Abstract

The implementation of learning the introduction of Hijaiyah letters at RA Miftahul Ulum, Cirebon Regency has not been effective so that researchers develop learning media to improve the ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters in the form of Arabic Alphabet for Kids. This study uses the Research and Development method using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. This research was held for about 6 months The type of data analysis produced is a descriptive qualitative analysis using percentage calculations. This study resulted in a product in the form of Arabic Alphabet for Kids media which was declared suitable to be used for the introduction of children’s Hijaiyah letters. Expert judgment for media resulted in 100% and material expert validation obtained 96, 42% results, user assessments conducted by class A teachers obtained 91.66% results, and user assessments carried out by class B teachers. obtained a yield of 93.75%. In addition, during the media trial, children’s ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters increased to 77.81% which was included in the very well-developed category (BSB).

Abstract

Religious assessment in early childhood aims to determine the child's development and plan the stimulation that will be carried out by the teacher in the next lesson. This study aims to identify the religious abilities of children aged 5-6 years in the city of Cirebon. This research was conducted in two stages, namely conducting a preliminary study and conducting observations in 13 kindergartens in the city of Cirebon. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive supported by quantitative data. The results showed that 85% of children aged 5-6 years in the city of Cirebon have shown good religious abilities. This can be seen from the child's ability to know God, carry out worship according to his beliefs, respect his parents, and love God's creation. The findings show that teachers have stimulated children through daily habituation. Habituation is not only done at school but also done at home. The teacher collaborates well with parents through intensive communication both through whatsup groups and contact books. Keywords: Assessment, Early Childhood, Development of religious values

Abstract

Abstract Early childhood reading skills are focused on recognizing reading materials such as magazines, daily journals, children's activity books, books of picture, animal series books, and other books that can improve children's early reading skills. This is rarely understood by some PAUD teachers in Indonesia, resulting in misunderstandings in learning activities. This research aims to develop children's story book by themes as an effort to stimulate early childhood reading skills. Another goal is to find out the feasibility of using children's story books by themes as an effort to stimulate early childhood reading skills. The methode of research used is research and development which is modified from the model developed by Borg and Gall. The research development procedure is carried out through six stages, (a) Collect of information (b) compiling product designs (c) product validation developed (d) product design improvements (e) limited product trials and (6) product results of children's story books. This research resulted in 3 children's story books entitled “Ikan Koi Si Penolong”, “Aku membantu Ayah”, and “Belanja bersama Ibu". Three of books resulting from this development research have gone through the stages of expert validation tests by material experts with a percentage of 92.8%. Meanwhile, the media expert indicator obtained a percentage of 93.7%, which means this book is valid and can be tested on children. Then a trial was conducted by two users, namely the Al-Huda PAUD teacher in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. The test results obtained the percentage of values of 96.8% and 93.7%, which means that books by themes are appropriate and can be used by teachers to stimulate early childhood reading skills.Keywords: Story books, Early reading, Early childhood

Abstract

AbstractThe application of science for early childhood emphasizes giving experience directly to children. Children are required to be able to experiment independently. Stages Learning science in early childhood is still in the form of color recognition, color mixing, plant recognition, animal recognition, and recognizing natural symptoms in the environment. This study uses classroom action research conducted collaboratively using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart research models. Subjects in this study were 14 children, consisting of 4 men and 10 women. The purpose of this study was to improve early childhood cognitive abilities through experimental methods in science learning. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the action research can be seen from the observation of the development of children in each cycle, namely in the pre cycle to get a score of 44.38%, in the first cycle was 61.21%, and in the second cycle was 78.86%. The increase in cycle I to cycle II was 17.65%, so the percentage of the application of experimental methods in science learning to improve cognitive abilities of early childhood reached a success indicator of 75%. In other words, the use of experimental methods in professional learning can improve cognitive abilities in early childhood. Seen from the results of the cycle which achieved more than 75% success. Keywords: experimental methods, science learning, cognitive abilities, early childhood AbstrakPenerapan sains untuk anak usia dini menekankan pada pemberian pengalaman secara langsung kepada anak. Anak dituntut untuk mampu melakukan eksperimen secara mandiri. Tahapan Pembelajaran sains pada anak usia dini masih berupa pengenalan warna, pencampuran warna, pengenalan tumbuhan, pengenalan binatang, serta mengenal gejala-gejala alam di lingkungannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan menggunakan model penelitian Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 14 anak, yang terdiri dari 4 laki-laki dan 10 perempuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini melalui metode experimen dalam pembelajaran sains. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian tindakan dapat diketahui dari pengamatan perkembangan anak pada setiap siklusnya yaitu pada pra siklus memperoleh skor sebesar 44,38%, pada siklus I sebesar 61,21%, dan pada siklus II sebesar 78,86%. Peningkatan siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 17,65%, sehingga presentase penerapan metode eksperimen dalam pembelajaran sains untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu 75%. Dengan kata lain bahwa penggunaan metode eksperimen dalam pembelajaran saisn dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif pada anak usia dini. Terlihat dari hasil siklus yang mencapai keberhasilan lebih dari 75%.  Kata kunci: metode eksprimen, pembelajaran sains, kemampuan kognitif, Anak usia dini

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan anak usia dini merupakan pendidikan yang pertama dan utama untuk membentuk karakter anak lebih baik di masa yang akan datang. Diakui atau tidak, saat ini kualitas pendidikan indonesia masih rendah, padahal kualitas pendidikan sangat menentukan kualitas pembentukan sumber daya manusia yang potensial. Dalam konteks pembelajaran di PAUD, masih ditemukan pembelajaran yang konvensional dan terpusat pada guru (teacher centre). Guru lebih aktif daripada anak, sehingga anak-anak tidak diberikan kesempatan untuk menumakan gagasan, konsep serta buah fikiran dengan sendirinya. Selain itu, pengenalan lingkungan baik di dalam kelas maupun diluar kelas belum diberikan secara maksimal, kalaupun ada sangat terbatas dengan metode yang sama. Masih ditemukannya Guru yang belum dapat memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar, baik hewan, tumbuhan serta kejadian-kejadian alam yang ada di lingkungan sekitar sekolah untuk dijadikan sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran anak. Hal ini tentunya berakibat pada lemahnya anak dalam berpendapat, menemukan ide, berfikir kreatif, menemukan sesuatu, serta anak belum menunjukan bakat kecerdasan alamnya dengan baik. Untuk itu maka guru dapat mengembangkan keahliannya melalui berbagai upaya cerdas yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan anak lebih berkembang melalui berbagai strategi dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Naturalis, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

AbstractAssessment activities is a piece of learning which could not be separated with early childhood learning .Assessment presents on every learning session practicing by teachers or parent. Assessment development activities on various aspects allow teachers and parent knowing the growth of early childhood that would give stimulation if there was an advanced ability been attained. Also with value of religion and moral, teachers and parents in TKIT Al-Ikhlas Al-Maarif always do the assessment collaboration. Teachers in TKIT Al-Ikhlas Al-Maarif had also tried to stimulate in developing the students capability, religion and moral. So, the children who have not fulfilled these assessment could be stimulated as early as possible. The methods used in this research was using the data through qualitative observation and interview. The Observation was doing when the learning activities, while the interview directed to the teachers TKIT Al-Iklash Al-Maarif. Assessment value of the moral and religious was made over two months, then the researcher discovered that the average of 10 children had developed as expected. This could be seen from some indicators of the moral and religious value which are accomplished. This research is appropriate with a Standar Tingkat Pencapaian Perkembangan Anak (STPPA) with percentage excellent (86,7 %). Keyword: Assesmen, value of religion and moral, PAUD AbstrakKegiatan asesmen merupakan salah satu bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari proses pembelajaran anak usia dini. Asesmen senantiasa hadir pada setiap sesi pembelajaran anak baik dilakukan oleh guru maupun dilakukan oleh orang tua. Kegiatan asesmen dalam berbagai aspek perkembangan memungkinkan guru dan orangtua mengetahui perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak secara dini, sehingga dapat memberikan stimulasi lanjutan apabila terdapat kemampuan anak yang belum tercapai. Begitupula dengan perkembangan Nilai Agama dan Moral, guru dan orang tua di TKIT Al-Iklash Al-Maarif senantiasa berkolaborasi dalam melakukan asesmen. Guru di TKIT AL-Ikhlas Al-Ma’arif juga telah melakukan upaya stimulasi dalam mengembangkan nilai agama dan moral peserta didik, sehingga anak yang belum memenuhi capaian perkembangan dapat sedini mungkin distimulasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan di sekolah selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung, sementara wawancara dilakukan kepada guru kelas A TKIT Al-ikhlas Al-Maarif. Hasil asesmen perkembangan nilai moral dan agama yang dilakukan dalam kurun waktu dua bulan, maka peneliti menemukan fakta bahwa dari 10 anak yang diteliti rata-rata dapat dikatakan sudah berkembang sesuai harapan. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa indikator Nilai Moral dan Agama sudah mampu tercapai. Hal ini sesuai dengan Standar Tingkat Pencapaian Perkembangan Anak (STPPA) dengan nilai presentase sangat baik (86,7%).Kata Kunci: Asesmen, Perkembangan nilai moral dan agama, PAUD

Abstract

Abstract Teachers should have gained the target of high quality are four competencies will be (1) competence of the personality (2) professional competency (3) competence of pedagogik and (4) social competence. Many strategys has been done by the government in order to realize the teachers of high quality of early childhood education, it which is through provide guidance on the formulation of teachers and education staff of early childhood education. This study used a qualitative methodology that was served a sort of descriptive set explorative. The place of the study is Kecamatan Cikatomas District Tasikmalaya .The technique of data collection through interviews, review of documentation, focus group discussions and questionnaires. The technique of processing data was undertaken through data collection, the reduction of the data, data presentation used to, and the withdrawal of a conclusion. Analysis techniques data using content analysis. The results of the study paper work showing that some aspects in the competence of a pedagogue is still classified as low, and it is requisite to the existence of the form of a strengthening it should also be noted a method of out of school in droves. The aspect of professional competency is still classified as low, can be seen from several aspects of the results of the review of documentation , interview and other of any economic indicators that is indicative of the teacher had not yet over matter of learning of early childhood education paud. Social competence also is still classified as low, can be seen from a number of aspects that is even social program has never been undertaken. This becomes an important issue attention and support the government in to increase the capacity of educator of early childhood education paud that is in kabupaten tasikmalaya especially for the institution of early childhood education paud non formal. Keyword: Competensi, pedagogy, professional, social, PAUD Standar AbstrakGuru berkualitas harus memiliki empat kompetensi yakni (1) Kompetensi Kepribadian (2) Kompetensi Profesional (3) Kompetensi Pedagogik dan (4) Kompetensi Sosial. Berbagai strategi telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mewujudkan guru PAUD yang berkualitas yakni melalui pembinaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan PAUD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif  eksploratif. Tempat penelitian yakni lembaga PAUD non formal yang berada di Kecamatan Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, telaah dokumen, focus group discussion (FGD) dan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi (Contents Analisys) dan diperkuat dengan teknik prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beberapa aspek dalam kompetensi pedagogi masih tergolong rendah, sehingga perlu adanya penguatan secara metode dalam pembelajaran. Aspek kompetensi profesional masih tergolong rendah, terlihat dari beberapa aspek hasil telaah dokumen, wawancara serta angket yang menunjukan guru belum menguasai materi pembelajaran PAUD. Kompetensi sosial juga masih tergolong rendah, terlihat dari beberapa aspek sosial yang bahkan belum pernah dilakukan. Hal ini perlu perhatian dan dukungan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pendidik PAUD yang ada di kabupaten Tasikmalaya khususnya bagi lembaga PAUD non formal.Kata kunci: Kompetensi, pedagogi, professional, sosial, standar layanan PAUD

Abstract

Abstract: The golden age of the humans is going on since a child was born until the age of eight years. In this case the growth and development of kids drove rapidly, so it needs an effective stimulation of parents and their environment. The growth is quantitative changes that happen to people in terms of the growing number and size of, the dimensions on a cellular level as well as organ which occurs on any individual. Temporary out growth qualitative which the process that refers to the improvement of social and psychological people and going on all his life human. In aspects of the development of early childhood, rough motor there will be growth and child development sustainable. Of course, hand in hand growth and development to the various aspects of an early age will walk in accordance with, phases of his age so parents need to have a comprehensive knowledge about various aspects in early childhood.Key Word: Growth and development, rough motor, early childhood Abstrak: Masa golden age pada manusia terjadi sejak anak dilahirkan hingga usia delapan tahun. Pada masa ini pertumbuhan dan pekembangan anak melaju pesat, sehingga perlu stimulasi yang efektif dari orang tua dan lingkungannya. Pertumbuhan merupakan perubahan yang bersifat kuantitatif yang terjadi pada manusia dalam hal bertambahnya jumlah dan ukuran, dimensi pada tingkat sel serta organ yang terjadi pada setiap individu. Sementara perkembangan yakni proses kualitatif yang mengacu pada penyempurnaan fungsi-fungsi sosial dan psikologis dalam diri seseorang dan berlangsung sepanjang hidupnya manusia. Dalam aspek perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini, maka akan terjadi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak secara berkesinambungan. Tentunya secara beriringan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan berbagai aspek pada anak usia dini akan berjalan sesuai dengan tahapan usianya, sehingga orang tua perlu memiliki pengetahuan yang menyeluruh tentang berbagai aspek pada anak usia dini.Kata Kunci: Tumbuh kembang, motorik kasar dan anak usia dini

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kreativitas anak usia dini pada kelompok B masih rendah. Terbukti dari indikator kreatifitas yakni mampu menyesuaikan warna, menggambar bentuk, keluwesan dalam menggambar objek yang ditiru masih terbatas. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari stimulasi di lembaga PAUD yang masih terbatas. Kegiatan menggambar belum sepenuhnya diterapkan secara maksimal oleh guru. Penggunaan Lembar Kerja Anak (LKA) juga menjadi salah satu factor anak belum mampu mengekspresikan ide dan gagasannya dalam bentuk gambar-gambar sederhana. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan teknik inkblot untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui kegiatan menggambar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 anak. Data dikumpulkan melalaui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kreatifitas anak usia dini. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat dari penggunaan media menggambar dengan bantuan stimulasi teknik Inkblot yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Hal ini terlihat dari indikator capaian perkembangan anak melalui dua siklus memperoleh nilai sebesar 88,45%. Artinya nilai tersebut berada pada level sangat baik atau berkembang sangat baik, sehingga untuk mengembangkan anak dalam aspek kreatifitas salah satunya dapat dilakukan melalaui menggambar langsung dengan teknik inkblot.

Abstract

Assessment is important and often necessary in various contexts such as in the development of children's art and creativity. The focus of the assessment is on the artistic development of children aged 4-6. In particular, the researchers looked at and measured how much progress the students had made at the PAUD schools studied, namely RA Al-Hidayah, RA Baiturrahman, and TK PGRI. This research is conducted to understand the extent of artistic development in children aged 4-6 in the PAUD schools under study, with a focus on RA Al-Hidayah, Baiturrahman, and TK PGRI.  The research studies used in this study used the method quantitative method to analyze and describe as well as disclose facts that occurred in the research location and see how the implementation of arts development assessments in the studied schools. The research subjects are 12 child samples in class B or children aged 5-6 years in RA Al-Hidayah and 10 samples aged 4-5 years in TK PGRI and RA Baiturrahman, totaling 10 samples on children's artistic development assessment. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis utilizes interactive data analysis. Based on the calculations, the researcher concludes that overall, children from RA Al-Hidayah, Baiturrahman, and TK PGRI essentially have the same potential, although they possess unique skills and are entitled to develop. The research results indicate that the improvement of children's artistic development in RA Al-Hidayah, Baiturrahman, and TK PGRI can be developed and implemented through methods that support various aspects of children's artistic development, whether through the media used or not.
