Abstract

Sejalan dengan perputaran bumi, permasalahan yang dihadapi manusia semakin komplek, terkadang permasalahan-permasalahan itu belum terjamah oleh hukum, padahal dalam suatu kaidah ushul dikatakan bahwa segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pola tindak dan pola tingkah manusia tidak lepas dari pantauan hukum. Oleh karena itu apabila ada suatu masalah yang belum terjamah oleh hukum yang secara pasti disebutkan dalam al-Qur’an dan al-Hadis maka diadakan kajian hukum mengenai permasalahan tersebut melalui jalan ijtihad. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang seperti tersebut di atas dalam istilah fiqh disebut dengan masail fiqhiyyah. Salah satu permasalahan yang ingin kami bahas dalam makalah ini adalah masalah Fatwa DSN mengenai Asuransi Syariah. Topik ini kami anggap penting karena disamping asuransi memang sebagai salah satu permasalahan kontemporer dan juga di indonesia sudah berdiri asuransi yang berlandaskan syariah.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school education acts as a service industry by meeting quality standards. An institution can be called qualified if it meets the specifications that have been set through existing regulations. Regarding the use of the curriculum, Islamic boarding schools are autonomously entitled to regulate and choose the curriculum according to the needs of the local community. However, it remains within the scope of the law that regulates it. The regulation is in the form of the Law on Islamic Boarding Schools by giving recognition to several curricula. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature approach. The results of the study stated that there were several conditions that resulted in changes to the educational curriculum, including changes in organizational structure, monitoring mechanisms of the expected results, and the creation of power to make changes or replacement of the curriculum.Keywords: Islamic Boarding School Curriculum; Legal Policy; Islamic boarding school Abstrak:Pendidikan pondok pesantren berperan sebagai industri jasa dengan memenuhi standar kualitas. Lembaga dapat disebut berkualitas apabila memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan melalui regulasi yang ada. Terkait penggunaan kurikulum, pesantren secara otonomi berhak mengatur dan memilih kurikulum dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan masyarakat setempat. Namun, tetap dalam lingkup undang-undang yang mengatur. Pengaturannya dalam bentuk Undang-Undang tentang Pesantren dengan memberikan pengakuan pada beberapa kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat beberapa kondisi yang mengakibatkan perubahan kurikulum pendidikan, diantaranya adalah perubahan struktur organisasi, mekanisme monitoring dari hasil yang diharapkan, dan terciptanya kekuatan untuk melakukan perubahan atau penggantian kurikulum.  Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Pesantren; Kebijakan Hukum; Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

AbstractAlquran and Hadith have arranged halal and haram food. Obedience not to consume illicit food is believed to contain wisdom and goodness for Muslims. This research will discuss the impact of food that is not halal and have a bad influence on human health and society in general. Referring to the main sources of Islamic law, namely the Koran and Hadith regarding the urgency of halal, haram, and syubhat, and the purpose of prohibiting food. Based on the latest research on forbidden foods found many causes that are indeed unfit for consumption and can endanger human health such as the presence of harmful bacteria in the carcass, dangerous compounds in the blood, parasitic diseases in pigs, organ damage due to consumption of khamr and also the danger of eating prohibited animals by God such as eating bats, snakes, rats impact on the occurrence of a disease outbreak that spread very quickly precisely at the end of 2019 namely COVID-19 or known as the corona virus outbreak. The virus that first spread in the Wuhan region in China has become a global problem for all corners of the world.Keywords: Covid-19, Haram Halal, Food AbstrakAlquran dan Hadis telah mengatur makanan halal dan haram. Mentaati larangan untuk tidak mengkonsumsi makanan yang haram diyakini mengandung hikmah dan kebaikan bagi umat Islam. Peneliti kali ini akan membahas dampak makanan yang tidak halal dan memberikan pengaruh buruk bagi kesehatan manusia secara pribadi dan masyarakat secara umum. Merujuk pada sumber utama hukum Islam yakni Alquran dan Hadis mengenai urgensi hukum halal, haram, dan syubhat, serta tujuan diharamkannya makanan. Berdasarkan penelitian terkini pada makanan yang diharamkan ditemukan banyak sebab yang memang tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi dan dapat membahayakan kesehatan manusia seperti adanya bakteri berbahaya pada bangkai, senyawa berbahaya pada darah, penyakit parasit pada babi, kerusakan organ akibat konsumsi khamr dan serta bahaya memakan hewan yang dilarang oleh Allah seperti memakan kelelawar, ular, tikus berimbas pada terjadinya wabah penyakit yang merebak dengan sangat cepat tepatnya akhir tahun 2019 yaitu COVID-19 atau yang dikenal sebagai wabah virus corona. Virus yang pertama kali mewabah dari wilayah Wuhan di China sehingga menjadi permasalahan global bagi seluruh penjuru dunia.Kata kunci: Covid-19, Halal Haram, Makanan

Abstract

Abstract: Humans are the most perfect creatures of God among all beings on this earth. Humans have more problems faced by other creatures in living life, both from social contact and so on. Therefore, some of the many people are scientists doing various ways to find solutions to these problems. Finally, psychology was born which discussed the human psyche. Psychology has a variety of sciences. One of them is developmental psychology. Developmental psychology is a branch of psychology that discusses human psychological development from prenatal to near death. On this occasion will examine and understand one of the schools of psychology, namely the flow of psychoanalysis. In addition to studying the scope of psychoanalysis and its relation to Islamic psychology.Keywords: Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Islamic Perspective. Abstrak:Manusia adalah makhluk ciptaan Allah yang paling sempurna di antara seluruh makhluk di muka bumi ini. Manusia memiliki lebih banyak masalah yang dihadapi dibandingkan makhluk lain dalam menjalani kehidupan, baik dari kontak sosial dan lain sebagainya. Maka dari itu, beberapa orang dari sekian banyak manusia itu yakni para ilmuan melakukan berbagai cara untuk mencari pemecahan masalah tersebut. Akhirnya, lahirlah ilmu psikologi yang membahas tentang kejiwaan manusia. Psikologi memiliki berbagai macam ilmu. Salah satu di antaranya adalah psikologi perkembangan. Psikologi perkembangan merupakan suatu cabang ilmu psikologi yang membahas tentang perkembangan kejiwaan manusia dari prenatal sampai hampir meninggal. Pada kesempatan ini akan mengkaji dan memahami salah satu aliran psikologi yaitu aliran psikoanalisis. AbstractThe right pf childrenis a part of human right that should be fullfilled, protected and assured by parents, families, societies, civils, and nations. One of children right that should be fullfilled is the right get education in pre-school yet. This happens because the existence of pre-school education has not been able to give some servicestha is suitable with thei need. To give service with to special need pre-school age students. The service of pre-school age education that give service not only to normal students but also to special need student called called inclusive pre-school age education. Inclusive education is an education existing all student in a kind of learning process by holding an education giving chance to all students to study together in about ethnic, rase, social statue, economic, language, place, sex, religion and differentiation of mental and physycal education.Key words:  the right of children, pre-school age student, inclusive educational.AbstarkHak anak adalah bagian dari hak asasi manusia yang wajib dijamin, dilindungi, dan dipenuhi oleh orang tua, keluarga, masyarakat, pemerintah, dan negara. Hak anak yang wajib dipenuhi diantaranya adalah hak untuk memperoleh pendidikan dan pengajaran. Anak berkebutuhan khusus usia dini juga berhak mendapatkan layanan pendidikan. Anak berkebutuhan khusus usia dini yang ada di masyarakat belum semuanya mendapatkan layanan di pendidikan anak usia dini. Hal ini disebabkan karena keberadaan pendidikan anak usia dini belum mampu memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Untuk memberikan pelayanan anak berkebutuhan khusus usia dini, maka pendidikan anak usia dini yang telah ada seharusnya dapat menerima dan melayani anak berkebutuhan khusus. Pelayanan pendidikan anak usia dini yang memberikan pelayanan bersama-sama antara anak yang tidak mengalami hambatan dan anak berkebutuhan khusus disebut pendidikan anak usia dini inklusif. Pendidikan inklusif adalah sistem pendidikan yang menyertakan semua anak secara bersama-sama dalam suatu iklim proses pembelajaran dengan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada semua anak secara bersama-sama dalam suatu iklim proses pembelajaran dengan layanan pendidikan yang layak dan sesuai kebutuhan individu siswa tanpa membedakan anak dari latar belakang suku, ras, status sosial, kemampuan ekonomi, status politik, bahasa, geografis, jeniskelamin, agama/kepercayaan, dan perbedaan kondisi fisik atau mental.Kata kunci: hak anak, anak berkebutuhan khusus usia dini, pendidikan inklusif.

Abstract

Pengembangan mutu lembaga Pendidikan Islam salah satunya akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan oleh individu dalam memimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kepemimpinan islami memiliki beberapa ciri khas yang dapat digunakan pemimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam melakukan tugas kepemimpinan.Kepemimpinan Islami merupakan keseimbangan antara kepemimpinan dengan konsep duniawi maupun konsep ukhrawi, menggapai tujuan hakiki lebih dari sekedar tujuan organisasi yang bersifat sementara, menuntut komitmen tinggi kepada prinsip-prinsip Islam dan menempatkan tugas kepemimpinan tidak sekedar tugas kemanusiaan yang dipertanggungjawabkan hanya kepada anggota, tetapi juga di hadapan Allah Swt.Pengembangan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam salah satunya akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan oleh individu dalam memimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, mutu dan Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This article seeks to investigate Indonesian government policymakers' role in enhancing education quality. This study employed a qualitative approach focusing on the literature and the Law. Data is gathered from various sources, including scientific journals, government publications, and educational policy documents. The findings of this study indicate that government policymakers play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of the education system in Indonesia. The Government creates a high-quality, inclusive, and competitive educational environment through various programs, policies, and budget allocations. The formulation of the appropriate procedure is crucial to attaining the objective of improving the quality of education. Education policies that are comprehensive and in line with the community's requirements are the foundation for sustainable education development. In addition, rigorous monitoring and evaluation by government stakeholders contribute to implementing effective policies and following national education standards. Improving the caliber of the teaching staff is also a key objective, necessitating ongoing training and professional development. Improving education quality also depends on the Government's dedication to allocating the education budget. By allocating sufficient funds, the Government can construct and maintain an appropriate educational infrastructure, offer tuition assistance, and promote increased access to education for all segments of society.Keywords: Contribution; Government Policy Holders; Education quality; Education system; Indonesia Abstrak:Artikel ini berusaha menyelidiki peran pembuat kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan fokus pada literatur dan hukum. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal ilmiah, publikasi pemerintah, dan dokumen kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembuat kebijakan pemerintah memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Pemerintah berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang berkualitas, inklusif, dan berdaya saing melalui berbagai program, kebijakan, dan alokasi anggaran. Perumusan kebijakan yang tepat sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Kebijakan pendidikan yang komprehensif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat merupakan landasan pembangunan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pemantauan dan evaluasi yang ketat oleh pemangku kepentingan pemerintah berkontribusi pada implementasi kebijakan yang efektif dan sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan. Meningkatkan kualitas staf pengajar juga merupakan tujuan utama, yang memerlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pengembangan profesional. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan juga tergantung pada kesungguhan pemerintah dalam mengalokasikan anggaran pendidikan. Dengan mengalokasikan dana yang cukup, pemerintah dapat membangun dan memelihara infrastruktur pendidikan yang memadai, menawarkan bantuan biaya pendidikan, dan mendorong peningkatan akses pendidikan bagi semua lapisan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Kontribusi; Pemangku Kebijakan Pemerintahan; Kualitas Pendidikan; Sistem Pendidikan; Indonesia

Abstract

Quality education is key to empowering the younger generation and preparing them to face future challenges. However, current educational evaluation practices often prove ineffective in enhancing the quality of learning. Therefore, this research was conducted to explore the role of educational evaluation as a tool for improving learning quality. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of evaluation methods applied in schools and how they can enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected through interviews with educators and students, classroom observations, and curriculum document analysis. The research population consists of educators and students from several secondary schools in Aceh.Principal Results: The findings indicate that many educators feel that the evaluation methods currently in use are not fully effective. Students also desire more varied and interactive evaluation methods. Additionally, there is a gap between evaluation results and curriculum improvement that needs to be addressed. The study concludes that effective educational evaluation must actively involve students and be integrated with the curriculum. Thus, evaluation should not only serve as a measurement tool but also as a means to enhance the quality of learning. This research provides new insights into the importance of student involvement in evaluation and the need for training for educators to implement better evaluation methods. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers and educators in designing more effective evaluation strategies.Keywords: Educational evaluation; learning quality; student engagement; evaluation methods; education

Abstract

This article examines the mainstreaming of sports in pesantren through a Sport-Based Empowerment (SBE) approach combined with institutional legal compliance as the foundation for sustainable implementation. Given that traditional pesantrens have long focused on religious studies and moral formation—resulting in insufficiently structured physical education—this study highlights the need to integrate sports into the holistic education of santri. Sports are positioned not merely as physical activity, but also as a medium for shaping Islamic character, leadership, cooperation, and mental resilience, in alignment with spiritual values such as discipline, brotherhood, and social responsibility. The study employs a qualitative method based on library research to analyze literature on sports empowerment, Islamic pedagogy, and educational regulations, including Law Number 18 of 2019 on Pesantren and standards for santri protection. The findings indicate that the role of sports in pesantren remains marginal, influenced by academic–religious traditions and limited facilities, yet holds significant potential if integrated into curricula and pesantren activities. The legal framework is shown to be a determining factor in ensuring that sports implementation complies with safety standards, governance requirements, and the rights of santri. The developed SBE model emphasizes the synergy between empowering santri through physical activities and legal compliance, thereby positioning sports as a means to improve health, reduce physical and mental disparities, and strengthen the institutional image and competitiveness of pesantren.
