Abstract

Obat generik sebagai obat imitasi (tiruan) dari obat yang sudah melebihi siklus hidupnya (mature drug) dan dipasarkan menggunakan nama zat aktif dari obat yang sudah tidak diproteksi atau disebut dengan obat paten. Penyebab masalah ini adalah baik dokter maupun pasien, masih menganggap obat generik adalah obat yang murah dan tidak berkualitas. Hal ini menunjukkan masih kurangnya edukasi dan perlunya sosialisasi lebih lanjut terhadap obat generik. Kondisi yang ada justru pihak medis memilih untuk meresepkan obat selain generik karena adanya unsur financial incentives. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada penderita diabetes dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik penyakit salah satunya diabetes yaitu penggunaan obat secara jangka panjang dan kecenderungan perpindahan merek produk yang kecil sehingga berdampak pada beban belanja obat masyarakat. Berdasarkan kondisi anomali obat generik dan fakta yang ada pada masyarakat, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji dan mengevaluasi kebijakan pemerintah terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang tercermin dari kemampuan konsumsi masyarakat terhadap obat, melalui peningkatan penggunaan obat generik menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamik. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah volume penggunaan obat generik dapat meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaram masyarakat terhadap kualitas obat generik

Abstract

The halal food served in restaurants is important for Muslim consumers and it is one of the most susceptible issues for restaurant business. Therefore, restaurant internal efforts to ensure the halal food by examining critical risks including the way to manage them become important to be execute by restaurant management. This research aims to create a model using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify and analyze the existing risks. Moreover, it also explains some improvement programs toward the risk management. The results of the risk identification and analysis will be determined by using Risk Priority Number (RPN). It is categorized that 7% risk event is classified as ‘very high risk’, 50% as ‘high risk’, 25% as ‘moderate risk’, and 18% considered as ‘low risk’. Furthermore, the improvement programs explained in this research are about delivery order system, packaging improvement, and also training, reward and punishment system. These programs are mainly purposed to reduce the risk with ‘high risk’ category.

Abstract

The customer behavior in shopping were changing the demand disruptions when the COVID-19 pandemic attacked the countries. Retail industries are one of business sectors which were directly impacted the availability of item products. The purpose of this study is to understand the level of demand disruptions of COVID-19 pandemic using Bayesian Network (BN). BN method is powerful method to assess and decide the uncertainly of demand and risk. Based on relevant literature and interviews, the hierarchy of BN were developed and stock out data to represent the product of availability in 5 case study were collected in case study. Finally, the analysis to understand the level of demand disruptions each item products, product family and categories have been performed. This paper provides a new evidence by changing of shopping behavior when the COVID-19 pandemic attached in Indonesia and presents the BN application could be used to handle risk assessment based on stock out data systematically and comprehensively.

Abstract

XYZ Hospital is a type c military hospital located in Surabaya and has the function of support and optimal healthservices for military personnel, military families, and the general public. In its implementation, there are severalproblems related to health services including a decrease in the number of patient visits, lack of human resources,and long patient service times. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the quality of health services in improvingXYZ hospital services. Service quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods are usedto measure the level of quality of health services provided to patient satisfaction. Based on the results of researchfrom 99 respondents, it shows that from the 5 dimensions of Servqual, there are positive performance gaps,namely 3 attributes E1-X7, E4-X10, A3-X27, and negative values, namely 27 attributes R2-X20, R4-X22, RE1-X12, RE3 -X14, R5-X23, A5-X60, A1-25, T4-X4, A2-X26, T1-X1, RE5-X16, R3-X21, RE7-X18, T5-X5, RE2-X13,T3-X3, E5-X11, R1-X19, R6-X24, T2-X2, A4-X28, T6-X6, RE6-X17, A6-X30, RE4-X15, E3-X9, and E2-X8. In IPA,Quadrant I has 10 attributes, namely T5-X5, RE1-X12, RE3-14, RE5-X16, RE7-X18, R4-X22, R5-X23, R2-X20,A1-X25, A5-X29 which are priority improvements health services, quadrant II 6 attributes that show maintainachievement, quadrant III 8 attributes are considered less important for patients and the services obtained areconsidered normal and quadrant IV 6 attributes. considered less important for patients but the services providedare too excessive.Keywords: Quality of Health Services, SERVQUAL, IPA, XYZ Hospital.

Abstract

XYZ Hospital is a type c military hospital located in Surabaya and has the function of support and optimal health services for military personnel, military families, and the general public. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the quality of health services in improving XYZ hospital services. The method approach used covers Service Quality (Servqual) is used To look for performance gaps, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) used to know the level of suitability perceptions and expectations of health services hospitals, and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) through the house of quality (HOQ) for determining priority a must repair done. Based on research results of 99 respondents show of 5 dimensions Servqual obtained a valuable performance gap positive namely 3 attributes E1-X7, E4-X10, A3-X27 and a value negative namely 27 attributes R2-X20, R4-X22, RE1-X12, RE3-X14, R5-X23, A5-X60, A1-25, T4-X4, A2-X26, T1-X1, RE5-X16, R3-X2, RE7-X18, T5-X5, RE2-X13, T3-X3, E5-X11, R1-X19, R6-X24, T2-X2, A4-X28, T6-X6, RE6-X17, A6-X30, RE4 -X15, E3-X9 and E2-X8. After analysis with the IPA, the method obtained Quadrant I 10 attributes that is T5-X5, RE1-X12, RE3-14, RE5-X16, RE7-X18, R4-X22, R5-X23, R2-X20, A1-X25, A5- X29 being priority repair service health, quadrant II 6 attributes that show keep it up performance T1-X1, T4-X4, RE4-X15, R1-X19, A2-X26 and A6-X30 quadrant III 8 attributes considered not enough important for patients and services received considered ordinary and quadrant IV 6 attributes. considered not enough important for patients however services provided too much. Analysis next uses the QFD method to create HOQ to determine the originating voice of the customer from IPA analysis in quadrant I and Quadrant II, as well as response technical repair to service such, so, got 3 responses technical as priority repair. First, 15% target responsiveness to the patient service process done with good Health training and training on an ongoing basis scheduled, both 13% target responsiveness to the use of system information management hospital, and the third target is 11 % reliability to Settings timetable practice doctor.

Abstract

The management of Bali's coastal waters is one of the priorities of the Bali provincial government as one of the drivers of the community's economy. The aspect of marine security and safety is one of the important factors that must be maintained to support the effective management of a waters. Therefore, mitigation measures are needed in dealing with various types of threats with the level of risk posed in the management of the Bali Coastal Sea waters. Denpasar Naval Base as one of the institutions tasked with maintaining security and safety in the territorial waters of Bali. The title of marine security operations element of the Denpasar Lanal is one of the main forces in maintaining security and safety stability in Bali's waters. In this research, identification of the types of threats and measurement of the risks posed will be carried out, which are measured from the perspective of maritime security and safety. From the results of the risk analysis, optimization modeling for the assignment of Denpasar Naval Base elements was carried out as a mitigation measure for various types of threats to be assigned to several Naval Post located in the coastal area of Bali. Identification of the types of threats is carried out by involving several experts in the field of maritime security and safety, measuring the value of risk is carried out using the Relative Comparison method. The assignment of Denpasar Naval Base elements is carried out using the Hungarian assignment method with the risk cost as a minimized aspect. The results of the risk assessment measurement show that the biggest risk faced in the management of the Bali Coastal is on the safety aspect of 67% and the security aspect with a proportion of 33%. The Assignment Optimization Model succeeded in optimizing the assignment of 6 (six) elements of the Denpasar Naval Base to 6 (six) Naval Post in the Bali Coastal Area. Abstract

Indonesia's aquaculture industry has substantial economic potential, but it faces considerable credit risk from natural disasters like floods, which lead to high Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Current methods for assessing credit risk do not adequately consider geographical risk factors. This research addresses this by developing a model to quantify flood-induced credit risk. The model integrates a Spatial Finance approach, Spatial Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (AHP-GIS), and Monte Carlo risk simulation. Using a case study of flood-related credit losses from 2020 to 2022 in Kampar Regency, Riau, the model effectively maps flood vulnerability zones by weighting geospatial criteria through AHP. Key findings indicate that incorporating spatial factors significantly influences loss predictions. Credit portfolios in high flood risk areas show a maximum estimated loss (Value at Risk - VaR) that is 4.67% higher compared to traditional assessment scenarios. Therefore, this model provides a measurable tool for financial institutions to adjust credit portfolios, implement location-specific risk reduction strategies, and ultimately improve financing stability in the aquaculture sector.

Abstract

Memastikan ketersediaan, dan ketahanan sistem layanan kesehatan maka dibutuhkan penilaian serta perkembangan pada kinerja rantai pasok kesehatan. Dengan banyaknya indikator kinerja ini, mengharuskan adanya pemahaman dari setiap indikator kinerja yang berkaitan agar strategi peningkatan dapat dilakukan secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan indikator kinerja rantai pasok kesehatan menggunakan pendekatan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Metode ini memiliki lima proses utama pada rantai pasok yaitu Plan, Source, Make, Delivery, and Return. Lalu dilakukan validasi indikator kinerja menggunakan fuzzy delphi Method hingga mendapatkan nilai crisp >0.8 agar indikator tersebut dapat dikatakan tervalidasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 27 indikator kinerja yang tersebar dalam 5 dimensi proses utama berdasarkan pendekatan SCOR dan mendapatkan rata-rata nilai crisp sebesar 0.851. Dengan demikian, pelaku kegiatan rantai pasok dapat lebih optimal apabila menggunakan 27 indikator kinerja tersebut sebagai pedoman.
