The aim of the Regional Superior Product Development Program(PPPUD) in the third year is to improve the marketing of the Podhek Pamekasan batik. Marketing of Podhek batik is still focused on offline marketing. In marketing craftsmen compete unhealthily. Craftsmen have not yet realized the importance of IPR. The method of implementing community service uses the mentoring method. The results of the PPPUD implementation, as follows, form the pilot of the podhek batik center, optimize work programs from joint business groups, improve packaging, exhibit batik, offline and online batik marketing, include craftsmen in the dissemination of the importance of patents, patent the podhek batik products, publish at seminars national, scientific publications in the mass media, strengthening of craftsmen in terms of batik motif design, cooperation with Australian batik entrepreneurs, and assistance during the visit of the regent's mother and guests. Podhek batik craftsmen have no problems in the production and design of podhek batik motifs. Craftsmen need support from all parties, both from their own craftsmen, entrepreneurs and local governments in terms of marketing. They must continue to innovate. Batik craftsmen need to be educated about the importance of cooperation between craftsmen between entrepreneurs and the government in marketing batik podhek so that batik prices can be stable so that the market can also be stable. In terms of marketing and shipping goods abroad it needs to be facilitated or facilitated so that batik exports can be maximally increased.

Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) merupakan instansi di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah yang dibentuk untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat berupa penyediaan barang dan/atau jasa yang dijual tanpa mengutamakan mencari keuntungan dan dalam melakukan kegiatannya didasarkan pada prinsip efisiensi dan produktivitas. Dalam kerangka penatausahaan keuangan BLU/BLUD harus berpedoman pada akuntansi dan pelaporan keuangan badan layanan umum, dalam PMK, pola penatausahaan keuangan khususnya terkait kebijakan akuntansinya akan diatur melalui kebijakan akuntansi khusus yang akan di tentukan oleh profesi akuntan di Indonesia. Sehingga proses pendampingan ini menghasilkan Laporan Keuangan Puskesmas Kota Probolinggo sebagai Kegiatan Konsultansi Manajemen BLUD.

Objectives - Actor / small business owners play an important role in the system of taxation in Indonesia. This paper is intended to establish a framework to highlight the situation of small business owners and their impact from a psychological perspective.Methods / approach - as a framework to identify the characteristics of small business owners from the actual tax situation is felt by small businesses.Results - three key aspects that differentiate the perception that small businesses, small businesses tend to be more of a chance to disobey pay taxes, a lack of knowledge and understanding of regulations, taxation and small business difficulties if faced with the decision-making when experiencing a loss of business. Abstract, Purpose analyzing the direct and indirect effects of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance. In addition, this study also analyzes the effect of indirect style butterfly. The population of this research is all employees of sugar factory Tjoekir Jombang as many as 262 people to sample as many as 157 people. Analysis of the data used in the study using path analysis. The results showed that the leadership style and organizational culture directly affect organizational commitment, leadership styles, organizational culture and organizational commitment directly affect employee performance, organizational commitment capable of mediating influence between leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. In summary, this study aims to analyze efforts to increase taxpayers in paying land and property taxes (PBB) on the basis of the collection system guided by Law No. 28 of 2009 (1) the collect local taxes in the payment of services or the issuance of certain permits provided by local governments or for personal or corporate interests; (2) Is a regional tax, administered by the Regional Revenue Authority, and its collection is based on rate rules set forth by the local government; (3) Collecting a regional tax as a tax may confer a better socioeconomic advantage or position on beneficiaries or entities or who derive an advantage from land and buildings. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The informants for this study are the Services, Billing, General and Internal Compliance subsection, and the Advisory and Extension subsection at the Malang Regency Regional Property Administration. Data for this study were collected through interviews, documents, and observations. The results of this study indicate that (1) the compliance of taxpayers with the Regional Financial Asset Management Authority of Malang Regency sometimes increases and sometimes also decreases. As a result, the officers working at the Regional Property Management Authority of Malang Regency are working to increase taxpayers in paying land and property taxes

Tujuan dari pengembangan produk batik podhek ini yaitu, 1) meminimalisir limbah dengan prinsip penyulingan air limbah pelorotan batik. 2) meningkatkan produksi dan efisiensi produksi batik podhek, 3) pembentukan pengurus kelompok usaha bersama, 4) melakukan studi banding untuk menambah wawasan dalam strategi produksi, pemasaran, dan pengelolaan limbah, 5) memperkuat kerjasama dengan mitra yang sudah terjalin. Metode pelaksanaan dari pengembangan produk ekspor batik podhek ini dengan metode pendampingan. Pengembangan yang sudah dilakukan yaitu, 1) koordinasi pada setiap pelaksanaan program, 2) sosialisasi peleksanaan pengembangan produk ekspor batik podhek, 3) penataan tempat produksi batik, 4) pembentukan pengurus dan program kerja kelompok usaha bersama, 5) penyewaan tempat pemasaran batik, 6) pameran batik di tunjungan plaza Surabaya, 7) Studi banding mengenai produksi dan manajeman pemasaran di produsen batik puri putri pacitan dan batik tengah sawah pacitan. 8) pameran batik bekerjasama dengan MIN 1 Malang, 9) memperkuat kerjasama dengan mitra yang sudah terjalin. Pengembangan pada program berikutnya membuat sentra kampung batik podhek.

Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that must be maintained and developed, besides the development of batik craftsmen with motifs that show regional characteristics is one of the sources of income for craftsmen. Diversification of batik cloth products is a strategy to increase their sales and income.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide solutions to the problems of batik craftsmen in Banyuwangi Regency with a touch of creativity by diversifying products (handmade) based on local batik produced in addition to batik cloth and clothes (elephant oling, broken coffee, kangkung bundles, gedheg and so on). Several efforts have been made to increase production such as souvenirs, wallets, bags, tissue holders and several other products. Activities carried out in service include training in production, marketing and packaging practices at Batik Banyuwangi craftsmen. Product diversification is carried out by improving production processes, strengthening business through packaging of diversified products, training in the diversification process to produce handicraft products (bags, wallets, sandals, Banyuwangi udeng).

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat khususnya melakukan penyuluhan dan pemetakan permasalahan pada ibu rumah tangga dan kaum lansia warga Desa Gampingan Kacamatan Pagak Kabupaten Malang yang dalam kegiatan sehari-hari melakukan kegiatan pemilahan limbah kardus dan perca plastik. Alasan yang melatar-belakangi dilakukannya kegiatan kegiatan kepada masyarakat khususnya penyuluhan yang bertujuan untuk memotivasi dan menggali potensi para ibu rumah tangga. Metode kegiatan dengan melakukan survei awal pada obyek pengabdian, melakukan pemetakan permasalahan yang dihadapi warga dilanjutkan melakukan penyuluhan terkait dengan permasalahan dan melakukan pendampingan penyelesaian permasalah. Hasil kegiatan bahwa warga Desa Gampingan menyambut baik pengabdi, kegiatan penyuluhan direspon dengan baik dengan diminati oleh warga Desa yang mempunyai kesibukan memilah limbah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat terlaksana dengan baik tak terlepas keterlibatan pihak desa yang mampu mendukung pelaksanaan dimaksud

The problem that is often faced by immigrant workers is good financial management when they work abroad. Good financial management is needed when they work with the financial literacy they have with basic knowledge, savings and credit, investment. Wisnuwardhana Malang University provides assistance, providing material on financial literacy in collaboration with PT. Amal Ichwan Arindo which oversees Hong Kong Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI). Community Service activities are carried out by providing materials and assistance to Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) if needed. The method of providing material and assistance is carried out by means of Zoom and providing material directly at the PT. Amal Ichwan Arindo.

This community service program aims to educate business actors in UD IKM. Omah Nurhanah Malang which operates in the cracker processed food industry. The main problems often faced by business actors include the lack of awareness of keeping business financial records due to a lack of knowledge about financial bookkeeping, resulting in a business financial system that cannot differentiate between business profits and personal cash and decreased motivation when faced with business problems, resulting in has an impact on the low level of carrying out new innovations. The method used is entrepreneurial motivation training and simple financial bookkeeping. The result of this service is that business actors understand how to do good entrepreneurship through financial recording, as well as increasing business motivation.
