Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana iklim kerja MTs Al-Muttaqin dan bagaimana peran iklim kerja MTs Al-Muttaqin membentuk iklim madrasah Islami. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi kepada beberapa warga MTs Al-Muttaqin. Keseluruhan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, penulis analisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, interpretasi data, dan triangulasi, sedang data yang diperoleh dari observasi, penulis membuat catatan lapangan kemudian membuat interpretasi hasil pencatatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa iklim kerja di MTs Al-Muttaqin sudah memenuhi kreteria iklim kerja yang baik, yang dapat dijadikan contoh untuk madrasah lainya. Data di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja di MTs Al-Muttaqin sudah mengandung nilai-nilai yang dapat membentuk iklim madrsah Islami. Nilai-nilai tersebut adalah iman dan akhlaq, Iltizam dan Jiddiyah, Adil dan ukhuwwah, Amanah dan khidmah. Terbukti dengan adanya rasa tanggung jawab, adil, bekerja keras, bekerja sepenuh hati, ukhuwah dan memiliki rasa melayani baik dari pimpinan yayasan, madrasah, guru dan murid, serta para wali murid dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the arrangement of the madrasa work plan in Madrasah Aliyah 1 Pekanbaru. The type of this research was descriptive qualitative research, the subject of this research was the headmaster, the head of administration, the vice headmaster of the curriculum, the student affairs, and facilities and infrastructure. The object of the research was the arrangement of the madrasa work plan in Madrasah Aliyah 1 Pekanbaru. The techniques used in collecting data were interview and documentation. The analysis method used transcribing, coding, categorizing, and interpreting data. The research finding was the headmaster had designed the madrasa work plan by 1) Forming work plan by involving the head of administration, the vice headmasters, and school committee; 2) Giving direction about arranging madrasa work plan such as basics of arrangement, objectives, and budget needed in arranging madrasa work plan; 3) Arranging plan of activities such as description of activities, implementation, and expected results; 4) Arranging draft of RKJM by identifying real challenge and making work program; 5) reviewing and revising draft of RKJM; 6) Finalizing revision result of RKJM by executing the approval; 7) Signing the result of RKJM as Madrasa Strategic Plan; 8) arranging draft of RKT; 9) Reviewing and revising draft of RKT, and 10) Finalizing revision result of RKT by executing the approval. 11)Signing the result finalization of RKT as Madrasa Annual Activity Plan and Budget.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara pendidik dengan peserta didik dalam perspektif al-Qur’an. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini penulis mengambil referensi terkait dengan tema tulisan ini, kemudian penulis analisa berdasarkan tafsir al-Quran. Dalam penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan cara analisis deksriptif dan argumentatif. Hasil daripada pembahasan ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara pendidik dan peserta didik dalam al-Quran, terutama pada surat Al-Kahfi ayat 60-82, ada adab interaksi antara peserta didik terhadap pendidik yaitu belajar dengan niat ibadah karena Allah Swt, kesungguhan dan semangat yang kuat dalam menuntut ilmu, jujur dan bertanggung jawab, memperlihatkan keseriusan dengan ungkapan sopan dan tawadhu‟, memposisikan diri sebagai seseorang yang membutuhkan ilmu, menghormati pendidik, dan menepati kontrak belajar yang sudah disepakati. Dalam surat al-kahfi 60-82 hubungan antara pendidik terhadap peserta didiknya terdapat adab interaksi pendidik dengan peserta didik yaitu memiliki asisten sebagai pengganti saat pendidik tidak dapat hadir, melakukan tes minat dan bakat, melakukan kontrak belajar dengan peserta didik, memberikan hukuman kepada peserta didik sesuai dengan pelanggaran yang telah dilakukan, menjelaskan suatu pelajaran secara bertahap, menjelaskan hikmah (pengetahuan irfani) dibalik fakta atau fenomena (pengetahuan empiris) kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought significant challenges to various aspects of society, including the management of education. In light of this, this study aims to examine the implementation and effectiveness of School-Based Management (SBM) during the Covid-19 pandemic at an Integrated Islamic Vocational School. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, employing field research methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants for this study were selected using Purposive Sampling, including key informants and supporting informants. The study's findings reveal that the Integrated Islamic Vocational School has successfully implemented school policies while prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness during the Covid-19 pandemic. The school has fostered effective teamwork to address challenges and navigate government policies, ensuring the continuity of the educational process and its acceptance by students. The implementation of SBM during this challenging period has demonstrated its efficacy in managing the school and optimizing available resources.

Abstract

FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT: STUDENTS' PERCEPTIONS OF THE QUALITY OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICESFacilities and infrastructure management is the management and supervision of facilities and infrastructure in schools. With good management of facilities and infrastructure, the facilities and infrastructure in schools can contribute more optimally to the quality of services in schools. The successful quality of administrative services in schools is supported and influenced by the utilization of all educational facilities and infrastructure in schools effectively and efficiently. This research aims to find out how much influence students' perceptions of the management of facilities and infrastructure have on the quality of service at SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang and also see factors that can influence these two variables. This research is a quantitative research using simple linear regression analysis research techniques which examines the influence of students' perceptions of facilities and infrastructure management (X) on the quality of administrative services (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang. This research aims to see how much influence students' perceptions of facilities and infrastructure management have on the quality of service at SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang. The population in this study was 300 people, namely students, taking a sample of 30% of the population, namely 90 people. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling using analysis assistance from the SPSS Statistics 23 application. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between students' perceptions of facilities and infrastructure management on the quality of service at SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang with a significance level of 5%, namely 0, 2681 (0.779 0.2681). And the calculation result of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.607. The calculation result of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 60.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 39.3% (100%-60.7%) was influenced by other variables not included in this study. Schools are expected to always carry out ongoing evaluations to improve the quality of services at SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang.

Abstract

This research aims to produce junior high school science teaching materials in the form of e-modules that are integrated with verses from Al-Qur’an and assisted by virtual simulations on the subject of vibrations, waves and sound. The research method used is development research (R D) which is adapted from the Borg and Gall development model. The stages of development research carried out are research and information collecting, planning, developing preliminary product, preliminary field testing, and main product revision. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires given to students, material experts, teaching materials experts, science-Al Qur’an integration experts and science teachers to determine student responses, validity and practicality of the products being developed. The research results showed that the validity score of material experts was 89.25% in the very valid category, science-AlQur’an  integration experts were 71% in the valid category, and teaching materials experts were 72.62% in the valid category. So overall the average validity of the products developed is 77.63% in the very valid category. The practicality test results obtained a score of 94.27% in the very practical category and student responses were 97.67% in the very good category. So it can be concluded that the integrated junior high school science e-module with Al-Quran verses assisted by virtual simulations on vibration, wave and sound material that was developed obtained very valid and very practical results and received a very good response from students.Keywords: Teaching Materials, E-Module, Integrated Al-Qur'an Verses, Virtual Simulation, Vibration, Waves and Sound

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of excellent administrative services on student satisfaction at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Using a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, the study found that excellent administrative services contributed 74.1% to student satisfaction, as indicated by a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.741. The correlation test revealed a very strong and significant relationship between excellent administrative services and student satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.861 and a significance level of 0.000 (Sig. 2-tailed). These findings underscore the critical role of excellent services in improving student satisfaction, which also serves as an indicator of educational quality. Therefore, it is recommended that schools conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of their services to ensure sustained student satisfaction and continuous improvement in service quality.
