Abstract

Students with autism, with all their strengths and weaknesses compared to regular students, undoubtedly imply differences in treatment, especially in the context of teaching and learning in the classroom. The equalization of learning implementation in various cases has resulted in non-contextual learning implementation. Based on this, the formulation of the research problem is how Muhammadiyah learning occurs between educators and students with autism at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Malang, specifically focusing on the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe Muhammadiyah learning for students with autism at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Malang, specifically focusing on the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This research uses a qualitative approach of a case study type with the determination of research informants determined through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis flow, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that MA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Malang, in the application of the planning aspect, has not yet implemented the things outlined in the ISMUBA Curriculum. The implementation aspect shows that constraints still occur in closing activities, and in terms of the evaluation aspect of learning, it is evident that based on conditions appropriate to the abilities of autistic students, assessments are carried out.

Abstract

Patients can obtain various pharmaceutical dosage forms, both compounded and non-compounded. The expired date is no longer a benchmark when the patient or pharmacist opens the primary packaging in preparation but uses the Beyond-Used Date (BUD). Beyond-used date (BUD) has a shorter time than the expiration date. Storage conditions in the household play an important role in the quality of the drug and its feasibility for consumption. This study aimed to compare knowledge about the expired date, BUD, and drug condition storage in two groups, compounding and non-compounding. This research was quantitative, with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was the mothers of pediatric patients who received outpatient treatment at one of the primary health centers. The sampling technique was carried out purposively. Data were collected through interviews in September-October 2021. The results of this study show that the respondents are predominantly in the range of 26-45 years, senior high school education, status as housewives, and insurance. The level of knowledge of both the non-compounding groups in the three aspects is greater than that of the compounding group. There is a significant difference in the compound and non-compounding groups in the knowledge of expired date (p=0.000) and BUD (p=0.000). There is no significant difference in knowledge of storage conditions (0.347). This study concludes that there is a significant difference in knowledge between the two groups in expired date and BUD, where the compounding group has greater good knowledge.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper is motivated by the existence of a regional regulation that regulates the government's efforts in organizing education, where every individual aged seven to fifteen years is required to carry out basic education as stipulated in regional regulation number 1 of 2018 concerning education implementation article 5 paragraph 1 which reads "every regional citizen aged seven to fifteen years is required to attend basic education" then, with this regulation every citizen of the Hulu Sungai Tengah district should have received education. However, the facts in the field prove that there are still many homeless children who should be at school age to get the right to education instead they are in public places to think about how to survive. This study aims to determine the implementation of article 5 paragraph 1 of regional regulation number 1 of 2018 concerning the implementation of education specifically for homeless children and to find out what factors hinder the implementation. This research uses a juridical sociological approach, which discusses legal knowledge normatively empirically by making direct observations to the object where this research is carried out not only examining laws and regulations, but observing the reactions and interactions that occur when the norm system works in society, besides that this research is carried out so that it can be useful both theoretically and practically. The implementation of article 5 paragraph 1 of regional regulation number 1 of 2018 concerning the implementation of education has not been implemented optimally. This is evidenced by the indication that there are still many homeless children hanging around in public places such as red light intersections, pedestrian bridges, shopping centers and others at an age that is still allowed to get education which explains that the first mission of the education office in increasing the availability of broad and equitable access to education has not fully run smoothly with several factors including unknown guardians, mindset changes in children, living like nomads, and reasons as a last resort. Abstract

In the era of globalization, Islamic educational institutions face significant challenges in balancing academic competence with the development of religious character. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) serves not only as a vehicle for knowledge transmission but also for the internalization of moral and spiritual values. This study aims to analyze the concept of quality culture from an Islamic educational perspective, explore its implementation strategies in PAI instruction, and examine its impact on the broader educational ecosystem. Using a qualitative library research approach, this study reviews literature on integrated quality management and Islamic educational principles. The findings reveal that a quality culture in PAI is grounded in the principles of ihsan (excellence in character) and anti-corruption values. Its implementation involves adaptive curriculum design, technology-based learning innovations that maintain valuable traditions (al-muḥāfazhah ‘ala al-qadīm al-ṣāliḥ), and the role of teachers as uswah ḥasanah (exemplary models). Establishing a quality culture fosters a religiously oriented academic environment, strengthens teacher professionalism, and cultivates students who embody both intellectual capability and spiritual integrity. The synergy between schools, families, and communities emerges as a critical factor in sustaining an effective quality culture.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions increasingly face academic, administrative, financial, and safety challenges that require formal risk management to ensure sustainability. This research aims to analyze how ISO 31000 can be integrated with Maqasid al-Shariah to construct a risk governance model that is both technically effective and ethically grounded. Using a library research methodology, relevant books, international journal articles, previous studies, and risk management documents were critically analyzed through content analysis to identify conceptual patterns and gaps. Findings reveal three major results: first, risk governance is implemented using dual filters technical feasibility and Sharia ethical compliance; second, ISO-driven mitigation supports institutional sustainability through strong documentation, audits, and follow-up actions; third, holistic risk mapping aligns risk priorities with the five Maqasid dimensions, ensuring that mitigation protects religion, life, intellect, progeny, and property. This study contributes a hybrid risk management framework that transcends procedural compliance by embedding Islamic ethical imperatives. It implies that the sustainability of Islamic education depends on institutionalizing continuous evaluation and value-based decision-making.
