Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of advertising on television price and quality of products on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction axis internet service at Axis shop Malang. Data was collecting by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who have selected by simple random sampling technique. To analyze the data, used Strusctural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the total effect of television advertising media significantly positive influence on purchase decisions of 0.383 with P causality test results of 0.002 (P <0.05), prices significantly positive influence on purchase decisions of 0.239 with P causality test results of 0.047 (P <0.05), quality of products significant positive effect on purchase decisions of 0.234 with P causality test results of 0.036 (P<0.05), adv. television media significant positive effect on satisfaction of 0.370 with P causality test results of 0.024 (P <0.05), the price of significant positive effect on satisfaction was 0.362 with P causality test results of 0.013 (P <0.05), affect product quality positively to the satisfaction of 0.239 with P causality test results of 0.088 (P>0.05), a significant positive influence purchasing decisions on satisfaction of 0.298 with P causality test results of 0.029 (P <0.05)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate consumer perceptions of the retail mix of traditional and modern retail in Jember city and to determine the presence or absence of significant differences in consumer perceptions of the retail mix of traditional and modern retail. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 questionnaires to the respondents coming from the four districts selected the District of Jember City, District of Kaliwates, Sumbersari, Patrang, and Pakusari. The analysis tools are different descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test. This research found that there are differences in consumer perceptions of the 6 variables retail mix of traditional retail and modern retail in Jember City. To 6 variables include variable pricing, promotions, location, service, convenience shopping and premium products. Also note also that there are no differences in consumer perceptions of the distance variable in the traditional retail and modern retail in Jember City. Distinguishing variables that are most closely/related to the perception of consumers is the convenience of shopping variables. So the convenience of shopping to be a major consideration that differentiates consumer perceptions of the retail mix of traditional and modern retail.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of price and product quality on customer satisfaction and Honda motorcycles customer loyalty in Jember District. The research design used was confirmatory research. The population of this study is all customers of Honda motorcycles in Jember District. The samples arre 115 respondents. Respondents were taken using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. Analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model used in the research is quite good because it has met 7 of 8 measurements of Goodness of Fit. The results of this study prove that product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Product quality also has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Price has positive effect insignificant to customer satisfaction. Price also positively insignificant to customer loyalty Customer satisfaction has no positive influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

A significant increase in internet usage provides a great opportunity for online business activists. According to a survey in 2016 there are 132.7 million Indonesians are connected to the internet of a total population of 256.2 million people, with a percentage of 77% of the amounts that do online shopping. Increasing the number of internet users it also affects the online shop juragan7am, which is growing. This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology model. The selection of informants using non-random-sampling or nonprobability sampling method of 9 informants. Sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling technique. The result of this research is motivation of entrepreneur become motivation which is informant as a reseller. Price and marketing media has no influence on the dynamics of reseller that occurs in online shop juragan7am. Keywords: reseller, motivation, online shop, entrepreneur, phenomenology.
