Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze polygamy in the discourse of thought and gender issues that seen as an environment and have a detrimental impact on women.. The research approach is literature study in answering research problems through various literatures, namely books, journals, articles, and supporting references. The results of this study indicate that polygamy in the concept of gender has occurred violence against women in all actions based on differences in sex through, physical, sexual, and psychological, including on certain threats. Violence against women, especially in domestic relationships, is often referred to as gender-based violence. The study of interpretation as a solution to eliminating problems and upholding justice through a contextual interpretation and paying attention to the objectives of the Qur'an for society, namely by means of monogamy (marrying someone) and rejecting polygamy in the context of marriage. The jargon of tafsir scholars in understanding the text of the Koran, namely "Shalihun likulli zammani wa makkani" according to the circumstances of time and place. So that the Al- Qur'an is not actually an implementation as a concept to do polygamy for men, but the Al-Quran is implemented based on contextual, namely monogamy as an effort to uphold women's justice.  Penelitian ini menganalisis poligami dalam wacana pemikiran tafsir dan isu gender yang dipandang sebagai salah satu diskriminasi dan berdampak merugikan perempuan. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu pendekatan studi literatur melalui berbagai media yaitu buku, jurnal, artikel, dan referensi yang mendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa poligami dalam konsep gender telah terjadi kekekerasan terhadap perempuan dalam semua tindakan berdasarkan perbedaan jenis kelamin melaui, fisik, seksual, dan psikologis, termasuk pada ancaman tertentu. Kekerasan terhadap perempuan, khususnya dalam hubungan rumah tangga, sering disebut sebagai kekerasan berbasis gender. Kajian tafsir sebagai solusi untuk menghilangkan problematika dan menegakkan keadilan melaui tafsir bernuasa kontekstual dan memperhatikan tujuan Al-Qur’an bagi masyarakat yaitu dengan jalan monogamy (menikahi satu orang) dan menolak poligami. Adapun jargon ulama tafsir dalam memahami teks Al-Qur’an yaitu “Shalihun likulli zammani wa makkani” sesuai keadaan waktu dan tempat. Sehingga Al-Qur’an sejatinya bukan dipahami sebagai konsep untuk melakukan poligami bagi laki-laki, melainkan Al-Qur’an dipahami berdasarkan kontekstual yaitu monogami sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menegakkan keadilan terhadap perempuan.

Abstract

This paper tries to discuss the new direction of the development of Quran studies in the discourse of classical and contemporary interpretations. Specifically, this paper explores the thoughts of Ibn Kathir and Fazlur Rahman as a comparative study to see the development of the Quran’s interpretation methodology. It can be said that, Ibn Kathir's interpretation in understanding the Quran is textual. While, the development of Quran in  the contemporary era in relation to Fazlur Rahman's thinking tends to be contextual. There are several new methodologies offered by Fazlurrahman in understanding texts, including: first, looking at the context of asbab al-nuzul verses; second, the approach (double movement); and third, the logical synthesis approach. This research employed a literature study approach to find related discussions through books, journals, and articles that were relevant to see the problems. The conclusion shows that Q.S. An-Nisa' 4: 3 according to Ibn Kathir is a text of polygamy, while according to Fazlur Rahman, it is not seen as a command to practice polygamy but monogamy in the context of marriage.

Abstract

This article examines NU which is an organizational structure among Muslims who have trends in applying Islamic law. One of the foundations of the Nahdlatul  Ulama in establishing Islamic law has never been separated from the context of the Qur'an, Hadith, Ijma 'of the Companions and Qiyas. So the outline in taking the source of Islamic law is related to the hadith problem which is made as a reference in the sense of Nu in using hadith as the legal basis for four schools, moreover the usual lower hadith, dha'if hadith is used as a source search method law. Taking in the community often discussed the system of extracting Islamic legal sources. We will analyze this short article by analyzing the methods that are used at the same time in order to find out the hadiths used in applying the source of Islamic. The results of this study show that the hadith in the perspective of NU scholars is as a reference to Islamic law and that the hadith has a strong blasphemy based on the study of sanad, matan, and rawi as well as the quality and quantity of hadith based on methods in attributing Islamic law.Keywords: NahdlatulUlama, Hadith, Method.

Abstract

The study of the Qur'an has produced a number of theories and therapeutic approaches in the study of the al-Qur'an text. So far, the interpretation and study of the al-Qur'an has developed so rapidly so that the Koran is in accordance with the text and context in realizing a fair and just interpretation. This is one of the forms of the effort and movement of making al-Qur'an grounded through understanding the text and critical study in the substance. The focus of the investigation, explored the hermeneutic and maqashid approaches (Tafsir Maqashidi) then examined various aspects of the methodology, methods, application of the interpretation model, especially in relation to gender in order to see the work of the two theories in terms of interpretation. The conclusion is to ground the interpretation of the Koran, not around a textual understanding. However, the emergence of various understandings in the context of seeing the reality of society (asbabun nuzul al-Qur'an) so that interpretation is able to place a middle position (Wasthiyyah Islam). Hermeneutics and maqashid (Tafsir Maqashidi) are offered as an effort to ground the interpretation of contextual and critical nuances, taking into account the social justice of society so that it has implications according to the essence and purpose of the Qur'an being revealed.

Abstract

Recently, the discourse in the study of Al-Qur'an exegesis has experienced the development of the epistemology of knowledge and the shift in the paradigm of thinking in science along with the guidance of the times and the various challenges that must be developed. This means that the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an in a broad sense is not implemented as an explanation of the Al-Qur'an text. However, interpretation is an attempt to find solutions and discover the nature and purpose of the Qur'an. This basic assumption gave birth to a handful of theories and a variety of approaches in understanding the text of the Qur'an. The focus of this research, explored several aspects of the study. Among them are, first, tracing the basic concepts of hermeneutic and historical approaches in the development of the al-Qur'an interpretation. Second, tracking applications and contextualization, especially in the field of interpretation. The results of the study show that the hermeneutic and historical approach theory has continuity in interpreting texts. Hermeneutics serves as a contextual understanding of the text with the internationalization chronology and the history of the text both in the old and current situation through a historical approach. Both of these approaches are very important in the application of the contemporary era of the study of al-Qur'an interpretation.

Abstract

The term heremeneutics in contemporary thought is often used as a reference in understanding the text of the Qur'an and Hadith. Hermeneutics serves as a tool for producing understanding and the most well-known methodology for understanding texts contextually and structurally well. The focus of this research will be to map understanding significantly through the hermeneutic theory of contemporary ulama, namely Sa'dudin al-Ustmani in his book "Manhaj Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah". This paper aims to explore methodologi understanding through hermeneutic theory of hadith which produces three important aspects in understanding the Sunnah of An-Nabawiyyah, namely: First, Tasarruf in religious matters conveyed by the apostle. Second, the tasarruf in the religion that is ijtihadi by the Prophet is the error of revelation and sometimes it is wrong but it does not continue in the error, usually there is revelation that justifies it. The revelation that justifies this is sometimes in the form of al-Qur'an, sometimes it is also not the third al-Qur'an, tasarrufat in world affairs. The basic assumption of the author is to describe and describe the contemporary scholar Sa'dudin Al-Ustmani in his book Manhaj sunah an-nabawiyah whose book aims to provide an intermediate understanding in understanding the sunnah an-nabawiyah.

Abstract

Hadith is the source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an which of course historically has authenticity in its development. The history of the development of hadith during the time of the Prophet was not yet organized, this means that the role of hadith during the time of the Prophet had not developed rapidly. However, as time went on with the spread of hadiths, especially after khulafaur rashidin experienced various problems such as giving false traditions, understanding various understandings of hadith.This study aims to explore the dynamics and history to reveal the chronology of the Prophet's hadith in the portrait of the hadith after khulafaur rashidin to the bookkeeping phase to go through the research studies. The fundamental aspect in this research is to explore the dynamics as well as the problems of the problems of false hadiths and the history of the development of hadith to bookkeeping.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pendidikan yang setiap tahunnya berubah dan berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman menuntut semua pihak terutama guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. Karena guru merupakan komponen utama dalam sistem pendidikan Guru dalam proses belajar mengajar memiliki peranan yang sangat penting sebagai upaya untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan masyarakat dan bangsa.oleh karena itu guru harus memiliki kompetensi dalam mengajar yang merupakan kecakapan atau keterampilan dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, kesulitan guru dalam pembelajaran dan solusi guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Kuripan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang mana data diperoleh melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis data bersifat induktif yaitu mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam sudah cukup baik yang meliputi: a) Kemampuan memahami peserta didik. b) Kemampuan merancang pembelajaran. c) Kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang mendidik dan dialogis. d) Kemampuan melakukan evaluasi. e) Kemampuan mengembangkan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki. 2) Kesulitan dalam pembelajaran yang meliputi: a) Kemampuan daya serap peserta didik yang berbeda-beda. b) Kurangnya minat belajar siswa. c) Kurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap belajar anak. d) Kurangnya fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah. 3) Solusi untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam pembelajaran yaitu: a) Memberikan pendekatan khusus dan remedial bagi siswa yang lamban menerima materi dan memberikan materi lanjutan bagi siswa yang cepat paham. b) Memberikan motivasi atau dorongan. c) Bekerja sama dengan orang tua wali. d) Memanfaatkan media yang ada.
