Abstract

Today, social media forms an increasingly central part of how companies communicate their marketing strategies to target consumers. In this study, the objective of this research is to identify the impacts and links that affect purchase intention as well as other variables, namely e-WOM, brand awareness, social media marketing, and brand image as intervening. The findings of a study conducted on 300 respondents who have buying interest in Korean skincare products indicate that it has a positive significant value of all variable X against variable Y. Based on the findings of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of the e-WOM variable, brand awareness, social media marketing, and brand image on variable Y, namely purchase intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the factors influencing purchase behavior. The independent variables in this study were environmental concern, personal norm, perceived value, and willingness to pay. The intervening variable was purchase intention and the dependent variable is purchase behaviour. The samples in this study were purchasers repurchasing environmentally friendly Air Conditioners under the Sharp, Daikin, Panasonic, LG and Samsung brands. The data were distributed 310 sets. The data received were 307 sets. In this study, the sampling method used by researchers is purposive sampling. After conducting research, research data indicate that environmental concern does not have significant value in this study therefore this variable must be excluded in this study. Personal norm, perceived value, and willingness to pay have significant positive effect on purchase intention. Purchase intention has significant positive effect on purchase behaviour.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh penerapan manajemen risiko bisnis dalam UMKM Café Garis Langit. Metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode Analisis Data Sekunder (ADS) yaitu dengan menggunakan data yang telah tersedia. Setelah melakukan identifikasi, dibuat matrix penilaian risiko juga respon yang dapat dilakukan terhadap risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu risiko yang sering dihadapi oleh Café Garis Langit ialah munculnya kompetitor, kenaikan harga bahan baku, minat konsumen yang menurun karena keterbatasan fasilitas, dan komunikasi bisnis yang kurang efektif. Kata Kunci: Risiko, Manajemen Risiko, UMKMAbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of implementing business risk management in the UMKM Café Garis Langit. The research method applied in this study is the Secondary Data Analysis (ADS) method, namely by using existing data. After identification, a risk assessment matrix is created as well as responses that can be made to the risks that may occur. The results of this study are that the risks that are often faced by the Garis Langit Café are the emergence of competitors, rising raw material prices, declining consumer interest due to limited facilities, and less effective business communication. Keywords: Risk, Risk Management, MSME

Abstract

MiMeow is a business that emerged from a student idea. Mimeow is a business that produces cat food, which is in the form of wet food. The products that researchers produce focus on raising funds to help hungry feral cats. In this study, we will discuss project integration, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project human resource management, project communication management, project risk management, project procurement management and project stakeholder management from "Mimeow".

Abstract

This article was created to research one of the business ideas to be developed, namely Glowish Products which is a social-based business idea made from recycled materials derived from fruit peels. This research focuses on a business idea that is made into a project aimed at achieving the goals desired by the business. The project that is carried out is carefully planned until it forms the deliverables expected by the business. The research method used is descriptive method. The results of the analysis obtained consist of project integration, scope, time, and quality of the business being run. This article also uses the critical path method for scheduling the project to be carried out with the need for a good controlling system.
