Abstract

AbstractPT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) is an Indonesian retail company which is the owner of the Matahari Department Store and Hypermart Supermarkets and Foodmart networks. For more than 50 years, the company group PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) has successfully developed Matahari Department Store, Matahari Supermarket and finally Matahari Market Place, which is a supermarket for the premium segment in Kelapa Gading, Bogor, Serpong, Metropolis and GTC in Makassar. Since November 2002, MPPA has also operated 46 Boston Drugs & Pharmacy stores in its supermarkets to support the concept of one stop shopping. However, behind all this, PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) still has problems in the field of occupational health and safety (K3). This writing aims to identify, assess and provide recommendations for controlling the OSH risks that exist in PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA). The method used in this paper is Job Safety Analysis (JSA) based on mobile android. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, and distributing questionnaires.The results in this paper are able to analyze the need for a safety checklist with the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method and the safety checklist application as an K3 audit tool in the PT. Abstract

This research was conducted to create an online fundraising system that can facilitate the donation process, collect donor data, and financial reports at the Ar-Ruhaniyah Mosque Amil Zakat and Sedekah Institution (LAZIS). Previously, the management of donations at the institution still used a manual process that was inefficient, causing problems in collecting donation data and disbursing funds, and reducing people's interest in giving alms. This study uses qualitative methods and the Waterfall design method, as well as the Crowdfunding method approach. The system created is website-based with design and modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) diagrams and tested using the Blackbox and Whitebox testing methods. The result of this research is an online fundraising system that can facilitate the donation process, collect donor data, and financial reports at the institution. Keywords: Fundraising, Crowdfunding, Website, Mosque, Lazis.

Abstract

AbstractThe increasingly widespread development of Financial Technology in Indonesia also impacts Tangerang Regency, Banten, which is only 30 Km from DKI Jakarta. This development has influenced the perception of the Tangerang Regency community on the use of fintech, from the simple use for shopping to the fulfillment of lending needs. Fintech users in the Regency in this study were dominated by productive age groups ranging from late adolescence, early adulthood and late adulthood. The tangerang district's perception of fintech is built with a positive attitude of acceptance, motivated to use it, even has a strong interest in studying it further, most have positive experience with fintech although there are some criticisms of the use of fintech related to security, technical use and support services fintech which is not optimal. Keywords: Perception; Tangerang Regency; Fintech

Abstract

AbstractThe corona virus or corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) has made the global economy contract, including Indonesia's domestic economy. The global economy is certain to slow down, a determination from the WHO which mentions the Corona outbreak as a pandemic. Singapore and South Korea are even experiencing an economic recession as a result of their domestic economic growth which has continued to decline due to the prolonged pandemic. In Indonesia, the government is trying to make various efforts to reduce the impact of the Corona virus on industry, MSMEs and society by conducting social distancing, work from home (WFH) and social assistance from both the government and the community through the Social Crowdfunding Platform that can help small and medium-sized communities maintaining the level of consumption and business activities in an effort to survive amid the current pandemic pressure. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic; Online Social Crowdfunding Platform; Public Consumption

Abstract

Pertumbuhan sektor usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dinilai menjadi kunci penting menjaga momentum pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia pascapandemi Covid-19. Namun, pengembangannya masih dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan, seperti soal tata kelola data dan minimnya fasilitas produksi termasuk fasilitas pembiayaan kredit untuk UMKM. Pemerintah dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mendorong usaha mikro kecil menengah atau UMKM mengaksess olusi alternatif permodalan melalui mekanisme penawaran efek melalui layanan urun dana atau crowdfunding. Metode ini memungkinkan UMKM yang belum memenuhi persyaratan kredit bank bisa mendapat permodalan karena prosesnya yang sederhana dan bisa diakses melalui aplikasi digital ponsel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan riset kepustakaan (library research). Dengan adanya fasilitas crowdfunding UMKM dapat menjadi salah satu solusi engine perekonomian nasional yang berkontribusi terhadap 60,51% PDB dan mampu menyerap hampir 96,92% dari total tenaga kerja nasional.Kata Kunci: UMKM; crowdfunding; solusi pembiayaan; pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional

Abstract

Ojek online merupakan angkutan umum yang sama dengan ojek pada umumnya, yang menggunakan sepeda motor atau mobil sebagai sarana pengangkutan namun ojek online dapat dikatakan lebih maju karena telah terintegrasi dengan kemajuan teknologi. Ojek Online sebagai salah satu alternatif moda transportasi telah terbukti membantu peningkatan penjualan bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Peningkatan Penjualan UMKM dapat meningkatan pendapatan dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Digital di Indonesia. Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah A.R. Fachruddin adalah salah perguruan tinggi yang berada di daerah Tigaraksa, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Lembaga ini memiliki aktifitas belajar mengajar yang begitu padat, akan tetapi dalam proses peminjaman alat dan penggunaan bahan farmasi oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Farmasi masih terbilang konvensional atau manual, hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang, membuat dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Tracking dan Notifikasi Reminder menggunakan WhatsApps Gateway. Sistem ini dibuat sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada di Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Muhammadiyah A.R. Fachruddin khususnya di bagian gudang peminjaman alat dan penggunaan bahan, yang dikelola oleh laboran fakultas farmasi, dimana peminjam alat terlalu lama dalam mengembalikan alat, sehinnga mengganggu aktivitas peminjaman alat yang ingin digunakan oleh peminjam lainnya. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh sistem ini efisien dengan nilai efektivitas waktu yaitu sebesar 67% dari sebelum adanya sistem ini, hal ini dikarenakan peminjam akan mengembalikan alat yang dipinjam lebih awal dan mengurangi keterlambatan pengembalian alat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine innovation, product quality and perceived price on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variabel. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitive. The analysis used in this research was test of validity, test of reability, classical assumption test and sobel test. Population in this research was customer of mie kasuka and sample used was 100. Data processing was carried out using the Statistical Program of Science (SPSS). The result innovation can’t influence on repurchase intention and custumer satisfaction. Product quality positive influence on repurchase intention and custumer satisfaction, price perceived positive influence on repurchase intention but can’t influence on customer satisfaction. Custumer satisfaction positive influence product quality on repurchase intention, but can’t influence innovation and price received on repurchase intention
