, dimana metode ini akan menguji tanpa mengetahui isi kode didalam sistem. Hasil dari pengujian ini terdapat, 42 skenario uji, dengan validitas mencapai 95%, dimana 35 skenario valid dan 5 skenario valid. Diharapkan dari hasil uji ini, akan menjadi acuan perbaikan sistem, sebelum sistem digunakan.

Abstract

Many people in the city of Bandar Lampung have difficulty finding and getting information on culinary specialties of Lampung because there is no special promotion information system for typical Lampung culinary based on culinary categories and how is the process for booking culinary places in the Bandar Lampung City area. Based on these problems, the solution was to build a website-based Hits Culinary Information System to help the community, especially visitors from inside and outside the city of Bandar Lampung, in finding information about the culinary specialties of Lampung in the City of Bandar Lampung. The Hits Culinary Information System in the Bandar Lampung City area provides information and assists several culinary partners in developing their business such as product promotion and assisting visitors in the process of ordering food menus for reservations. The method used to develop the system is the waterfall method with a system developer tool, namely UML with several design stages, namely Use cases, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequential Diagrams. Then the system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The purpose of the research is to produce information media that can provide information on various kinds of Lampung culinary specialties as a form of introducing the typical food of the Lampung region. As well as expanding promotions from various partners throughout Bandar Lampung. Abstract

The use of information technology in Mumbang Jaya Village which is located at Jl. Radin Intan No.49, Mumbang Jaya, Jabung, East Lampung Regency, South Sumatra 34184 with a population of 10470 people with 226 heads of families known to problems such as conveying information to the community in the form of activities and announcements are still carried out using notice boards or using pamphlets, so that the impact that arises is the high operational costs and information coverage  which is limited. Another problem is that the process of processing villagers' data and information on letter requests that are carried out is still done manually, such as residents having to come to the village office to apply for letters based on the required file, this has an impact on the slow process and can cause data collection errors.The method used in the research is extreme programming based on a brief history that software development is widely used for faster development by covering the stages of planning, design, coding and testing. The system is built using php programming language and Mysql database which aims to facilitate or implement the use of website technology to obtain information in urban villages. The results of the study are in the form of a population data administration service system and complaints services with a smart village model to provide convenience in conveying important information to the community. The implementation of the population administration information system using a web-based government to citizen model produces a system with three main features, namely requests for letters, complaints, criticisms and suggestions and can see information about the village.
