Abstract

The Cepret Irrigation Area, located in Kedung Galar District, Ngawi Regency, East Java, irrigates agriculture, especially rice fields in Begal Village. The D.I Cepret irrigation channel, which should have irrigated rice fields with an optimal area of ​​611 hectares, is only able to irrigate paddy fields of 510 ha. This is due to damage to the irrigation canal, which requires rehabilitation. Rehabilitation of the D.I Cepret irrigation canal requires a benefit analysis and cost analysis to determine whether the costs incurred will be proportional to the benefits obtained. The method used for the analysis of benefits and costs is the calculation of the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). The costs analyzed are the investment costs for rehabilitation and operational costs as well as maintenance of the D.I Cepret irrigation canal, while for the analysis the calculated benefits are the increase in rice yields in Begal village. The final result of this benefit and cost analysis is the feasibility analysis of the irrigation canal rehabilitation project in Cepret. Based on the results of the calculation, it is known that the irrigation canal rehabilitation project in Cepret has an investment cost of 7,628,450,000.00 and maintenance and operational costs for 25 years of 18,639,112,038.46. The feasibility ratio using the Benefit Cost Ratio method is 2.91, which means that the rehabilitation of the D.I Cepret irrigation canal is declared feasible because the calculation of the Benefit Cost Ratio is worth more than one. DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/adv.v9i2.2462

Abstract

Dalam proses pelaksanaan proyek dengan nilai kontrak yang besar dan waktu pelaksanaan yang lama perlu dilakukan pengendalian agar proyek dapat berjalan sesuai rencana yang ditetapkan. Proyek pembangunan gedung kampus II UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp.453.343.000.000,- dan durasi pelaksanaan proyek kurang lebih selama 32 bulan (multiyears mulai 27 Januari 2020 sampai dengan 29 Agustus 2022, untuk pembangunan beberapa gedung) memerlukan pengendalian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja waktu proyek pembangunan gedung kampus II UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, sebagai bagian dari pengendalian proyek. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis kinerja waktu adalah Earned Value Analysis. Metode Earned Value Analysis dapat mengetahui kinerja proyek dari segi waktu serta memperkirakan berapa waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek. Analisis kinerja waktu dilakukan untuk keseluruhan gedung, baik untuk kontrak multiyears maupun per tahun anggaran, dan untuk masing-masing gedung. Dari hasil analisis pada peninjauan keseluruhan gedung, baik untuk kontrak multiyears maupun per tahun anggaran, didapatkan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) lebih dari satu, yang berarti proyek berjalan lebih cepat dari yang direncanakan. Untuk peninjauan masing-masing gedung, didapatkan SPI lebih dari satu untuk gedung AEFG, F1, dan C; serta SPI kurang dari satu untuk gedung AEFG, H, dan I. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa meskipun secara jadwal keseluruhan proyek lebih cepat dari yang direncanakan, namun ada gedung yang pelaksanaannya terlambat.

Abstract

Construction project staff is domminated by men. Otherwise, the percentage of woman in education the field of construction, such as Civil Engineering and Architecture is growing. The purpose of this paper is to analize gender aspect in construction project. The method used is survey to men and women respondens that work on construction company in Surabaya. Gender aspect analized is the opportunity to participate female, the male and female ratio capability and the obstacle of woman carier in construction project. The results show that women participation is less than men. Men and women have the same ability in several areas. There are several obstacles that are often experienced by women in construction projects, including the barriers of discrimination.
