Abstract

Learning transformation is heavily influenced by leadership, supervision, and teacher performance. Leadership has a very important role in realizing learning transformation, while supervision is a coaching activity on how to assist teachers in improving teaching using e-learning, whereas teacher performance is how to see the result of the work achieved by teachers in realizing learning transformation.This study aims to reveal the relationship between principals' leadership, e-learning supervision, and teacher performance with the transformation of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (well-known MAN) in Jambi Province. The research approach is a quantitative with a survey method. The research population is civil servant teachers with a total sample of 94 teachers selected by total sampling. The research data were analyzed using Pearson's Product Moment correlation and multiple regression using the SPSS version 23.0. The results showed that the implementation of principal's leadership had a strong significant correlation with learning transformation (77.2%), e-learning supervision had a moderately significant correlation with learning transformation (53.1%), teacher performance had a strong significant correlation with learning transformation (69,7%), and the implementation of principal leadership, e-learning supervision, teacher performance together have a very strong significant correlation with learning transformation (83.5%). This study recommends that learning transformation will increase if the application of principal leadership, e-learning supervision, and teacher performance is given at MAN in Jambi Province. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi e-learning, dan kinerja guru dengan transformasi pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Provinsi Jambi. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan jumlah sampel 94 guru yang dipilih secara total sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi Product Moment Pearson dan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berkorelasi signifikan yang kuat dengan transformasi pembelajaran (77,2%), supervisi e-learning berkorelasi signifikan yang sedang dengan transformasi pembelajaran (53,1%), kinerja guru berkorelasi signifikan yang kuat dengan transformasi pembelajaran (69,7%), dan implementasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi e-learning, kinerja guru secara bersama-sama berkorelasi signifikan yang sangat kuat dengan transformasi pembelajaran (83,5%). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa transformasi pembelajaran akan meningkat jika penerapan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi e-learning, dan kinerja guru diberikan di MAN Provinsi Jambi. Abstract

This article aims to identify problems of career women at work whether because of economic factors or because of social status. This study shows the variables associated with:1) the legth of employment, 2) reasons of work because of economic incentives, and 3) the views of career to career women. There are 30 civil servants as a career women spread in 11 regencies/cities in Jambi Province used as a sample in this study. This study uses a simple quantitative research. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. As overall, the results showed that studies have shown that although the career women who worked who worked as a civil servant in Jambi Province has a service life that is long enough, that over five years, but the ,otive for their work as the career women not because of economic incentives (mean =2.50; it’s a low interpretation). This is reinforced by the views of career to civil servant which they pursue are at the simple stage (mean =2.88). because of that, it can be concluded and identified that the issue of career women in a career for civil servants in Jambi Province, not because of economic problems. Allegedly because of issues of social status that requires them to work, although the issue of social status is not to be studied in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the information about the trend of using facebook and its impact on the work productivity of lecturers at higher education in the city of Jambi. This research was developed from various sources related to the facebook findings of Mark Elliot Zuckerberg at Harvard University since 2004. Data collection in this study was collected using the interview and literature review. Interviews were conducted directly with several sources, while literature review done through collecting journal regarding the research problems. The finding show that the lecturers from 14 higher education in the city of Jambi who have used facebook service because the reason not to say technology stutter (1.88%), spreading of issues and provocation (1.72%), looking for friends (1.43%), frank (1.30%), educational and work purposes (0.47%). This study proves that the using facebook has a contribution on the work productivity of lecturers at the fourteen higher educations in the city of Jambi.

Abstract

This research model uses the Kemmis and Taggart design model using three cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings and using the steps of  Planning, Action, Observation, Reflection. In addition, this study also uses a qualitative and quantitative approach to obtain percentage results using a Likert scale. Before carrying out the action or during the pre-cycle the researcher found various problems in the implementation of learning, especially in terms of increasing letter recognition. After the actions of cycle 1 to cycle 3 were carried out, there was an increase in the mastery of vowels and consonants through the application of the storytelling method using the media of picture word cards. The increase occurred by 53.02% in cycle 1 compared to the pre-cycle which was still 50.00%. in cycle 2 it increased to 63.33% and in cycle 3 it increased to 81.64%. Thus, it can be concluded that by applying the storytelling method using picture word cards media can improve the mastery of vowels and consonants for children aged 5-6 years. Model penelitian ini menggunkan model rancangan Kemmis & Taggart dengan menggunakan tiga siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tiga kali pertemuan dan menggunakan langkah-langkah Perencanaan, Tindakan, Observasi, Refleksi. Selain itu penelitian ini juga mengunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil persentase menggunakan skala likert. Sebelum melaksanakan tindakan atau pada saat prasiklus peneliti menemukan berbagai permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran terutama dalam hal meningkatkan pengenalan huruf. Setelah dilaksanakan tindakan siklus 1 hingga siklus 3, maka terjadilah peningkatan penguasaan huruf vokal dan konsonan melalui penerapan metode bercerita menggunakan media kartu kata bergambar. Peningkatan tersebut terjadi sebesar 53,02% pada silus 1 dibandingkan pada prasiklus yang masih 50.00%. pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 63,33% dan pada siklus 3 meningkat menjadi 81,64%. Dengan demiian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode bercerita menggunakan media kartu kata bergambar dapat meningkatkan penguasaan huruf vokal dan konsonan anak usia 5 – 6 Tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an analysis of the principal's leadership and the motivation for the use of the hijab as well as the implementation of student behavior at the School. This study is important to explore the leadership of the principal and the motivation for the use of the female student hijab in depth in order to find the right solution in terms of the implementation of education, especially in terms of the leadership of the principal and the motivation for the use of the female hijab in several public schools, especially at the high school level. The method used is a qualitative approach. The determination of the subjects was carried out by snowball sampling techniques, namely the principal, Islamic religious education teachers, and class X students. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using domain analysis techniques, components and taxonomy. In order to obtain valid and valid information, in this study, several techniques were used to test the validity of data, namely discussions with peers, extension of research time and data triagulation techniques. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisis tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Serta Motivasi Penggunaan Hijab Siswi Dalam Implementasi Terhadap Perilaku di Sekolah. Kajian ini penting dilakukan guna mengeksplor kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi penggunaan hijab siswi secara mendalam guna menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam hal pelaksanaan pendidikan terkhusus dalam hal kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi penggunaan hijab siswi di beberapa sekolah umum terutama pada tingkat sekolah menengah atas . Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan subjek dilakukan dengan teknik snowball sampling, yaitu kepala sekolah, guru pendidikan agama Islam, serta siswa kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Setelah data di kumpulkan kemudian di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis domain , komponensial dan taksonomi. Agar memperoleh informasi yang valid dan sah, dalam Penelitian ini di gunakan beberapa teknik pengujian keabsahan data, yaitu diskusi dengan teman sejawat, perpanjangan waktu penelitian dan teknik triagulasi data.
