Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH KANDUNGAN NIOBIUM TERHADAP MIKROSTRUKTUR, KOMPOSISI KIMIA DAN KEKERASAN PADUAN Zr−Nb−Fe−Cr. Logam paduan Zr−Nb−Fe−Cr dibuat dengan cara mencampur serbuk Zr, Nb, Fe dan Cr dengan persentase berat tertentu sampai homogen, dan dilebur dalam tungku peleburan vakum. Tujuan penelitian adalah mempelajari pengaruh konsentrasi Nb terhadap mikrostruktur, komposisi kimia dan kekerasan paduan Zr−Nb−Fe−Cr. Mikrostruktur ingot paduan Zr­ 0,2% Nb-0,5%Fe-0,5%Cr secara kualitatif mempunyai struktur butir dengan ukuran relatif besar dibandingkan ingot paduan Zr−0,5%Nb−0,5%Fe−0,5%Cr dan Zr−0,8% Nb−0,5% Fe−0,5% Cr. Setelah perlakuan â-quenching dan homogenisasi, komposisi Nb dalam paduan Zr−0,2% Nb−0,5% Fe−0,5% Cr adalah (0,16±0,02)%; dalam paduan Zr−0,5% Nb−0,5% Fe−0,5%Cr adalah (0,41±0,07)%; dan dalam paduan Zr−0,8% Nb−0,5% Fe−0,5% Cr adalah (0,64±0,12)%. Sedangkan kekerasan paduan Zr−0,8%Nb−0,5%Fe−0,5%Cr adalah 316 VHN, lebih tinggi dibandingkan Zr−0,5% Nb−0,5% Fe−0,5% Cr (= 299 VHN) dan Zr−0,2% Nb−0,5% Fe−0,5%Cr (= 297 VHN). Semakin besar kadar Nb yang terdapat dalam paduan Zr−Nb−Fe−Cr, maka ukuran butirnya relatif lebih kecil, kekerasannya lebih tinggi dan homogenisasi lebih sulit dicapai. KATA KUNCI: Niobium, Mikrostruktur, Kekerasan, Paduan Zr−Nb−Fe−Cr, Homogenisasi ABSTRACT INFLUENCE OF NIOBIUM CONCENTRATION ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE, CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND HARDNESS OF Zr-Nb-Fe-Cr ALLOYS. The Zr−Nb−Fe−Cr alloys are made by mixing homogeneously Zr, Nb, Fe and Cr powders in percentage weight, followed by melting in vacuum melting furnace. The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of Nb concentration on the microstructure, chemical composition and hardness of Zr−Nb−Fe−Cr alloys. The grain size of Zr­0.2% Nb−0.5%Fe−0.5%Cr ingot was qualitatively larger than those of Zr−0.5% Nb− 0.5% Fe−0.5%Cr and Zr−0.8%Nb−0.5%Fe−0.5%Cr. After treatment by β-quenching and homogenizing, the composition of Nb in Zr−0.5%Nb−0.5%Fe−0.5%Cr was found to be (0.16±0.02)%; in Zr−0,5% Nb−0,5%Fe−0,5%Cr it was (0.41±0.07)%; and in Zr−0.8%Nb−0.5%Fe−0.5%Cr it was (0.64±0.12)%. Meanwhile the value of hardness for Zr−0.8%Nb−0.5%Fe−0.5%Cr was 316 VHN, higher than those for Zr−0.5%Nb−0.5%Fe−0.5%Cr (= 299 VHN) and Zr-0.2%Nb−0.5%Fe−0.5%Cr (= 297 VHN). As Nb content in Zr−Nb−Fe−Cr alloys increases, the grain size becomes relatively smaller, the hardness gets higher and the homogeneity becomes more difficult to achieve. Abstract

This research was conducted to create an online fundraising system that can facilitate the donation process, collect donor data, and financial reports at the Ar-Ruhaniyah Mosque Amil Zakat and Sedekah Institution (LAZIS). Previously, the management of donations at the institution still used a manual process that was inefficient, causing problems in collecting donation data and disbursing funds, and reducing people's interest in giving alms. This study uses qualitative methods and the Waterfall design method, as well as the Crowdfunding method approach. The system created is website-based with design and modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) diagrams and tested using the Blackbox and Whitebox testing methods. The result of this research is an online fundraising system that can facilitate the donation process, collect donor data, and financial reports at the institution. Keywords: Fundraising, Crowdfunding, Website, Mosque, Lazis.
