Abstract

Abstrak: Penyelenggaraan program Pendidikan Menengah Universal dilator-belakangi oleh keberhasilan program wajib belajar pendidikan dasar 9 tahun. Atas dasar itu, Kemendikbud perlu meningkatkan akses lulusan pendidikan dasar untuk melanjutkan ke pendidikan menengah melalui program wajib belajar 12 tahun. Tujuan studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji implementasiprogram Pendidikan Menengah Universal, terkait dengan (1) acuan legal formal; (2) kesiapan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana; (3) kesiapan penyediaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan; dan (4) kesiapan pendanaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: (a) semua daerah sampel belum memiliki acuan legal formal untuk melaksanakan program PMU; (b) ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran belum memadai; (c) ketersediaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikna belum mencukupi dan pendistribusiannya belum merata; dan (d) ketersediaan pendanaan masih terbatas. Kata kunci: pendidikan menengah universal, wajib belajar 12 tahun, sarana prasarana, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pendanaan.THE UNIVERSAL EDUCATION PROGRAM IN PREPARING FOR TWELVEYEARS COMPULSORY EDUCATION Abstract: The implementation of the universal education program for secondary school is based on the success of the nine year primary compulsory education.Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture needs to improve the access for primary education graduate through the twelve years compulsory education. The aim of this study is to analyze the implementation of the universal secondary education in accordance with (1) the legal formal; (2) the provision of the educational infrastructure and facilities; (3) the provision and distribution of teachers and administration staff; and (4) the supporting fund. The method used was survey. The results of the study were: (a) all sample areas had not have any legal basis for the implementation of universal education program for secondary education; (b) lack of educational infrastructure and facilities; (c) lack of teachers and administration staff and uneven distribution; (d) lack of operational budgeting. Key words: universal education program, twelf years compulsory education, educational facilities, teachers and administration staff, budgeting.

Abstract

Commitment to organization is determined by the extent to which organizational justice and group cohesiveness emerges and manifests within the organization. In the context of school, this is a challenge that must be used as a principle in the development and performance change for each element in school. The purpose of this study is to seek efforts to increase commitment to the organization through an assessment of the strength of the relationship between commitment to organization owned by teachers and organizational justice and group cohesiveness. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach using correlation analysis and SITOREM analysis. The research was conducted in 16 private junior high schools in Tanah Sareal district, Bogor City. The research population was 171 teachers, the research sample was 120 permanent teachers foundation the so-called Gru Tetap Yayasan (GTY). The results of this study are: 1) there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational justice and commitment to organization; 2) there is a very significant positive relationship between group cohesiveness and commitment to organization; 3) there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational justice and group cohesiveness together with commitment to organization. Efforts that need to be improved to increase commitment to the organization are: 1) honesty, 2) feasibility in obtaining resources, 3) propriety, 4) justification, 5) explanation, 6) process control, 7) intensity of members to be together and 9) loyalty towards school.

Abstract

Perangkat lunak adalah bagian yang sangat penting dalam kegaiatan pengolahan, penyimpanan dan pengaksesan informasi, tuntutan penggunaan sistem pada saat ini sangat tinggi untuk memudahkan pekerjan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi, tak luput juga pada toko bengkel untuk memaksimalkan kinerja pelayanan pada bengkel tersebut maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang tepat. Permasalahan pada saat ini adalah, pada bengkel tersebut belum ada sistem yang diterapkan pada bengkel tersebut, data pada stok barang masih berupa secarik kertas dari pembelian barang-barang yang ada pada toko dikumpulkan menjadi satu, hal ini dapat menimbulkan data pembelian barang tersebut hilang atau rusak untuk jangka waktu yang lama. Pada penelitian ini dibuat suatu sistem yang menerapkan metode algoritma fuzzy logic tsukamoto menggunakan 3 variabel pada fuzzifikasi yaitu transaksi, stok dan pembelian barang, sistem yang dibuat ini dapat memudahkan bengkel dalam memprediksi data stok barang sehingga data stok barang akan selalu update dan pembuatan laporan akan menjadi efisien Kata Kunci: Perangkat lunak, fuzzy logic, fuzzy tsukamoto, sistem, prediksi
