Abstract

     Urban tourism is growing today along with a shift in the behavior of tourists and the tourism industry that is more oriented to tourism destinations and create new experiences. The city of Yogyakarta as the tourist city destination have great potency visited many tourists every day. One of successful tourist village at Yogyakarta city is Dipowinatan tourist kampong. Dipowinatan tourist kampong managed to build itself into a tourist destination place, not only domestic tourists as the main market even international tourists.This study use qualitative approach. Interviews as the main instrument for data collection. Respondents of this research were managers of village tourism as a key informant, some residents, and the government represented by the tourism department of Yogyakarta. The results showed that urban tourism through the development of the tourism kampong has an opportunity in the future. Traveler more interested with natural travel and experienced the daily life of a society. One of the facing obstacle  is public participation. The public will be fully support when they feel that the existence of tourist kampong can bring financial benefits and improve their welfare or they played an important role. So the presence of the public supports tourism kampong self-reliant and sustainable.  Keywords: urban tourism, tourism kampong, community participation.

Abstract

This study has the objective to create a model for the development of agro-industry Gondangan considering it has potency to be developed as a regional agro-industries. Gondangan village has many of home industries in the eld of snacks made from agricultural products. During the domestic industry is capable of providing welfare for the culprit. The development of agro-industry area is expected to provide greater added value for agricultural products, as well as increasing incomes. The method used is the Research and Development. This method is used to produce a particular product, and test the effectiveness of a particular product. The results showed that there were three main components in the agro-industry models consist of the main actors, supporting institutions, and related industries. Respondent of this study are home-industries owner as the main actor. The result show that home-industries owner business need assistance because, they do not have the characteristics of attitudes needed to develop a greater business. Ability and knowledge in the business also need to be developed through partnership program. Supporting institutions also need to be strengthened and involved in the partnership. Institutional support in this case is local government and cooperative. The related industry is a supplier of raw materials and distribution channels, agents and distributors, should be involved in the partnership program to ensure smooth supply to produsen. The three component of agro-industries should run well so that the model can be implemented well too.

Abstract

This research is a continuation of of previous studies that have identifying  related institutions which support the development of Gondangan as an agroindustriesvillage.Furthermore,the model that had been developedwas applied in order to support the development of the agro-industry. Further research is done by implementing model of the SME snacks at Gondangan village, Klaten.Applications undertaken include training, mentoring, study visits and so on. In general, this study successfully demonstrated that main actors and supporting actors who are in the model are interrelated and mutually supportive even though the role of each actor is not maximized. Abstract

Studying impact of the external factor on technology acceptance is ones of importance in  technology adoption fields. Aims of this research is to investigating the influence of technology readiness on student information technology acceptance model based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Data was collected from 130 student from various university in Yogyakarta which listed in webomatrics. The results of this study show that technology readiness influence several dimension of student information technology acceptance model such as perceivedusefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, behavioralintentions. Based on student technologyinformation use show that many student use internet for collecting information, interface communication, online shopping, and view of them use it for online business.    Keywords : technology readiness, technology information, technology acceptance model,student.

Abstract

Abstract

Dasar pemikiran program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani Hunian Tetap Gondang 3 Wukirsari Sleman melalui rintisan usaha mikro yoghurt susu kambing, tujuannya  adalah melakukan inovasi melalui transfer IPTEKS melalui pembuatan yoghurt susu kambing yang diharapkan menjadi rangsangan munculnya bisnis mikro. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan, pelatihan, pengadaan alat, dan bimbingan teknis bagi kelompok mitra. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi terjadi peningkatan nilai jual susu kambing setelah diolah menjadi yoghurt dan terjalin sinergi antara kelompok mitra serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengemasan, pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro, dan kewirausahaan. Untuk kelanjutannya, telah disediakan ruang produksi bagi kelompok mitra, dimana diakhir program ini produksi dan penjualan produk telah berjalan walaupun baru pada tingkat pesanan dari rekan terdekat dan mengikuti bazar atau pameran.

Abstract

Depok Beach, Bantul, Yogyakarta, has a food stall center for processed seafood caught by local fishermen. The manager of a food stall at Depok Beach, Bantul, is experiencing problems in improving service quality, production efficiency, and managing small business finances. Intense competition and raw material prices force shop managers to improve service and production efficiency. The service team from the Department of Business Administration, FISIP UPN Veteran Yogyakarta collaborated with the Mina Bahari 45 Cooperative to help and assist the Depok Beach food stall in increasing business capacity. Empowerment programs that have been carried out have started from the implementation of production layouts, small business financial management, simple financial records, and improving the quality of service to consumers. Food stall managers benefit from this service program so that production times are faster, consumers are more satisfied, and finances are well recorded so that they are able to provide simple financial reports.

Abstract

Konflik pekerjaan-keluarga, beban kerja, dan kepuasan kerja telah menarik banyak orang untuk mempelajari pengaruhnya terhadap niat berpindah karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh work-family conflict dan workload terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada perawat wanita menikah di Rumah Sakit Santa Maria Pekanbaru. Responden penelitian sejumlah 60 perawat wanita yang sudah menikah. Analisis Jalur digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antara keempat variabel dan efek mediasi kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Work-family conflict berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention; beban kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention; work-family conflict terbukti berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; beban kerja terbukti berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention; kepuasan kerja terbukti memainkan peran mediasi penuh antara konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dan niat berpindah; kepuasan kerja terbukti memiliki mediasi parsial antara beban kerja dan niat berpindah. Konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dan pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover karyawan dan kepuasan kerja dapat menurunkan pengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention di RS Santa Maria Pekanbaru. Oleh karena itu manajemen rumah sakit perlu mengambil langkah-langkah efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan mengembangkan praktik sumber daya manusia yang kompatibel untuk mengelola konflik dan beban kerja keluarga-pekerjaan.

Abstract

Revisit intention menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan pariwisata. Wisatawan yang puas cenderung memiliki niat untuk mengunjungi kembali destinasi yang sama di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh destination attractiveness terhadap destination image dan place attachment serta dampaknya pada revisit intention. Lokasi penelitian adalah Obelix Hills Yogyakarta, dengan populasi wisatawan yang sudah pernah berkunjung. Penelitian ini bersifat explanatory dengan sampel wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung sebanyak 1 kali. Jumlah sampel adalah 167 responden diperoleh melalui rumus Machin dan Cambell. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan SEM AMOS dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) destination attractiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap destination image, (2) destination attractiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap place attachment, (3) destination image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap place attachment, (4) destination image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention, (5) place attachment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention, (6) destination attractiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention, (7) destination attractiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention melalui destination image, (8) destination attractiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention melalui place attachment, (9) destination attractiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap place attachment melalui destination image, (10) destination image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention melalui place attachment.
