Abstract

AbstractThe objective is to test whether there are effects of organizational learning, external environment and reputation toward organization competency. Further, to see if there is effect of this competency towards the organization’s performance.This research had theoretical and managerial implication. Theoretically, this study justified previous research findings that organizational learning, external environment and reputation contributed positively and significantly to organization competency. The managerial implication was for the leaders of higher education organizations to always support organizational learning, observe and adapt to external environment change, and create good reputation in order to excel in the competency. This would also create performance for sustainable competitive advantage.Keyword:         organizational learning, business environment, reputation, competency, performance, competitive advantage.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui reaksi pasar modal terhadap pengumuman penurunan harga BBM atas saham sector industry transportasi melalui pengujian perbedaan abnormal return dan volume perdagangan sebelum dan setelah penurunan harga BBM 1 april 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan event study, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 21 perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia secara purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar modal bereaksi terhadap peristiwa pengumuman penurunan BBM tanggal 1 April 2016. Berdasarkan hasil uji wilcoxon signed rank test menunjukkan adanyanya perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata abnormal return dan  trading volume activity (TVA) pada periode sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman penurunan BBM.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of (1) analyzing the effect of brand association and perceived quality on brand equity, (2) knowing the effect of brand association, perceived quality and brand equity on purchasing decisions. (3) to determine the indirect effect of brand association and perceived quality on purchasing decisions through brand equity. A total of 100 respondents were taken as samples using snowball and accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS version 3 software. The results showed that (1) brand association and perceived quality have a significant effect on brand equity. (2) brand association and brand equity have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) quality perceptions have no effect on purchasing decisions (4) Brand association and perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand equity

Abstract

Eco Green Village, which promotes an environmentally friendly concept, is being developed within the creative economy and eco-based tourism sectors. The community in this area has the potential for micro-enterprises, including the angkringan (traditional food stall) business, a key component of Indonesian culinary culture. However, the challenges of changing consumer trends require businesses to adapt to the demands of cleanliness, comfort, and environmentally friendly concepts. Professional management training is a solution to improve business actors' skills in business planning, finance, marketing, and environmentally friendly practices. The goal is for angkringan businesses to become more than just a means of livelihood but also contribute to sustainable economic and environmental development. The training is expected to encourage orderly financial management, broader marketing through digital marketing, innovative product and service development, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset to increase the income and well-being of the surrounding community.Keywords: Eco green, angkringan business, digital marketing
