Abstract

The rapid phenomenon of city growth is not only happening in Indonesia, it is also experienced in various countries in the world, where urbanization is suspected to be a major factor of rapid growth. In the context of Indonesia, the urban conditions of today are confronted by the complexity of the problems within which indicate urban environmental degradation. So thispaper will describe the direction of policies and strategies of urban development in Indonesia that aims to provide an overview of national urban development efforts. Using descriptive methods, information is obtained from a variety of relevant documents that will explicitly describe City Vision and Mission 2050, regulatory framework, strategic issues, policy directions,targets and urban development strategies based on the National Medium Term Development Plan 2015 - 2019.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan menemukan pola keputusan strategis sebagai upaya untuk membangun ketahanan industri rumahan atau home industry unggulan produk pariwisata di kawasan ekonomi khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan SWOT-AHP yang diharapkan dapat mengungkapkan informasi untuk mendukung pembuatan keputusan strategis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola keputusan yang diambil dapat diprediksi keberhasilannya dilihat dari total skor gabungan analisis faktor eksternal dan internal ditunjukkan pada posisi keputusan Kuadran I Artinya keputusan tersebut berada pada kriteria prioritas tinggi untuk dilakukan jika upaya yang dilakukan yaitu: memaksimalkan potensi kekuatan internal berlimpahnya sumber daya manusia dengan meminimalisir kelemahan rendahnya keterampilan tenaga kerja untuk memanfaatkan peluang segmentasi pasar secara luas, sekaligus menghindari ancaman eksternal persaingan industri besar baik dalam maupun luar negeri. Makalah ini memberikan wawasan empiris tentang bagaimana perubahan keputusan yang dibawanya berdampak membangun citra internal Kota Mandalika sebagai destinasi super prioritas pariwisata, namun karena pendekatan penelitian yang dipilih terbatas, diharapkan peneliti lainnya dapat membantu untuk menguji proposisi hasil peneltian yang diajukan lebih lanjut. Kata Kunci : Keputusan Strategis, Faktor Eksternal, Faktor                        Internal, Home Industry.

Abstract

The purpose of regional autonomy is to improve public services and develop democratic life in Indonesia. The form of decentralization of regional autonomy in the hope of being able to provide maximum service to thecommunity. The method used is qualitative research method. The results showed that there are six primary characteristics that determine the Implementation of Uninhabitable Home Improvement Program in Bandung Regency, namely 1) Size and Policy Objectives, 2) resources, 3) Implementors, 4) Organizational Characteristics, 5) Social, Economic, Cultural, and Political Environment, 6) disposition or attitude. Rutilahu improvement program related to stimulant assistance requires involvement and self-help, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity of non-governmental groups (KSM) so that the strategy / implementation of uninhabitable home improvement programs become better in accordance with the expectations and objectives of the Rutilahu program

Abstract

During the pandemic all fields have undergone a shift in working methods and in the world of education itself the method of work done by educators is to change the learning method from the previous one in the classroom by being done face-to-face transformed into a method of learning remotely (PJJ) online and in their ownhomes. The method used is Quantitative Method by using Descriptive approach is a type of research where later form of explanation or description more regularly, logically, arranged neatly and also clearly from the beginning until the completion of the research process. The results showed that working in WFH has several advantages and disadvantages for all educators in the state elementary school environment, especially those located in the west pejaten village of Jakarta.

Abstract

The development and development of the tourism sector in Indonesia is growing. The determination of Labuan Bajo as a National Tourism Strategic Area makes it one of the premium tourist areas in Indonesia. Tourism development in its implementation found various obstacles and problems. We carry out community service programs in Labuan Bajo, to find out the problems and obstacles to tourism development. Our method is to conduct interviews and observe tourism locations. And we see the government's response and the community's response in an effort to maximize tourism potential in Labuan Bajo. We provide education and training regarding the utilization of tourism potential so that it has an impact and economic value. Second, we take action to clean up tourist sites and provide an understanding of how to manage waste in 3Rs (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle). The results we found, the community is still less involved in participation in tourism development, the government is still not optimal in policy regulation and utilization of tourism potential, and the biggest tourism problem occurs in poor tourism waste management.

Abstract

The Jakarta Smart Plus Card (KJP Plus) is a strategic program to provide access for DKI Jakarta residents from the underprivileged community to receive a minimum education until completing SMA or SMK with total funding from the DKI Jakarta Province APBD funds. The purpose of KJP Plus, as stated in the DKI Provincial governor regulation Number 15 of 2015 Article 3, that KJP Plus aims to: 1) Support the implementation of the 12 Year Compulsory Education; 2) Increasing access to education services fairly and equitably; and 3) Ensuring certainty of access to education services and improving the quality of education outcomes. This study aims to explore applying the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the Jakarta Smart Plus Card (KJP Plus) program at SMKN 20 Jakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative or descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the Jakarta Smart Plus Card (KJP Plus). Had implemented by State Vocational High School (SMKN 20) during Covid-19 because it implemented the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness.

Abstract

Mangrove forests are places where low tides come. A place that provides life for various animals, reptiles, birds to a variety of fish. Mangrove forests filter nutrients to toxins in the water, also providing protection from extreme weather. Its roots that can filter salt, breathe oxygen, and extract nutrients make mangroves able to live in salt water. The unique ability of mangrove plants is not possessed by other trees. Ecotourism or ecotourism (in English: ecotourism) is one of the environmentally friendly tourism activities by prioritise aspects of nature conservation, aspects of socio-cultural, and economic empowerment of local communities, as well as aspects of learning and education. Ecotourism began when there was a negative impact on conventional tourism activities. The impact in question is in the form of environmental damage, uncontrolled influence of local culture, reduced role of local communities, and business competition that begins to threaten the environment, culture, and economy of the local community. In collecting data types and sources, researchers collect data types in qualitative data and data sources in the form of secondary data.
