Abstract

Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial akan membutuhkan manusia lainnya untuk menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Hubungan antar manusia ini perlu diatur agar tidak terjadi perselisihan. Cara yang dilakukan untuk mengatur hubungan tersebut adalah dengan membuat sebuah perjanjian. Perjanjian merupakan suatu perbuatan dengan mana satu orang atau lebih mengikatkan dirinya terhadap satu orang lain atau lebih. Perjanjian inilah yang nantinya akan menimbulkan hak dan kewajiban bagi para pihak yang melakukannya. Para petani tebu tradisional di Desa Pasucen, Kecamatan Trangkil, Kabupaten Pati juga menggunakan perjanjian untuk melakukan kegiatan pertaniannya sehari-hari. Perjanjian tersebut merupakan perjanjian tidak tertulis yang dilakukan secara turun-temurun mengikuti kebiasaan yang berlaku. Petani tebu sendiri oleh masyarakat sekitar dibagi menjadi dua yaitu petani tebu anggota dan petani tebu bebas, yang tentunya dengan mekanisme perjanjian yang berbeda pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian perjanjian yang dilakukan petani tebu tradisional di Desa Pasucen, Kecamatan Trangkil, Kabupaten Pati dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, serta mengetahui bagaimana para pihak dalam perjanjian ini menjamin perjanjian tersebut agar tidak terjadi adanya wanprestasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, dengan spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pasucen, Kecamatan Trangkil, Kabupaten Pati. Perjanjian yang dilakukan petani tebu tradisional di Desa Pasucen, Kecamatan Trangkil, Kabupaten Pati ini merupakan perjanjian tidak tertulis yang sah berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Perjanjian tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan kebiasaan turun-temurun tetapi memenuhi keempat syarat sah yang ada dalam Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata. Para pihak mempunyai cara sendiri dalam menjamin terlaksananya perjanjian sebagaimana mestinya dan mencegah terjadinya wanprestasi.

Abstract

Consumer's Financing Agency is one the non-bank financing institutions providing funding for people Legal contractual relationship between the agency and the consumer is started with the preparation of the contract. Consumer's contract is done in standardized written form which is prepared in advance by the agency. It means that all terms and conditions are made by the agency alone, then the consumer will only need to agree or reject upon the contract without capabilities of altering nor adding anything to the content of the contract. The standardized contract in general is not considering enough other party's interest so that it is being questioned whether it is still providing freedom to the contracting consumers. Consumer's contract making even it is made and prepared by the agency as one the contracting parties is still providing freedom to the consumers by signing or not signing it, freedom to choose the contracting parties and freedom of choosing legal protection. Nevertheless since it is made only by one party there is exoneraion clause that ,s potentially risking the consumers.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the storytelling ability of children aged 4–5 years through the implementation of the interactive storytelling method at TK Al Maulana, Central Jakarta. Storytelling ability is an important aspect of early childhood language development, as it supports children’s confidence in speaking, vocabulary mastery, fluency, and ability to organize stories coherently. This study employed a classroom action research design conducted in two cycles involving 15 children in Class A. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and field notes, and were analyzed descriptively based on the percentage of children achieving the expected level of development. The findings showed a gradual improvement in children’s storytelling ability across the research stages. In the pre-cycle, only 33% of children achieved the expected development level. After the implementation of storytelling activities using picture storybooks in Cycle I, the percentage increased to 40%. A more significant improvement was found in Cycle II, in which the use of hand puppets increased the percentage to 86%. These findings indicate that the interactive storytelling method was effective in improving children’s storytelling ability. Therefore, this method can be considered an appropriate and engaging learning strategy to support oral language development in early childhood education.
