Abstract

Banjir adalah suatu bencana alam yang sejak dahulu sering terjadi di Indonesia terutama pada saat musim penghujan mengingat banyak sekali daerah aliran sungai (DAS) di wilayah Indonesia. Informasi mengenai aliran dan debit banjir di sungai sangat penting sebagai pengetahuan kepada masyarakat sekitar daerah sungai yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi atau data untuk tindakan penanggulangan banjir oleh pihak terkait. Pada literatur ini, karakteristik aliran dan debit sungai di beberapa sungai di Indonesia diantaranya Sungai Sario, Sungai Talawaan dan Sungai Kawangkoan akan dibahas. Berdasarkan tiga sungai tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya debit banjir dipengaruhi oleh letak geografi sungai, topografi dan cross section masing-masing sungai, curah hujan harian maksimum yang terjadi pada daerah aliran sungai (DAS), perubahan penggunaan lahan, bentuk profil sungai, dan elevasi sungai tersebut. Kata Kunci: Debit Banjir, Literatur, Tinggi Muka Air, Sungai di Indonesia.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, sebuah perusahaan multinasional harus mampu menciptakan keunggulan yang tidak dimiliki oleh perusahaan korporasi lainnya. Strategi dinamika bagi perusahaan harus sejalan dengan implementasi sehingga tim manajer dapat memantau aktivitas perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam mengkaji permasalah ini adalah metode data penelitian secara kualitatif. Pendekatan dilakukan peneliti menggunakan metode explanatory research atau penelitian penjelasan. Artikel ini dibuat untuk menganalisis penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang telah diterapkan oleh PT Unilever Indonesia berbasis sosial dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi sistem yang dibuat oleh PT Unilever Indonesia dengan berbagai sistem yang telah diperkenalkannya.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology makes all human activities more effective and efficient from various fields, especially in the financial sector. One proof of the progress in the application of technological innovation in the financial industry is the cashless payment method. One method of non-cash payment is Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Bank Indonesia intensively conducts socialization related to QRIS, so that QRIS is increasingly known to the wider public and attracts a larger market. This study aims to analyze the factors of perceived security, perceived behavioural control, and social influence on the behavioural intention of Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) in gen-Z in Batam City. This study used non-probability samples with purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a sampling method that considers certain features to obtain a goal. In this study also using analytical methods carried out in two stages, namely external model analysis and inner model analysis. Outside model evaluation assesses the validity and reliability of indicators of each variable, whereas inner model analysis investigates research hypotheses. For data analysis we use SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results showed that perceived behavioral control significantly affected behavioral intention, peceived security had a significant effect on behavioral intention, and social influence did not have a significant effect on behavioral intention.

Abstract

This article was created to research one of the business ideas to be developed, namely Glowish Products which is a social-based business idea made from recycled materials derived from fruit peels. This research focuses on a business idea that is made into a project aimed at achieving the goals desired by the business. The project that is carried out is carefully planned until it forms the deliverables expected by the business. The research method used is descriptive method. The results of the analysis obtained consist of project integration, scope, time, and quality of the business being run. This article also uses the critical path method for scheduling the project to be carried out with the need for a good controlling system.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the business strategy of PT Unilever Indonesia. PT Unilever Indonesia is a multinational company engaged in the largest staple food in the world. The analysis is carried out in the form of internal, external, and competitive analysis that has been carried out by the company. The results of the analysis show that the company's strategy is a means of using its strengths to overcome its internal weaknesses. PT Unilever has rapid and significant growth, large market potential, large consumer market demand, innovation and strategy that continues to develop and has government support that is able to fight competitors.
