Abstract

In essence, marriage is a sense of love, obligation, the fulfillment of sexual desire and resuming the descent. In Islam, a sense of love is the first pillar of a marriage. One principle of marriage is monogamy principle, where a man can have only one wife and vice versa (in time). Monogamy principle here is open or not absolute. These properties are not absolute monogamy principle set forth in article 2, paragraph 2, 4 and 5 of paragraph (1) of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and regulated in article 55, paragraph 56 (1), 57 Compilation of Islamic Law; in fact, regulated, also in the Koran, that Q.S. An-Nissa paragraph 3. The term of polygamy itself is a term that is often present in everyday life. The term polygamy has a close relationship with marriage, both in new families and families who have been doing weddings Formulation of the problems discussed in this dissertation as follows: 1) How does the construction of polygamy laws and procedures set out in the legislation in Indonesia since the year 1959 to 2015? 2) How does the practice of polygamy since 1959-2015? 3) How is the reconstruction of polygamy ideal setting in the future? The method used in this research is using socio legal reserch method or can be called a sociological juridical approach. Constructivism paradigm is the paradigm of a social reality where truth is seen as socially constructed, and the truth of a social reality is relative. The results of this study were 1) the provisions laid down concerning the setting of polygamy in Indonesia as the basis of the implementation of polygamous marriage contained in the Act No. 1 Year 1974 on Marriage, KHI and government regulation No. 9 of 1975 concerning the Implementing Regulations of Law No. 1 Year 1974 on Marriage, then it is very optimistic and believes that the prospect of polygamy is getting better, and opens the possibility of polygamy for highly skilled and have a sincere intention for happiness and prosperity. 2) The debate is getting better when the draft law on marriage proposed to become law. Finally, after a long debate, monogamous finally set to be one of the principles but with an exception for people who are under the law and allowed to take more of a religion. 3) The doctrine of polygamy after the entry of the Prophet Muhammad and Islam became more orderly and has provisions in its implementation. A husband and wife have a maximum of only limited amounts to four people with the terms and conditions when it is able to be fair and able to provide maintenance to his wives. If a husband is not able to be fair and not be able to give birth to a living wives then it is better for a man married is only one person. Abstract

Pengertian kepuasan kerja, Lutnas (2000:126) merumuskan kepuasan kerja adalah suatu keadaan emosi seseorang yang positif maupun menyenangkan yang di hasilkan dan penilaian suatu pekerjaan atau pengalaman kerja. Tujuan Penelitian berdasarkan rumusan masalah dan batasan masalah tersebut, maka penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk Cabang Masamba. Hasil penelitian PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk, yang berkantor pusat di Wisma Millenia Lt.6, Jl. Haryono Kav. 16, Jakarta Selatan 12810, didirikan pada tanggal 26 November 2000 dengan nama PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk. Dan mulai beroperasi pada bulan juni 2001.Sejak berdiri sampai dengan tahun 2012, PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk. Mempokuskan diri untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada para konsumen khususnya konsumen motor. Mulai awal tahun 2009, PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk. Cabang Masamba semakin melebarkan sayapnya dengan memberikan pinjaman berupa Pembiayaan Sepeda Motor dan Pembiayaan Syariah. Mulai tahun 2005, PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk lebih ekspansif dengan membuka cabang-nabang di sekitar Sulawesi Selatan serta pada tahun 2006 PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk mulai merambah pasar sumatera dengan membuka cabang di Bandar Lampung, pada tahun 2007 , PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk telah membuka 4 cabang baru yaitu di Kelapa Gading Jakarta, Medan, Palemabang, dan Cirebon. Pada tahun 2008, PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk juga telah membuka sejumlah cabang baru di pulau jawa, Sumatera, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi sehingga jumlah cabang sampai saat ini sekitar 120 cabang. Untuk pengembangan selanjutnya PT. Mandala Multi Finance Tbk di buka pada pertengahan 2008. Sejalan dengan tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat akan kebutuhan kendaraan yang semakin tinggi, pemasaran tidak hanya di wilayah Luwu Raya tetapi sudah merambah ke wilayah Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara. Kesimpulan Hasil analisis menunjukan secara simultan bahwa adanya pengruh yang signifikan faktor-faktor variabel independen (variabel bebas) yaitu Pendidikan (X1) 0,310 atau 31% Keterampilan (X2) 0,088 atau 8,8%, dan disiplin (X3) 0,752 atau 75,2% mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen /variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y) 0,956 atau 956%.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to find out the effect of principal academic supervision on the quality of education of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency, (2) to find out the effect of principal policies on the quality of education of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency, (3) to find out the effect of academic supervision and policy, the principal simultaneously on the quality of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research was conducted in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The method used in the research was correlational method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for its' validity and reliability. Total population of 113 people with a sample of 88 people who were taken by disproportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) Academic supervision has an effect on the quality of education. This means that the higher academic supervision is, it will result in an increasing quality of education, (2) Principal's policy affects the quality of education. This means that the higher the principal's policy is, will result in an increase in the quality of education, (3) Academic supervision and the principal's policy simultaneously affect the quality of education. will result in an increasing quality of education.

Abstract

This article focuses on the managerial competence of principals. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Observation, interview, and documentation techniques were used to collect data, then analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the principal's managerial planning is carried out based on the vision, mission, school goals, and needs. The principal involves all elements of the academic community in planning for school improvement and development. Planning to increase teacher professionalism is carried out in work meetings and described in strategic plans and school operational plans. Aspects of assessment in educational supervision are teacher attendance, teacher performance in schools, student development, lesson plans, and syllabus. The obstacle is competence in keeping up with the latest technology. Thus, this article contributes to knowledge about managerial competence as well as managerialism.

Abstract

This study aims to describe curriculum management in improving the quality of education in Catholic schools in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Observation, documentation, and interview techniques were used to obtain data related to curriculum management in improving the quality of Catholic education by involving foundation administrators, school principals, vice-principals, curriculum fields, and teachers. The collected data were analyzed in the form of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the data by using technical triangulation methods. The results of this study found that educational curriculum planning in improving the quality of education in Catholic schools always emphasizes the importance of aspects of the school's vision and mission, changes that occur in the education process, and is adjusted to the national education curriculum program and local content curriculum, school circumstances and needs. Curriculum organization is carried out by assigning duties and authority by the principal to the curriculum coordinator, namely the vice principal, and to senior teachers to supervise the learning process. In addition, through classroom supervision, teacher performance is assessed in the learning process. Good curriculum management, it can be a roadmap to achieve effective and efficient learning, build student character, improve learning achievement, and ultimately improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with the aim of knowing the effect of classroom management and teacher work ethic on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in Vocational High Schools in Samarinda City. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between classroom management and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This is indicated by a correlation of 0.616 and interpretation if there is no Class Management then the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process is 95.120. Every one point increase in class management will increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process by 0.232 (significantly). Then, there is a significant and positive influence between the teacher's work ethic and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This is indicated by a correlation of 0.107 and interpretation if there is no teacher's work ethic then the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process is 25,834. Every one point increase in the teacher's work ethic will increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process by 0.232 (Significant). Furthermore, there is a significant and positive effect between classroom management and teacher work ethic together with the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in schools with a correlation of 0.713 with an interpretation of 71% that the teaching and learning process in SMK (Y) is influenced by class management (X1) and teacher's work ethic (X2), while the remaining 29% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of performance-based budgeting in higher education institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a literature review method with narrative analysis to deepen knowledge about performance-based budgeting. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the implementation of performance-based budgeting plays an important role in realizing a quality higher education institution. To implement performance-based budgeting, universities must consider management competencies, organizational commitment, reward systems, and higher education quality. This paper provides a different perspective to understand the application of performance-based budgeting by integrating institutional management theory and organizational theory in setting organizational goals.

Abstract

Koperasi Turus Karya Mandiri, yang berlandaskan hukum di dalam wilayah Republik Indonesia dan berdiri pada tanggal 16 April 2020 di Sukabumi Jawa Barat, adalah usaha bersama yang bergerak dibidang jasa produksi hasil pertanian, perkebunan dan menampung hasil pertanian dari kelompok tani maupun petani di wilayah Sukabumi Jawa Barat. Adapun permasalah dalam penelitian ini ialah banyaknya data – data pemasukan dan pengeluaran kas koperasi yang hilang. Penyebab terjadinya data – data hilang karena belum adanya sistem terkomputerisasi, data tersebut masih tersimpan dalam tumpukan kertas – kertas tanpa adanya back up file di sistem. Maka menghambat banyak memakan waktu untuk pekerja pada saat mencari data yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Manajemen serta memberikan rekomendasi terhadap sistem pemasukan dan pengeluaran kas pada Koperasi Turus Karya Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Zachman Framework. Hasil dari penelitian ini aplikasi sistem informasi pemasukan dan pengeluaran kas pada Koperasi Turus Karya Mandiri digunakan untuk pendataaan barang, pendataan transaksi, pendataan pengeluaran. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membuat pengurus koperasi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Zachman Framework, Koperasi, Sistem Informasi Manajemen

Abstract

The research aims to describe the strategies effectively employed by Civics teachers in enhancing students' understanding of Civics subjects and the impact of differentiated learning. It is a descriptive qualitative study. Data analysis was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by data analysis stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that differentiated learning strategies begin with diagnostic assessment to identify students' needs regarding readiness, interests, and learning styles, enabling teachers to develop more targeted and responsive teaching strategies. The differentiated learning strategies utilized include differentiation of content, process, and product. The positive impact of differentiated learning includes students feeling accepted without distinction from smarter peers, engaging in collaborative learning processes, confidently participating in class discussions, and expressing topics discussed during lessons

Abstract

This research is based on the ability to collaborate which is an ability that students must have. Collaboration skills, what teachers must do to improve collaboration skills is to apply various learning models that adapt to students' needs. The Group Investigation type learning model is a learning model that focuses on students' collaboration abilities. The success of a learning process can be measured by the success of students in participating in the learning process.This research aims to explore the application of the group investigation model in an educational context and measure its impact in improving the collaboration abilities or skills of class XI students at SMA Negeri 11 Samarinda. The object of this research is all students in class XI C of SMA Negeri 11 Samarinda, totaling 36 students. This research is a qualitative descriptive type of research. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a system of field observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is analysis.The concept of group investigation learning is learning that emphasizes students gaining knowledge through learning experiences. The group investigation type learning model has six stages, namely selecting topics, planning collaboration, implementing plans, analysis and synthesis, presenting work results, and evaluation.The collaboration ability of students in class And the results of interviews with students show that students have good collaboration or cooperation skills in completing the topic/material given.The advantage of the Group Investigation type Cooperative Learning learning model in class can improve students' ability to collaborate or work together and students can learn to solve problems that arise during the learning process.The weakness of the Group Investigation type Cooperative Learning learning model in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Samarinda namely, the material presented will be less because the learning time is short, the teacher will have difficulty giving individual grades, and the class atmosphere will be noisy due to discussions.
