Abstract

At this moment, Event Organizer Creatrix Organizer records its items manually. Creatrix Organizer have not used structural system to record the items yet. Creatrix Organizer always having trouble to find the item for small scale event. The small-scale events does not require all the items from the warehouse and take time to find the items needed for the event. This situation will result in a delayed process. The customer will not be satisfied because the work is not optimal. Based on the Creatrix Organizer problem, the authors design a system that can record and count items automatically using Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Not only tool, but also a website using CodeIgniter Framework and smartphone application using Ionic Framework for worker to make their job easier to find the needed items for the event. The database used for the applications is MySQL.The results of the applications are, they can record and count the items automatically using UHF Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Furthermore, they can record and search the items that available in the website. Smartphone application is used for searching the items that available to use.

Abstract

A traveling merchant is an effort made by a person to sellgoods/services such as vegetables, fruit, and others by travelingto places with certain routes. During this pandemic, some peoplebuy products online because people are afraid to go to placeswith large crowds. This surge in demand has made many peoplelook for sellers of vegetables and fruits. With this research, it canhelp customers to determine the location of the existence oftraveling merchants in the vicinity.By using the haversine formula, you can find out the approximatedistance between the customer and the traveling merchant.During the pandemic and the habit of staying at home, manypeople prefer to cook for themselves compared to buying. It'shard to decide which dish to cook. With the use of beautifulsoup,you can take the recipe menu of the food you want to make.From the results of the survey given to customers and travelingmerchants, it has been shown that the application is made easy touse and the survey results provide a satisfactory value. Based ontesting the distance between haversine and google maps. Theresulting haversine formula is quite accurate when compared togoogle maps. The results of the comparison of the averagedistance produced are 0.315 Km.

Abstract

PT X is garment company based in Surabaya that distributing clothing goods to Department Stores throughout Indonesia. PT X have an accumulation of goods in every Department Stores that are related as their business partners. This has an impact on the company's losses because high production costs do not match the remaining stock of goods in each store. Therefore, PT X needs an application that can forecast the number of categories of goods that will be sold in the future. Analysis of sales forecasting methods at PT X uses four different forecasting approaches, consists of Single Moving Average (SMA), Weighted Moving Average (WMA), Brown's Double Exponential Smoothing, and Holt’s Double Exponential Smoothing. The results of sales forecasting analysis on 4 categories of goods in the form of long blouses, short blouses, dresses, and robes from one of the stores, namely MDS Delta Plaza, show that the most appropriate method for PT X is Holt’s Double Exponential Smoothing (HES). The Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) error value and the Mean Squared Error (MSE) of each category have the least value of the other methods.

Abstract

Currently at PT Teno Indonesia employee salary calculations is still using Microsoft Excel, in the calculation process there are many problems faced by companies such as Excel files that require a long time to open, then the attendance process whose data often occurs errors such as accidentally inputting the same attendance data twice and also takes a long time in the calculation.To overcome these problems, the author makes a system of calculating employee salary information that can help the company in its calculations. Information systems created using HTML5 and PHP as the main basis, and SQL for the database. In this information system the user has three different types of access rights, namely admin, manager, and hrd.The results obtained from the payroll application that has been made, namely, the application can calculate the salary of field employees based on attendance data, overtime hours and other salary components such as incentives, transport, TLK, and work location benefits. The application can also calculate bulk work and also the salary calculation of office employees. Based on the results of the existing questionnaire, 100% of the correspondents considered that the features made in this application were sufficient in accordance with the needs of the company.

Abstract

PT X is a company that has been manufacturing tissue products since 1995 in East Java. Their HR (Human Resources) Department, that is responsible in supervising the salary payment and performance evaluation process, has been working traditionally, using a lot of paper to store data, which causes longer process time and higher risk of miscalculation. Because of that, PT X needs a system upgrade that integrates attendance registration (present, day off’s, paid leave/ vacation), and employee’s performance evaluation to increase efficiency of PT X in salary calculation and performance evaluation.In this thesis, a salary calculation and performance evaluation system has been designed for PT X to be used internally in the company. The design process of this system begins with analyzing the salary payment and performance evaluation process of PT X by interviewing its HR (Human Resources) Department, evaluating laws relating to salary payment system, and making Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relation Diagram. This system was made web-based, utilizing programming language HTML, Javascript, MySQL database, and accessed using Go language.The end result is an information system that helps PT X running absence permission request and its approval, loan request process, presence list importing process, overtime recording process, and use all of those to calculate salary payment and evaluate employee performances. The comparison between the result from manual calculation and system calculation is consisten and accurate. Based on the questioners for the system users, this system satisfies the needs of PT X (100%, 3 out of 3 respondents), and has a fine interface/look (66%, 2 out of 3 respondents).

Abstract

Inventory control is a process to ensure the amount of supply available in a business process. Inventory control can help prevent losses and turnover and maximize customer satisfaction. The problems experienced by UD Warehouse. X is prone to stockout and inaccurate transaction recording. Inventory control and administration systems will be used to help avoid stockouts and record transactions accurately. Based on the transactions that have been recorded in the system, it can produce the ideal number of goods procured along with when the goods are procured. Reports for each period can be seen on the system in accordance with the recording of transaction data. The data used in calculating Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point are transactions from 2018 at the UD warehouse. X.

Abstract

Inventory data which has been stored so far is still manual and has not been used to generate information. Inventory data is prone to error as result for manual process. General Affair division needs a software to control inventory flow in a structured manner and generate information from the data. The software is expected to help company to control inventory flow.Before starting the application development, analysis and design of the company’s stock and the needs of General Affair were done. The analysis and design stage produce a number of diagrams that will be used to create the application.The final result of the development is an Administrative Information System. The application includes purchase, sales, delivery and receive order, inventory, customizable pivot table of purchase, sales, and inventory, income statement, purchase forecast, and merchandise, vendor, user maintenance features. Based on the research, it concluded that 75% of application features are good.

Abstract

UD Satu Saudara Plastik is a home industry company that manufactures plastic goods. Examples of goods produced are wall clocks, bottle caps, motorcycle mirrors, plastic bottles, and push-steps on motorcycles. Before application development begins, an analysis and design with data flow diagrams and entity relation diagrams. This application is made with HTML, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL database, and Bootstrap. The application made includes customer order features, sales data, customer order status, raw material stock, raw material purchase. The final result of application development is that the application has a master data feature for raw materials, finished materials, positions, supporting, customers, orders, production requests, input costs, so as to produce customer order reports, income statements, raw material stock reports, reports of total orders, order payment report, revenue report. Based on testing, the system can carry out transaction activities such as sales transactions, and reporting activities for UD Satu Saudara Plastik. The results of the questionnaire show for the display application, more than 70% of respondents answered well. For ease of use of the application, 57% of respondents were satisfied. For the suitability of the application with the needs, 57% of respondents were satisfied and 12.5% very satistfied. For the result application is 87.5% of respondents were satisfied, and around 12.5% of respondents felt less satisfied.

Abstract

Inventory control is a process to ensure the amount of supply available in a business process. Inventory control can help prevent losses in managing raw materials and also setting up the warehouse system at PT.X. Based on the problems that occur at PT.X, a method that can be systemized with warehouse systems and production results is needed, with the aim of finding the average of sales per day and month which is useful for re-ordering, and also for analyzing so that there is no stockout. Reports for each transaction period can be viewed on the system in accordance with the recording of transaction data. The data used in calculating the Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point are transactions from 2019 at the warehouse of PT. X.

Abstract

CV. Elshaday Citra Sentosa is a company engaged in furniture / interior design. Before starting the furniture production process, checking the supply of raw materials and carrying out production planning is a must. At this time, the company still uses simple records for management planning, raw material requirements planning, production scheduling and production supervision / supervision.Based on these problems, the author designed a program to solve the company's problems in controlling the production process. For the program making process, system analysis and design are needed. System analysis and design is done by using data flow diagrams (DFD) and entity relationship diagrams (ERD). Furthermore, this program was created using HTML, Bootstrap, PHP, AJAX, Javascript and MySQL as a database.The result of the development of this program is that the company can know the planning of raw materials and the duration of production only by entering the specifications of the products ordered by customers. Furthermore, the company can record the work stages of a product, raw materials used to produce the product, along with the workforce on duty. The results of testing to users and questionnaires indicate that the features and calculations in the program is close to the result of manual calculation so that they can answer the needs of the company in conducting inventory management, planning, supervision, and production control.
