Abstract

Public transportations are already familiar to everyone in each province of Indonesia. Beside of the economic aspect, that is cheaper, public transportation also ease the way people to reach their destination. Based on that fact, each vehicle of public transportation must be roadworthy. Road test of public transportation vehicle in Department of Transportation will determine if the vehicle of public transportation is roadworthy or not. Decision Support System Road Test Of Public Transportation using FMADM (Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making) with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is create with the purpose to take the machine year, vehicle year, condition of the exhaust emission, and the physical condition of the vehicle to determine the value of roadworthy. The estimation of each aspect will be written in roadworthy testing form and will be totalized as the final value. If the final value is greater than 100, the vehicle is not roadworthy. Whereas, if the final value is 100, the vehicle is roadworthy. In this case, it will take long while to determine if the vehicle is roadworthy or not. Abstract

To be able to compete with other universities, one of the efforts is to improve the service quality to students by giving right lecturer on the right subjects. This research is referring to priority of lecturer in private university by doing assessment lecturer performance for each semester to determine quality and competence of lecturer finally will give the affect in determining subjects will be taught. The obstacle is such as there is no information system to determine lecturers which are suitable of education background. This research produced a model that support a decision in determining lecturer with the best performance will be teaching certain subjects in each period. In this research, use super decision software to determine lecturers on the right subjects. Key word: decision support, super decision, assessment of lecturer

Abstract

To support the information which are needed of an organization in making good decision-making processes, are reguired an information infrastructure to store and to process the data. The use of daily operational data as resources kontrabution strategy gives less adequate for the organization. Therefore, the data warehouse is a concept and a combination of technologies that facilitates organizations to manage and to maintain historical data derived from operational systems. Constraints faced is the lack of support systems that support the accreditation forms primarily charging standard form filling 3 on the data and a graduate student and difficult to obtain information related to the trend in the quality of students meach study program from period to period. In completing the accreditation forms using analysis methodology Online Analytical Processing and method development Business Life Cycle, the results of the research needed to support charging accreditation forms mainly form filling standard 3 regarding the data of student and graduate and obtain information related to the number of prospective students, the number of new students at the faculty and the number of graduates who also grouped by type and their cumulative grade point percentages.Keywords: Data Warehouse, Business Life Cycle, Accreditation, Accreditation

Abstract

As the digital era develops, the need for photography services is increasing. To meet their needs, many individuals and organizations seek photography services for various purposes, such as personal photo shoots, weddings, and other photography packages. When booking a photography studio, we often encounter obstacles such as the difficulty of finding a suitable studio, determining the price and package, and the slow booking process. By digitalization web-based photography service booking market, we have found a solution that allows customers to easily search for photography studios, view portfolios, and compare prices and packages offered. This allows the photography studio to expand its market reach, faster reservations, and improve the quality of its services. They used PHP programming language and Extreme Programming (XP) method to create a web-based information system to design a photo booking marketplace. Abstract

Accurate traffic density estimation is a crucial component in intelligent transportation systems for optimizing urban trafficmanagement. This research develops an object tracking model based on YOLOv8 and Online Clustering SORT (OCSort) integration for realtime trafficdensity estimation. YOLOv8 is used as a highaccuracy object detector, while OCSort implements a tracking algorithm with observationcentric association approach to overcome conventional tracking limitations in handling nonlinear motion and temporal occlusion. Comprehensive evaluation was conducted using MOT17FRCNN benchmark Dataset for tracking performance measurement and UADETRAC Dataset subset for computational performance analysis. The system was tested on Intel Core i7 Generation 13 hardware, 32 GB RAM, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB VRAM. Evaluation results show MOTA of 0.4910, MOTP 0.9072, and IDF1 0.6702 with very low identity switches (7 occurrences) and 65 fragmentations. Comparison with stateoftheart methods using 2001 frames demonstrates significant YOLOOCSort superiority in computational efficiency with best processing time of 118.01 seconds, outperforming ByteTrack (146.98s), BoTSORT (161.91s), and DeepSORT (152.33s). The system achieves endtoend FPS of 17.0, model processing time 33.8 ms per frame, and detects average 20.1 objects per frame with confidence score 0.608. Statistical analysis with 95% confidence interval confirms consistency and reliability of evaluation results. The contribution of this research is empirical validation of YOLOv8OCSort integration effectiveness that produces optimal balance between tracking accuracy and computational efficiency for realtime traffic cmonitoring applications.
