This study has the objective to create a model for the development of agro-industry Gondangan considering it has potency to be developed as a regional agro-industries. Gondangan village has many of home industries in the eld of snacks made from agricultural products. During the domestic industry is capable of providing welfare for the culprit. The development of agro-industry area is expected to provide greater added value for agricultural products, as well as increasing incomes. The method used is the Research and Development. This method is used to produce a particular product, and test the effectiveness of a particular product. The results showed that there were three main components in the agro-industry models consist of the main actors, supporting institutions, and related industries. Respondent of this study are home-industries owner as the main actor. The result show that home-industries owner business need assistance because, they do not have the characteristics of attitudes needed to develop a greater business. Ability and knowledge in the business also need to be developed through partnership program. Supporting institutions also need to be strengthened and involved in the partnership. Institutional support in this case is local government and cooperative. The related industry is a supplier of raw materials and distribution channels, agents and distributors, should be involved in the partnership program to ensure smooth supply to produsen. The three component of agro-industries should run well so that the model can be implemented well too.

SMEs snacks in Gondangan village has the potential to be developed. The village has the potential to be Gondangan Agro-industry region, although it is still much that needs to be repaired and prepared.This study aims to determine the attitude of the public about the development of SMEs in rural areas Gondangan into Agro-industry clusters and how community participation in the development of SMEs in rural areas Gondangan to be Agroindustri. Respondents in this study were the leaders and local community leaders, citizens, snack home industry in the region.This study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data of this study is primary data and secondary data consists of qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data were obtained with the interview and focus group discussion.The results showed that the attitude of the public, snack ho,e industri actor and local governments support the development of the region as an area of Agro-Industry cluster. In terms of participation, the government showed a high participation and support by facilitating a variety of activities to realize the region of Agro-Industry cluster, while the snacks businessman as the main actor of Agro-industry development of the area did not show a high level of participation.

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage and disclosure of intellectual capital, on company risk. Conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 with a population of 142 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with a total sample of 21 companies. The analysis was carried out using SEM analysis with the WarpPLS approach. The results of the study show that leverage has a significant effect on disclosure of intellectual capital and company risk. Disclosure of intellectual capital is also proven to have a significant influence on corporate risk. It can be said that the results of this study are useful for potential investors to estimate company risk in making investment decisions. Research results are also important for company management to manage company risk.Â Key words: leverage, intellectual capital disclosure, firm riskÂ

This study aims to examine the influence of ownership structure on leverage, intellectual capital disclosure, and firm risk. It was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018 with a population of as many as 142 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with a total sample of 21 companies. The analysis was done using SEM analysis with the WarpPLS approach. The results of the study show that ownership structure has a significant effect on leverage and intellectual capital disclosure but not to firm risk. Whereas, it is found that leverage significantly affects intellectual capital disclosure and firm risk. Intellectual capital disclosure is also proven to have a significant influence on firm risk. It can be said that the results of this study are useful for potential investors to estimate firm risk in making investment decisions. The results of the study are also important for a company management to manage firm risk.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap profitabilitas serta dampaknya bagi nilai perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dari populasi 33 laporan tahunan perusahaan dan menghasilkan 7 laporan yang diakumulasi selama 6 tahun periode pengamatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan software WarpPLS 8.0 untuk analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara langsung. Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah meningkatkan pengungkapan CSR karena berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan. Bagi investor, disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan indikator profitabilitas, nilai perusahaan, dan tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap lingkungan dalam laporan keberlanjutan.

This community service was conducted by lecturers from the Business Administration Department, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta, aimed at identifying and assisting the Forest Farming Business Group ProHutani in Tawangmangu, Karanganyar, Central Java. The team mapped out problems and analyzed the situation of the coffee farming business group, identifying issues such as capital, production capacity, business management, and product marketing. The activities were carried out in several stages, including lectures, discussions, and direct interviews with business actors. The identification results indicated the need for training in coffee cultivation, business management, licensing, and marketing. This community service successfully identified several solutions and follow-up steps for the further development of this business group.
