Abstract

One of the economic potentials of the community of Rumbai Jaya Village, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency is the production of local coconut derivatives. The problem is large production, but it does not have a wider market reach. The purpose of service is to create cooperation or collaboration between farmers and village-owned enterprises in marketing brown sugar products. Service Method, the service team provides assistance in the form of facilitating farmers to institutionalize farmers to work together with the Village-Owned Enterprises in marketing brown sugar to a wider market reach. The result of dedication is the collaboration between the farmers of Village Owned Enterprises, to market brown sugar products to a wider market reach. The collaboration resulted in an agreement and commitment between the village government and the Village Owned Enterprises, to form an integrated business unit for managing coconut derivatives.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the innovation of E-Government-based personnel services through the ASN management information system (SIGMA) at the Riau Province Regional Personnel Agency Office. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis, which describes specific things obtained through data, interviews and documentation. The results of the study state that the innovation of E-Government-based personnel services through the ASN management information system (Sigma) at the Riau Province Regional Personnel Agency office is not optimal, as can be seen from several indicators that have not been running optimally, namely there is one feature that cannot be used which is currently still in the development stage, there are features that are locked because the feature is not yet suitable for use, and there is no legal umbrella that has been approved for this Sigma application. The inhibiting factors are that IT employees are not optimal in developing features, employees are still in a hurry to create features which result in the features created not being able to be used, and the Governor's regulation has not been issued which will be the legal umbrella for the Sigma application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the collaboration between the village government and traditional institutions in preserving local culture in Kuntu Village, Kampar Kiri District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the collaboration of the village government and traditional institutions in preserving local culture in Kuntu Village, Kampar Kiri District has been running but has not been optimal. Seen from several indicators 1) Face to face dialogue, 2) Building trust (Trust Building), 3) Commitment to the process (Commitment to process), 4) Sharing understanding and experience (Share Understanding), 5) Interim results that can be utilized (Outcome). The inhibiting factors are 1) Minimal participation of the younger generation due to the influence of modern lifestyles and lack of interest in traditional activities. 2) Lack of socialization and promotion. 3) Supporting infrastructure for cultural activities and Budget limitations. 4) Shifting values ​​and changes in people's mindsets towards tradition. 5) Lack of Participation of the Driving Team, and 6) Low communication and coordination between the Village Government and Traditional Institutions are obstacles to cultural preservation.
