Abstract

Compensation is one of the important components in Village Governance. This study aims to determine the role of compensation in improving the work performance of village officials in Mattampa Bulu Village, Lamuru District, Bone Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects to be investigated were all seven Mattampa Bulu Village officials. The object of the research studied was how big the role of compensation was in improving the work performance of the Mattampa Bulu Village apparatus, Lamuru District, Bone Regency. Determination of informants in this study using purposive techniques, namely techniques that are based on certain considerations from the researcher. The research data were obtained from various sources, namely: primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques, namely: interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. This research was conducted with a qualitative interactive model from Miles, Huberman, namely: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of the research for all of the above aspects ranging from salaries, initiatives, and health and fitness benefits, it can generally be concluded that the role of compensation in improving the work performance of the Mattampa Bulu village apparatus, Lamuru District, Bone Regency is considered to be running well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap pembiayaan murabahah produktif Bank Syariah Mandiri dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif guna mengungkap fakta yang berkaitan dengan faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bone yang dibiayai oleh PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah pembiayaan mikro yang berjumlah 280 yang bersifat homogen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap pembiayaan murabahah produktif di Bank Syariah Mandiri dalam pengembangan UMKM cukup tinggi dalam menjalankan usahanya sehingga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan murabahahproduktif Bank Syariah Mandiri dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bone.Implikasi dari penelitian ini, pembiayaan murabahah produktif yang direalisasikan oleh Bank Syariah Mandiri diharapkan mampu memberikan kesempatan kepada pelaku UMKM untuk mengembangkan kompetensi yang dimiliki dengan senantiasa berkreasi dan berinovasi yang dilandasi dengan nilai-nilai bisnis berdasarkan syariat Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to know the work ethic of Muslim Traders in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City in managing their business and know the effect of Islamic work ethic on increasing the economic prosperity of Muslim Traders in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative with 30 people of sample using purposive sampling technique and likert scale technique to measure the respondent opinions through the distributed questionnaires. The data analysis techniques of this study included simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application by conducting validation and reability tests on the data and classical assumption tests, namely p-plot normality test and multicollinearity test. The results showed that Muslim Traders especially Vegetable Traders and Fish Traders in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City had a high Islamic work ethic in business. The work ethic had a positive and significant impact on increasing the economic prosperity of Muslim Traders in Makassar City. Keywords: Work Ethic, Muslim Traders, Economic Prosperity ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui etos kerja pedagang muslim di kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar dalam mengelola usahanya serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja Islami terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan pedagang muslim di Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif Adapun sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Peneliti mengunakan teknik skala likert untuk mengukur pendapat responden melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji validasi dan reliabilitas terhadap data yang digunakan serta uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas p-plot dan uji multikolonieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pedagang muslim khususnya pedagang sayur dan pedagang ikan di kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar memiliki etos kerja Islami yang tinggi dalam menjalankan usahanya. Dan etos kerja Islami berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi pedagang muslim di Kota Makassar. Kata Kunci: Etos Kerja, Pedagang Muslim, Kesejahteraan Ekonomi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan akuntansi manajemen lingkungan dalam meningkatkan inovasi produk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pengusaha kain sutera dan para pegawai Industri kain sutera kampoeng BNI Kabupaten Wajo, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Industri kain sutera kampoeng BNI Kabupaten Wajo telah menerapkan akuntansi manajemen lingkungan dan memiliki inovasi produk yang baik. Dengan diterapkannya akuntansi pengelolaan lingkungan di Industri kain sutera kampoeng BNI Kabupaten Wajo, pengelola industri memiliki informasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengendalian aktivitas pabrik. Walaupun demikian, industri ini belum menyajikan informasi biaya lingkungan secara spesifik. Selain memberikan informasi bagi pengelola, penerapan akuntansi manajemen lingkungan juga memberikan gagasan kepada pengelola industri untuk melakukan inovasi produk dari hasil limbah industri.

Abstract

A high work ethic is needed in completing a job. The problem is studied in this study to see the work ethic of Muslim traders in running their business and its effect on improving their welfare. There are approximately 450 traders in the Central Market. The research method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were using a questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The ability of the independent variable to explain the variance of the dependent variable is 56 percent. This means that there is 44 percent (100 percent - 56 percent) of the variance of the dependent variable which is explained by other factors. This means that the work ethic variable has an effect of 56.0% on the improvement of the economic welfare of Muslim traders in Palakka Market, Bone District

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of productive zakat in Baznas Bulukumba Regency. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. Data obtained from informants with 10 informants. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and document studies in which the author saw firsthand the state of the field. The results of the research obtained by the author are that the management at the Bulukumba National Baznas is guided by the Standard Operating Procedure or commonly called (SOP) which has been set to facilitate the management process, so there is an assessment. Having the mechanism of a design or pleaning before entering the names of the mustahiks so that what the mustahik's needs are balanced. Some of the mustahik who have received zakat assistance from the Bulukumba Regency Baznas are still stagnant, but some have changed from a mustahik to a muzakki.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk mengembangkan kampung ikan melalui pengolahan ikan buntal menjadi makanan lezat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan memberikan softskill dan hardskill kepada masyarakat. Adapun metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu metode ceramah dan demontrasi dengan tahap mulai sosialisasi, persiapan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini berjumlah dua mitra yaitu masyarakat pesisir berjumlah 5 orang dan masyarakat Pimpinan Muhammadiyah Cabang Galesong Utara berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil pengabdan menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dilakukan pemberian materi pengabdian teori maupun praktek pengolahan ikan buntal. Ikan buntal dapat diolah menjadi produk kripik ikan dengan teknik yang tepat. Adanya kripik ikan buntal sebagai makanan lezat dan bergizi menjadi nilai jual produk sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Luaran yang diperoleh masyarakat berupa hard skill yaitu masyarakat dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknik pemotongan, pengolahan, berwirausahaan, sampai strategi pemasaran dengan baik, sedangkan soft skill berupa kemampuan untuk berpikir out-of-the-box dan menghasilkan inovasi, pemahaman penggunaan bahan dalam pengolahan ikan buntal, manajemen SDM dalam Kerjasama tim dan tingkat produktivitas.Abstract: The purpose of this service activity is to develop fish villages through processing puffer fish into delicious food to improve people's welfare by providing soft skills and hard skills to the community. The method of implementing community service is the lecture and demonstration method with the stages starting from socialization, preparation, training, mentoring and evaluation. The partners in this service are two partners, namely the coastal community of 5 people and the community of Muhammadiyah Leaders of the North Galesong Branch, totaling 20 people. The results of the service show that the service activities are carried out by providing theoretical service materials and the practice of processing puffer fish. Pufferfish can be processed into fish chips with the right technique. The existence of puffer fish chips as delicious and nutritious food is a selling point of the product so that it can improve people's welfare. The outputs obtained by the community are in the form of hard skills, namely the community can improve skills in cutting techniques, processing, entrepreneurship, to marketing strategies properly, while soft skills are in the form of the ability to think out-of-the-box and generate innovation, understanding the use of materials in puffer fish processing, HR management in teamwork and productivity levels.
