Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors which affect employee performance; islamic work ethics by using affective commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variables. Based on the research problem, there are how to improve employee performance through affective commitment and job satisfaction, and the factors which affective commitment and job satisfaction, so the answer is by the Islamic Work Ethics variable. This study is conducted on 200 employees of cross sectors and cross professions working in various fields. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by the help Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program. The results show that Islamic Work Ethics has a positive effect on employee performance, by using affective commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variable

Abstract

Knowledge sharing behavior and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) plays a major role in organizational development. This study aims to determine empirically the influence of Islamic Work Ethics on Knowledge Sharing with OCBIP (Organizational Citizenship Behavior From Islamic Perspective) as a Moderation Variable. The population in this study were all Muslim employees in Indonesia who were drawn randomly. The samples collected were 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire was tested first by using the feasibility test of the instrument in the form of validity and reliability tests. The analytical method of this study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS 24 program which previously passed the classical assumption test. The results of the regression moderation analysis in this study indicate that Islamic work ethics has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing of Muslim employees in Indonesia. This study also concludes that OCBIP can moderate the relationship between Islamic work ethics and knowledge sharing among Muslim employees in Indonesia, where the OCBIP variable is called a quasi variable which can also be used as an independent variable.Keywords: OCBIP, Islamic Work Ethics, Knowledge Sharing

Abstract

The demand for halal products is mandatory for every Muslimah, including halal hijab shampo products. This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, halal label, brand image, and celebrity endorser as independent variables in this study on purchasing decisions for hijab shampo products, which are the dependent variable. The data collection method was done through a questionnaire. The population in this study are Muslim consumers who have bought and used shampo hijab products in the city of Semarang. This study selected a sample of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling approach. The data are then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the halal label and brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the religiosity and celebrity endorser variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the results of the independent variable religiosity, halal label, brand image and celebrity endorser have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Religiosity; halal label; brand image; celebrity endorser; purchase decision

Abstract

Islamic business management has begun to applied by several companies to set and achieve goals. The phenomenon shows that there are companies that implement Islamic business management that can achieve success, growing rapidly, and compete with others companies that do not apply Islamic business management principles. The company is PO. Haryanto Kudus. The success of a business is supported by several factors, one important factor is the support of human resources. A company needs to pay attention to human resource management to achieve the goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource management practices on employee performance on PO. Haryanto Kudus. Data collection method are done through interviews and questionnaires. The object of this research are 83 employees at PO. Haryanto Kudus. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques from the application of SPSS 23. The results of the analysis shows that employee recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, and compensation are in a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PO. Abstract

In the midst of intense e-wallet competition and seeing the large Muslim population, PT Finarya innovated to issue Layanan Syariah LinkAja which makes it unique as the first and only sharia e-wallet in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust and riba knowledge towards Layanan Syariah LinkAja usage decision. The data collection method was done through questionnaire. The population in this study is Layanan Syariah LinkAja Muslim users in Indonesia. The exact population is unknown, so researcher took a sample of 100 respondents with purposive sampling approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is calculated using SPSS 26 program. The result of the analysis showed that perceived usefulness, trust and riba knowledge variables have a positive and significant effect on usage decision, while perceived ease of use variable has no effect on usage decision. Simultaneously, the results of the independent variable which are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust and riba knowledge have an effect on usage decision.
