Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of advertising on television price and quality of products on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction axis internet service at Axis shop Malang. Data was collecting by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who have selected by simple random sampling technique. To analyze the data, used Strusctural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the total effect of television advertising media significantly positive influence on purchase decisions of 0.383 with P causality test results of 0.002 (P <0.05), prices significantly positive influence on purchase decisions of 0.239 with P causality test results of 0.047 (P <0.05), quality of products significant positive effect on purchase decisions of 0.234 with P causality test results of 0.036 (P<0.05), adv. television media significant positive effect on satisfaction of 0.370 with P causality test results of 0.024 (P <0.05), the price of significant positive effect on satisfaction was 0.362 with P causality test results of 0.013 (P <0.05), affect product quality positively to the satisfaction of 0.239 with P causality test results of 0.088 (P>0.05), a significant positive influence purchasing decisions on satisfaction of 0.298 with P causality test results of 0.029 (P <0.05)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate consumer perceptions of the retail mix of traditional and modern retail in Jember city and to determine the presence or absence of significant differences in consumer perceptions of the retail mix of traditional and modern retail. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 questionnaires to the respondents coming from the four districts selected the District of Jember City, District of Kaliwates, Sumbersari, Patrang, and Pakusari. The analysis tools are different descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test. This research found that there are differences in consumer perceptions of the 6 variables retail mix of traditional retail and modern retail in Jember City. To 6 variables include variable pricing, promotions, location, service, convenience shopping and premium products. Also note also that there are no differences in consumer perceptions of the distance variable in the traditional retail and modern retail in Jember City. Distinguishing variables that are most closely/related to the perception of consumers is the convenience of shopping variables. So the convenience of shopping to be a major consideration that differentiates consumer perceptions of the retail mix of traditional and modern retail.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of price and product quality on customer satisfaction and Honda motorcycles customer loyalty in Jember District. The research design used was confirmatory research. The population of this study is all customers of Honda motorcycles in Jember District. The samples arre 115 respondents. Respondents were taken using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. Analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model used in the research is quite good because it has met 7 of 8 measurements of Goodness of Fit. The results of this study prove that product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Product quality also has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Price has positive effect insignificant to customer satisfaction. Price also positively insignificant to customer loyalty Customer satisfaction has no positive influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

A significant increase in internet usage provides a great opportunity for online business activists. According to a survey in 2016 there are 132.7 million Indonesians are connected to the internet of a total population of 256.2 million people, with a percentage of 77% of the amounts that do online shopping. Increasing the number of internet users it also affects the online shop juragan7am, which is growing. This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology model. The selection of informants using non-random-sampling or nonprobability sampling method of 9 informants. Sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling technique. The result of this research is motivation of entrepreneur become motivation which is informant as a reseller. Price and marketing media has no influence on the dynamics of reseller that occurs in online shop juragan7am. Keywords: reseller, motivation, online shop, entrepreneur, phenomenology.

Abstract

The objective of the research was tested the effect of economic content, resource content, and social content toward trust, satisfaction and customer commitment as well as relationship intention customers of commercial bank government in Banyuwangi Regency. The sample size was 180 respondents. A purposive sampling with disproportional allocation was used to determine the sample of each bank (BRI, BNI, and Bank Mandiri) branch office Banyuwangi. The technical analysis applied to test the research hypothesis was SEM with the support of Amos 5 Program. The result of the research prevailed that there were positive and significant relationships among economic content and trust, economic content and satisfaction, resource content and trust, resource content and satisfaction, social content and trust, social content and satisfaction, trust and commitment, satisfaction and commitment, and commitment and relationship intention.Keywords: economic content, resource content, social content, trust, satisfaction, commitment, relationship intention

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan dimensi Banking Service Quality (BSQ) terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Syariah di Kabupaten Jember. Dimensi BSQ yang diteliti meliputi keefektifitan dan jaminan, akses, harga, keterwujudan, portofolio jasa dan keandalan. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan confirmatory research dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah nasabah Bank Syariah milik Pemerintah Cabang Jember (BNI Syariah, BRI, Syariah, Mandiri Syariah, dan Bank Jatim Syariah) yang mencakup nasabah penabung dan peminjam dana. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive convinience sampling dengan jumlah sampel 120 nasabah yang dialokasikan secara disproporsional ke masing-masing bank. Dalam studi ini digunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program software Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat dimensi BSQ (keefektifian dan jaminan, akses, harga serta keterwujudan) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Sedangkan dua dimensi lainnya, yaitu dimensi portofolio jasa dan keandalan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

Abstract. The purposes oh this research are to examine the existance of gap between the expectation of customesr and the perception of management on the service quality at the DSP Bank in Jember regency. The questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The service quality dimentions examined in this reseach are tangibles, reliability, reponsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. The population of this research is all customer DSP Bank and all employee DSP Bank in Jember regency. The total sample size was 120 respondents (99 are customer and 21 are employee). The models of analysis used in the research are gap analysis and Mann-Whitney test. The results of analysis show that  the expectation of customer on the quality of service at the DSP Bank in Jember regency for the dimentions of tangibles and emphaty on average is higher  than the perception management. Whereas for the dimentions of reliability, responsiveness, and assurance on average is lower higher  than the perception management. The results of significancy test with Mann-Whitney test suggest that research hypothesis for the dimention of reliability, responsiveness and assurance in accepted. This means there is a gap between customer expectation and the management perception. Whereas research hypothesis for the domentions of tangibles and emphaty in rejected. This means there is not is a gap between customer expectation and the management perception.   Key words:      customer expectation on the service quality, management perception, dimentions of service quality

Abstract

The research aims to analyze influence of work discipline, Work Environment and Work Stress variables to employee performance Akademi Kebidanan Dr. Soebandi Jember. Data is used in this study was primary data obtained from a questionnaire that was given to the respondent. The sampling method used in this study was issaturated with a total sample of 44 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that discipline significant positive operating environment performance employees Akademi Kebidanan Dr. Soebandi Jember, physical sgnificant positive operating environment performance employees Akademi Kebidanan Dr. Soebandi Jember.
