Abstract

Abstrak: Penyelenggaraan program Pendidikan Menengah Universal dilator-belakangi oleh keberhasilan program wajib belajar pendidikan dasar 9 tahun. Atas dasar itu, Kemendikbud perlu meningkatkan akses lulusan pendidikan dasar untuk melanjutkan ke pendidikan menengah melalui program wajib belajar 12 tahun. Tujuan studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji implementasiprogram Pendidikan Menengah Universal, terkait dengan (1) acuan legal formal; (2) kesiapan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana; (3) kesiapan penyediaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan; dan (4) kesiapan pendanaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: (a) semua daerah sampel belum memiliki acuan legal formal untuk melaksanakan program PMU; (b) ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran belum memadai; (c) ketersediaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikna belum mencukupi dan pendistribusiannya belum merata; dan (d) ketersediaan pendanaan masih terbatas. Kata kunci: pendidikan menengah universal, wajib belajar 12 tahun, sarana prasarana, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pendanaan.THE UNIVERSAL EDUCATION PROGRAM IN PREPARING FOR TWELVEYEARS COMPULSORY EDUCATION Abstract: The implementation of the universal education program for secondary school is based on the success of the nine year primary compulsory education.Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture needs to improve the access for primary education graduate through the twelve years compulsory education. The aim of this study is to analyze the implementation of the universal secondary education in accordance with (1) the legal formal; (2) the provision of the educational infrastructure and facilities; (3) the provision and distribution of teachers and administration staff; and (4) the supporting fund. The method used was survey. The results of the study were: (a) all sample areas had not have any legal basis for the implementation of universal education program for secondary education; (b) lack of educational infrastructure and facilities; (c) lack of teachers and administration staff and uneven distribution; (d) lack of operational budgeting. Key words: universal education program, twelf years compulsory education, educational facilities, teachers and administration staff, budgeting.

Abstract

The study aims to describe personal selling and advertising partially and simultaneously have effect onpurchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya. The population in this research is costumers of LifeAgency Chubb Life Surabaya who bought the policy from July to December 2017 totaling 141 people.Sampling in this study using probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified randomsampling is determined by the formula slovin so that the number of samples is 104 people hereinaftercalled respondent. Data analysis techniques using multiple and partial correlation analysis throughSPSS program tools and descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the analysis shows that personalselling and advertising simultaneously have effect on purchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya.personal selling and advertising partially effect on purchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya.The value of R2 = 0.372 which means that 37.2% purchase decision of Chubb Life insurance policy cabeaffected by personal selling and advertising, while the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variablesoutside of personal selling and advertising.Keywords: purchase decision, personal selling, advertising

Mufarrohah, 2023. The Role of Job Characteristics on Work Performance Mediated by Motivation (Study of Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service Employees). Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya.This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 34 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To describe the job characteristics, motivation and work performance of employees at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 2) To test and analyze the direct influence of job characteristics on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 3) To test and analyze the direct influence of work ability on employee motivation at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 4) To test and analyze the direct influence of motivation on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 5) To test and analyze the significant indirect influence of job characteristics on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service which is mediated by motivation. The research results show that: 1) Job characteristics have an insignificant effect on work performance with a p value of 0.100. 2) Job characteristics have a significant effect on motivation with a p value of 0.000. 3) Motivation has a significant effect on work performance with a p value of 0.000. 4) Job characteristics have a significant effect on work performance which is mediated by motivation with a p value of 0.007.

Selly Furima, 2024. The Effect of HR Competencies and Career Development on the Quality of Public Services Mediated by Employee Performance (Study at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency Kab. Kaimana), Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, namely research that tests hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 40 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe HR competencies, career development, employee performance and public service quality. 2) To test and analyze the direct effect of HR competencies on the quality of public services. 3) To test and analyze the direct effect of HR competencies on employee performance. 4) To test and analyze the direct effect of career development on the quality of public services. 5) To test and analyze the direct effect of career development on employee performance. 6) To test and analyze the direct effect of employee performance on the quality of public services. 7) To test and analyze the indirect effect of HR competencies on the quality of public services. 8) To test and analyze the indirect effect of career development on the quality of public services.The results showed that: 1) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.223 and p-values of 0.000. 2) HR competence has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.597, and the p-values of 0.179. 3) Career development has a positive and insignificant effect on the quality of public services. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.198 and the p-values of 0.263. 4) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.279 and the p-values of 0.025. 5) Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.512 and the p-values of 0.000. 6) HR competence has a significant positive effect on the quality of public services mediated by employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.305 and the p-values of 0.009. 7) Career development has a significant positive effect on the quality of public services mediated by employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.143 and the p-values of 0.038.

Ahmad Faisol, 2022. Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Profesionalisme SDM Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Pengembangan Karir (Studi Pada PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Pabrik Garam Sampang). Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, penelitian ini menggunakan program SEM partial least square (PLS). Sampel penelitian adalah 45 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana gambaran kompetensi SDM, profesionalisme, pengembangan karir dan kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 3). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 4). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 5). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 6). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah pengembangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 7). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) area Sampang ditengahi oleh pengembangan karir. 8). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) area Sampang ditengahi oleh pengembangan karir. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan smart PLS diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,485 dan p-values 0,000. 2). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan nilai original sample 0,539 dan p-values 0,000. 3). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,417 dan p-values 0,001. 4). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan original sample value 0,338 dan p-values 0,006. 5). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,629 dan p-values 0,000. 6). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan pengembangan karir karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,339 dan p-values 0,001. 7). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengembangan karir dengan nilai original sample 0,212 dan p-values 0,012.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, research approach using a quantitative approach, research data analysis using SEM program partial least squares (PLS). The population is 230 people, the research sample is 146 people, the sampling method uses the slovin formula. The aims of this research are 1). To find out and analyze the direct effect of promotion on product purchasing decisions at the Indomaret Minimarket in Sampang area; 2). To find out and analyze the direct effect of promotion on customer loyalty at Minimarket Indomaret Sampang area; 3). To find out and analyze the direct influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at the Indomaret Minimarket in the Sampang area; 4). To find out and analyze the direct influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Minimarket Indomaret Sampang area; 5). To find out and analyze the direct influence of customer loyalty on product purchasing decisions at the Indomaret Minimarket Sampang area; 6). To find out and analyze the direct effect of promotion on product purchasing decisions at Minimarket Indomaret Sampang area mediated by customer loyalty; 7). To find out and analyze the direct influence of service quality on product purchasing decisions at Minimarket Indomaret Sampang area mediated by customer loyalty. Based on data analysis using smart PLS, the results showed that: 1). Promotion on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect with Original Sample value of 0.296 and p-values of 0.000; 2). Promotion on customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect with the Original Sample value of 0.391 and p-values of 0.000; 3). Service quality on purchasing decisions has no significant positive effect with the Original Sample value of 0.077 and p-values of 0.244; 4). Service quality on customer loyalty has a significant positive effect with Original Sample value of 0.291 and p-values of 0.002; 5). Customer loyalty to purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect with the Original Sample value of 0.318 and p-values of 0.000; 6). Promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer loyalty has a positive and insignificant effect with the Original Sample value of 0.124 and p-values of 0.004; 7). Service quality on purchasing decisions mediated by customer loyalty has no significant positive effect with Original Sample value of 0.093 and p-values of 0.005. The dominant influence is the effect of promotion on customer loyalty.

This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.501 and the p-values of 0.000. 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.429 and the p-values of 0.000. 4) Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.215 and the p-values of 0.002.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To describe the work experience, compensation, professionalism and performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 2) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 3) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on professionalism at PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 4) To test and analyze the effect of compensation on professionalism at PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 5) To test and analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 6) To test and analyze the effect of professionalism on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch; 7) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch mediated by professionalism; and 8) To test and analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BNI Tbk Pamekasan Branch mediated by professionalism. This type of research is explanatory, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, the number of samples is 96 employees. The sampling method used total sampling. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. Based on data analysis using PLS, the results showed that; 1) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.288; 2) Work experience has a significant effect on professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.388; 3) Compensation has a significant effect on professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.513; 4) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.242; 5) Professionalism has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.442; 6) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.171; 7) Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance mediated by professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.227. The significance value of all research variables at = 0.05 with a 95% confidence level. The variable that has a significant dominant effect is compensation for professionalism.

Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on loyalty with the original sample value of 0.426. 4.)
