Abstract

SMKN-1 Puruk Cahu is one form of a formal education unit that provides vocationaleducation in secondary education as a continuation of junior high school or other equivalent form.TKJ Department is a department that aims to produce graduates who have knowledge and skills inthe field of computers. To pass SMK students must pass the UAS and UN exam. There are fivesubjects tested nationally, namely Indonesian, English, Mathematics, Skills Competency Test andVocational Theory Exam. The Vocational Theory Exam is a vocational theoretical subject wherethis lesson supports the practice of vocational skills. Because so many tests that must be taken bystudents to graduate, then the students must study harder in facing the UN and UAS. Androidprovides an open platform for developers to create apps. With this it is very appropriate ifdevelopers develop applications that can be used by students to assist in facing the preparation ofUN and UAS vocational theory at SMKN-1 Puruk Cahu TKJ majors.Therefore, research can be done with the title of Application Preparation UN and UASVocational Theory At SMKN-1 Puruk Cahu Department of TKJ Based Android using luthermethodology consisting of 6 stages, namely concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testingand distribution.This application was tested using BlackBox testing. This application has twelve menusnamely, dictionary acronym menu, summary menu, download menu of books, collection menu, UNdiscussion menu, UAS discussion menu, quiz menu of class increase, UN quiz menu, UI quiz menu,conversion menu, profile menu and menu help. For further development can add features such asMini Games so as not to be boring.

Abstract

Library is a service unit that provides convenience to any academic community to gainresources and activities related to the learning process . The services provided should give a goodresponse time so that services can be provided by focusing on aspects of customer satisfaction inthis academic community .Palangkaraya Christian University as one of the universities that want to implement aninformation system in managing the library collection , which is capable of providing the bestservice in the process of borrowing and returning book. By applying this library informationsystems , management expected of members, books and other collections may be better so that theprojection koleksipun updates can be done easily .This study uses the waterfall method where thestage used in this study is limited to the design stage of the six stages in this method . Stages of theanalysis carried out by processing requirements of the system . In the design phase of systemdesign , database design , interface design and drafting reports . The results of this study is a draftdocument the results of the analysis and design of the library system which has been fulfilling theneeds of the organization and user aspects.

Abstract

Currently a governmental agency has many uses a centralized system that nature, where theimportant data and information can be accessed through an online computerized system. E-Governmentis the use of information technology by the government to provide information and services with citizens,businesses, and other matters relating to the administration. With the implementation of E-Government atthe Department of Mines and Energy of the Province of Central Kalimantan is expected to assist thedelivery of accurate and reliable information becomes easier with the service provided and as the use ofGeographic Information System (GIS), the delivery reports of the company to be faster, information to thepublic the mining world as well as data management personnel.Implementation of E-Government at the Department of Mines and Energy of the Province ofCentral Kalimantan made using Waterfall method for design and analysis steps, web 2.0 technology withprogramming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript based Content Management of System (CMS)and have techniques for web development using Ajax and JQuery to create a website to be interactivewith picture effects, themes, etc..Kalteng DISTAMBEN this website, is one form of implementation of services such as informationand communication by using a computerized system that can facilitate services to parties / other agenciesand to the general public in the process of finding the location, determine the shape of the service areasof Distamben, sending a message and reports. Abstract

With the growing world of technology and information, many teachers use LCD projectors inperforming its duties. However, many students want to file material used by the teacher. Not infrequentlythe student fails to obtain the file. Seeing these conditions, the National High School 2 Pangkalan Bunhas a website that is intended for all students to acquire learning materials and also the announcement ofwhich is managed by the teacher.In the analysis and design of this school website, software development method used is LinearSequential or too waterfall. The steps followed in this method include taapan analysis and design phases.Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used this stage which is a tool in the process. UML diagrams usedare usecase diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams.From the analysis and design, looks actor who created are teachers, visitors and admin. Usecaseproduced is manage announcements, news management, material management, profile management,governance subjects for teachers actor. As for the actor admin usecase that there is a teacher accountmanagement. As for the visitors just biased view news, announcements, download the material and seethe teacher profile.

Abstract

District Office is a government service district level. Until now, this government is less thanoptimal in the dissemination of information because they still use manual methods such announcementand leaflets in his ministry. Rapid pace of technological developments and the government issued an egovernmentsystem that can easily provide information and services to the public that is easily accessibleby the public. The design of this website is a stage in the development of software in this website districtsthat will be used in the final stage in order to obtain a product website.In the design of this subdistrict website using waterfall methodology that has five (5) stages.Stages include Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Maintance. In designing this website using themethodology of the stage just to pad analysts and design stage, this stage is used in the Unified ModelingLanguage (UML), which consists of usecase diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams.Level of e-government website Sembuluh District of Lake is located on level 1, which is thelevel where there is an application Preparation surrounding G2C services. Website G2C services whichinclude the dissemination of information to the public with the availability of news pages, download,profile, agenda, gallery, maps and online regristerasi used in the registration of National Identity Card,Family Card and Certificate of Business. From the results of this analysis shows that the actors involvedin is admin which is the highest user who will manage the overall website. And other actors are visitors auser. Class diagram is formed consisting of the management module, download, agenda, businesscertificate, domicile certificate, identity card, KK, albums, gallery, news, category, submenus,menuutama, comments, katajelek, Contact us, map, haltambahan, dataadmin, templates .

Abstract

The Palangka Raya City as Capital of Central Kalimanta, has the secondlowest of amount poor people (3.75%) after Sukamara (3.73%) (CentralKalimantan BPS, 2017).In desig and build the system use the Simple Additive Weight (SAW)method as a decision support system and apply in GeographicInformation System to the visualization of data. In this researchmethodology using systematic implementation process to illustrate,calculate and evaluate data. In this reserch use the methodology throughseveral stages, likely research design, database design, interface design,coding and system testing.The Testing of this system use Blackbox test system. The results of testwith the Blackbox system indicate the system create to runningaccording to the researcher expectation.

Abstract

An expert system is an application program that tries to imitate the reasoning of an expert in solving a problem. Students at the Faculty of Engineering who are taking a thesis must have experienced stress when working on a thesis, this is obtained from internal and external factors, stress is divided into 4, namely normal, mild, moderate, and severe stress. To find out what level of stress they are experiencing while working on the thesis. Therefore, in this thesis research, we will discuss how to design and build an Expert System application for Stress Levels for Website-Based Thesis Students (Case Study: Faculty of Engineering, University of Palangka Raya) aims to create an expert system using the forward chaining method and certainty factor, by making an application. In this way, students can find out the level of stress that is being experienced when working on a thesis and be given solutions according to the level of stress. The result is an expert system application that can replace the presence of experts to diagnose stress levels. Students make independent diagnoses by answering the symptoms they are experiencing. This study uses 10 student data from the Department of Civil Engineering 3, Architecture 2, Informatics Engineering 3, and Mining Engineering 2. The results can be concluded that the dominant students experience severe stress levels when working on theses. There is a recapitulation to see the percentage of students who experience stress levels at stress levels and periods.

Abstract

Hutan gambut di Kalimantan adalah salah satu ekosistem hidrologi penting di dunia yang memainkan peran vital dalam menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan. Hutan ini memfasilitasi siklus air dan membantu mengurangi perubahan iklim dengan menyerap karbon. Beragam spesies tanaman dan hewan unik hidup di hutan gambut dan sangat penting bagi kesehatan lingkungan. Aliran air dari hutan gambut menjadi sumber air bagi pemukiman dan pertanian. Hutan gambut juga berfungsi sebagai penyimpan karbon besar dan dapat menyimpan jumlah karbon setara dengan emisi global selama beberapa tahun. Untuk melindungi hutan gambut sebagai ekosistem hidrologi dan penyerap karbon. Orangutan adalah spesies penting yang harus dilindungi untuk menjamin keanekaragaman hayati di dunia. Keberadaan orangutan adalah indikator lingkungan yang sehat dan membutuhkan habitat alami yang luas dan kaya. Sarang-sarang yang ada di hutan menunjukkan lingkungan masih alami dan bisa memenuhi kebutuhan orangutan. Oleh karena itu, menjaga dan memelihara sarang orangutan sangat penting untuk melestarikan spesies dan ekosistem hutan. Implementasi algoritma YOLO (You Only Look Once) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mendeteksi sarang orangutan di hutan Kalimantan. Algoritma ini memprediksi kotak pembatas dan probabilitas kelas pada gambar penuh dalam satu tangkapan. Dengan 1970 citra latih dan 414 citra berlabel sarang orangutan, hasil training menunjukkan Precision 0,973, Recall 0.949, mAP_0.5 0.969, dan mAP_0.5:0.95 0.630. Model ini membutuhkan 58 jam untuk menyelesaikan 217 epoch dan menghasilkan akurasi deteksi objek yang tinggi model menunjukkan hasil deteksi jumlah sarang orangutan dengan akurasi rata-rata 99.9%. The peat forest in Kalimantan is one of the world's important hydrological ecosystems that play a vital role in maintaining environmental balance. This forest facilitates the water cycle and helps reduce climate change by absorbing carbon. A variety of unique plant and animal species live in the peat forest and are crucial for environmental health. The water flow from the peat forest becomes a source of water for settlements and agriculture. The peat forest also functions as a large carbon store and can store an amount of carbon equivalent to global emissions for several years. to protect the peat forest as a hydrological ecosystem and carbon absorber. Orangutans are important species that must be protected To ensure biodiversity in the world. The presence of orangutans is a sign of a healthy environment and requires a large and rich natural habitat. Nests found in the forest indicate that the environment is still natural and can meet the needs of orangutans. Therefore, preserving and maintaining orangutan nests is very important for conserving species and forest ecosystems. The implementation of YOLO (You Only Look Once) algorithm is one effort to detect orangutan nests in the Kalimantan forest. This algorithm predicts the bounding box and class probability on a full image in one shot. With 1970 training images and 414 labeled orangutan nest images, the training results showed Precision 0.973, Recall 0.949, mAP_0.5 0.969, and mAP_0.5:0.95 0.630. The model took 58 hours to complete 217 epochs and produced high object detection accuracy. The model shows results of detecting the number of orangutan nests with an average accuracy of 99.9%.

Abstract

Digital village is the Indonesian government’s program to accelerate the development of a village and reduce the inequality in access to information between village and city. Advances in information technology have penetrated rural areas. It makes the implementation of digital village easier to implement. Karuing is a village in Katingan Regency, one of the villages that pointed to implementing a digital village in 2023. A meeting was held to inform the community about the implementation of Digital Village, followed by discussion and observation. The formulation of the work program was conducted at the end of 2022 through a focus group discussion with the village officials and the community. The results of the FGD were then analyzed using SWOT analysis, which became the basis of the formulation of the work program. The recommended work program covers the provision of ICT infrastructure in Karuing village, empowering the community to manage the ICT infrastructure and increasing the community’s digital literacy to maximize the implementation of the digital village. The main focus of the work program is the tourism attraction of Punggualas and the Eaglewood handicrafts that have high economic value.
