Abstract

Perencanaan suksesi menjadi faktor penting agar perusahaan keluarga dapat bertumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Penelitian ini membahas perencanaan suksesi pada perusahaan keluarga PT. Starindo Jaya Packaging. Kebanyakan perusahaan keluarga di Indonesia, belum memiliki perencanaan suksesi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai perencanaan suksesi di PT. Starindo Jaya Packaging. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis elemen-elemen yang dipersiapkan untuk perencanaan suksesi pada perusahaan keluarga PT. Starindo Jaya Packaging. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstuktur, kemudian menguji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Dalam menetapkan narasumber, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sudah memiliki perencanaan suksesi tetapi untuk waktu pelaksanaan perencanaan suksesi masih belum diketahui. Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa persiapan calon suksesor dalam perencanaan suksesi ini dilakukan dengan memberi pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja agar nantinya suksesi dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the study of the phenomenon of children dropping out of school at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak, Kutai Kartenegara Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is to determine the phenomenon of female students dropping out of school at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak and the school's efforts to deal with female students dropping out of school at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this research show that the factors causing children to drop out of school at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak are categorized based on internal and external factors. Low internal factors include motivation and lack of understanding of the importance of education, intelligence and learning disorders, as well as lack of discipline regarding time. Meanwhile, external factors are caused by teachers who are angry, fierce and like to curse, and there is a lack of family support to help these children overcome their problems at school.

Abstract

Sengon (Falcataria moluccana) is a fast-growing species widely planted in Industrial Plantation Forests (IPF/HTI) and has high economic value. The provision of planting material must be well prepared and planned to get the appropriate nursery planting media composition. The Empty Palm Oil Bunches (EFB) biochar application improves soil's chemical and physical properties to provide nutrients for plants. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of EFB biochar on the growth of sengon roots. The experimental design was completely randomized (CRD) by applying four treatment levels and 20 repetitions. The treatments were (A) 100% soil (control), (B) 5% EFB biochar, (C) 10% EFB biochar, and (D) 15% EFB biochar. The data were then analyzed by analysis of variance to see the effect of the treatment on the observed root growth parameters, followed by the 5% Least Significant Difference (LSD) further test to determine differences between treatments. The parameters observed were root length, root volume, root wet weight, and root dry weight. The result showed that the application of EFB biochar increased the growth of sengon roots compared to the control. The greater the dose of the addition of EFB biochar given to the growing media, the more it showed a positive response in improving the growth of sengon roots. In this study, the 15% dose showed the best results compared to other treatments.

Abstract

The prevalence of hypertension in the world is currently quite high, both in Africa and Southeast Asia. The only hospital that is a referral center for the Batanghari community is the Haji Abdoel Madjied Batoe Regional Hospital. cases of hypertension are also still quite common in this hospital. Hypertension that is not controlled properly will cause various impacts on sufferers such as stroke, heart disease and even death. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management in hypertension sufferers at the Polyclinic and Inpatient Unit of the Haji Abdoel Madjid Batoe Regional Hospital, Batanghari. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The time and place of the study were carried out on June 12, 2023-June 30, 2023 at the Haji Abdoel Madjid Batoe Regional Hospital, Batanghari. The population in this study were all hypertension patients in June 2023 at the Polyclinic and Inpatient Unit of the Haji Abdoel Madjid Batoe Regional Hospital with a total of 110 people. The sample consisted of 87 respondents. The sampling technique was accidental sampling. The results of the study showed that more than half had poor self-management (54.0%), more than half had poor self-efficacy (56.3%). There was a significant relationship between self-efficacy and self-management in hypertension patients at the Polyclinic and Inpatient of Haji Abdoel Madjid Batoe Batanghari Hospital. Nurses should provide leaflets about hypertension self-management when patients are going home so that the contents of the leaflet can be applied, become a concern and direction to control their blood pressure.
